I kept getting told that they were waiting for parts but everything was ready. From quote to finish was almost six months for five windows. My complaint was the lack of respect Todd gave me. He refused to give me an invoice or even stop by to see if I enjoyed my experience. I know this outfit has a great reputation but for me I'll go with a company that is courteous and professional when I do the rest of my windows.

BUT, let me tell you while giving major praise and satisfaction thanks to Todd, the owner of Windows, Doors & More. His crew showed up 30 minutes prior to start time every day! I say "crew" BUT, these guys were true Craftsman and I mean Craftsman. The Team, Steve, Jacob, Ian, and Bill worked together like a fine tuned machine. A look and a nod in the place of words. WOW. Their personalities made it actually nice to have them around and working on my home. If you have a question, they stop what their doing, follow you, and listen intently with a true response. They even took extra care to help me and be certain my wood blinds would fit the new windows. Extra trim required, Not a problem. I look at these windows and completed installation with pleasing amazement. I'm not kidding, everything looks and operates beautifully. For a guy that's hard to please, I couldn't be happier. Also, their pricing is more than competitive and their products are top rated when you do the investigation. I addition, the painted commented that the woodwork was done and nailed the way it's supposed to be done unlike other work he has seen. Hats off to Todd and his team. She immediately took her vehicle to Allstate Glass on Red Tip Rd. This was Friday afternoon when we dropped her car off. Monday, he car was ready. They did not vacuum all the glass out of her car. She had slivers of glass on her driver's seat and larger pieces on the rear passenger seats as well. Very disappointed! Although I can appreciate the fact that Allstate Glass reached out to us after I posted this and offered to have someone come to us and clean the glass out, we had taken care of the situation ourselves immediately. We had a towel in the car that we put on the driver's seat and immediately drove to a car wash to vacuum the glass. She had a vet appointment for her dog that afternoon that she didn't want to be late to so we cleaned out the glass before going home to pick up the dog. They probably did clean the driver's seat, but there were still slivers of glass on and in between the leather seams. They completely overlooked the back area, both on the floor and seats, which had a fair amount of larger pieces of glass on them.

One other company was more than 33% over and I would have had to wait an extra 8 days. The other company was about the same price but less flexible with scheduling. Everyone was very friendly on the phone. I did get a call about 45 mins prior to my morning appt saying they didn't get the molding in, but they rescheduled me for that afternoon. Despite that minor inconvenience, I'd still go back. Things rarely go to plan and they were professional and helpful throughout. No complaints about the windshield, and they said if I get a chip on it they'll fix it for free (bring it in within 2 weeks if the chip, otherwise the sealant most likely won't take due to dirt/grime).

Very personable and answered any questions I had at the initial contact and subsequent emails, and gave contact numbers and emails for the install manager, project coordinator and the owner. No pressure sales. Estimate was based on the pictures I sent and did not change the dollar amount , even if they find damage that needed to be repaired before installation. No down payment is needed. Full payment expected after installation and final approval of work. Sandy, project coordinator, sent emails when the windows were ordered and then again to let me know, due to supply chain issues, the time estimate was a month later than in the proposal. (They ended up coming in about 1 week after the original date and I was not ready, but they scheduled installation for when I was ready). The installation team was polite, cleaned as they went gave a tutorial on how to use the windows and what to expect when they were finished. The windows have been wonderful! I have several days of having all the windows open and it only took 5 minutes! The old windows took forever and hurt my fingers putting up the storm windows!

During installation I found that the screens had holes in two of them and there was a large deep scratch on one of the windows When I called they sent someone out immediately to correct the issue. I get a lifetime transferable warranty and now that it's winter, I can tell they are much less drafty. I'm very happy that I can open my windows now and windex both outside and inside. When I went to open the door, my key got stuck in the deadbolt. Service was extremely professional, quick, and went beyond my expectations. When he got here, took apart the dead bolt, and went to take the key out it wouldn't budge. I thought he would come out, get the key out and leave, but he created a new key, and repaired the locks on the door.
