They invited me back to make up for the lousy meal I had and this visit was much better. My food was hot and tasted fresh this time! Not pictured were fries. The manager offered to give me more items, but I bought a Big Mac on the side for my parents to support them, as I feel they already made up for the poor previous experience. I'm still skeptical to visit this spot late at night next time I'm in Calgary, but I appreciate the manager addressing the issues of a cold restaurant and cold food. The nuggets taste old and not crispy. Fries are too salty. Drinks are not fizzy. Staff is mediocre. Cleanliness, also mediocre. Food does come out quite fast though. read more

I stopped in here to eat a quick cheap lunch prior to heading over to Calgary International Airport for my flight home. I picked this location because there was a Petro-Canada gas station located conveniently right next to it. I could fill up the gas tank as well before returning the rental car. Per the usual, I placed my order using one of their kiosks. I ordered their Mighty Angus Burger combo meal with a vanilla iced coffee. This burger was one of the better burgers I've had at any fast food restaurant. It was better than what they have to offer back in the States. The place was pretty full when I was there as there wasn't any open table in the regular dining area. I was able to find a spot inside the PlayPlace. The restaurant was kept clean while I was there. read more

If you enter this Mac Donald's and you walk over to the corner of the store there are these two guys running a business called caa cuts and care. This is one of the worst McDonalds i've been too. The service is really slow and my order was messed up twice. They are very cooperating towards any problems that happen here. The wrap that I got was moist with water and no sauce. The burger was dry and harder to eat. The best is the ice cream, it was pretty good and shaped nice. Their washrooms are dirty and there are spills all over the beverage place. There is no napkins anywhere or even toilet paper. Though the ice cream is good, slow service time, unsanitary, and unpleasant food made the whole experience worst. read more

This McDonald's refuses to serve customers how they wish, I ordered breakfast this morning & had to argue for a different type of bread to enjoy my meal, or to even eat it because of my allergies... after I talked to the manager she refused to apologize on her employees behalf and continued with poor poor services. Should work on customer service I know even in my work place/setting even if the customers wrong, the customers are ALWAYS right. Staff at evening shift are so rude especially the manager. They are not friendly at all. How come they work in customer service?

Went through the drive thru and the lady kept telling me my card was declining. I told her repeatedly it's not my card declining the pos machine is specifically saying system problem. The manager came and tried again and same thing she said to use another card, the card I'm using has no money and is declining and was speaking to me in a rude tone of voice. I immediately got upset and said I have money in my account and that's the only card I have and that it's not me, it's their machine. I went to perro Canada beside it and withdrawal cash to prove to her I have money since she made it clear to me I didn't. Such rude customer service, especially for a management position. Not only to top things off I specially asked for no pickles with my burger and of course the receipt on the box says no pickles but what do I find in my burger pickles! Like do the employees not know how to read their orders or pos machines. So disappointed with the service. read more

Well they just finished their renovations to make it a "cafe"... WHY.. i dont think of Mcdonalds as a Cafe... what they DID do is remove a high number of seats!! there is never any room there to sit down and eat, i have returned a 6 person meal for a refund because im standing around looking for a table and non was to be had! what business would WANT to remove seats?? What i do now is pull up and ask my son to run up and take a look inside, if it is busy we leave to Wendy's, A&W or BK just 3 min away. So dont plan to go there at lunch.. dinner or weekends!! read more

Okay, okay....this is McDonalds so the expectations are not that high. My 4 year old likes to go to this location because it has a PlayPlace. The food is standard McDonalds issue so nothing to write home about. The PlayPlace is clean and well taken care of. read more

Horrible service!! AND Super SLOW Drive-through....do not waste your time going to this location.. I even spoke with the supervisor about the service and she made up every excuse in the book for why it took them 5+min for a tea and coffee...and then she closed the window in my face. While I don't really care for their fried burgers, I do support McHappy Day, they will always have the best French fries, just love those green Irish milkshakes, there salads are really good & believe it or not they have the best coffee in town, this is where I will go & buy my coffee from now on!
