what can I say, it's just McDonald's but they are pretty quick and I always order fries with no salt for fresh hot fries

imagine placing an order at 6am on the McD App, heading up and stopping by HEB for Coffee and gas and then heading over to get your food via the drive thru and seeing a sign saying they will be opening at 7am today due to delays !!! WTH and the app clearly states no refunds. Yup that's the type of place this is managed like, I am not blaming the employee since the guy today was 100 % on top of it and handling the pressure of poor managers and or owners. Not the 1st time being slow or confused, yup same location, even the newer location in town is better, this place has had issues since it opened and they go through employee's like meth under a bridge. Needless to say, avoid, go to the other burger place under this location of McD cleans up it's act or ownership or goes under. Pretty sad when you have to wrote up a fast food chain for being a custer Frak !! Oh I did write McD and this is what they wrote back; "Hi xxx, Thank you for taking the time to contact McDonald's Customer Care. A white Denali tried to hit me while I was sitting in the drive thru line then the employee DT 1412 a "none employee" the manager called him? But he proceeded to lunged out of the window and yell at me saying I tried to run into her. Not possible she was going to hit my left panel behind the drivers seat. I calmly told him it's okay I will be reaching out to the owner I informed the managers of the encounter. Just got yelled at by a blonde woman that works at McDonald's because I accidentally pulled up to their third window to pick my food up. I was waiting there and she stuck her head out of the second window and yelled 'I don't now why you're there we have your food here!' And got other cars involved acting like I was the dumbest person. Im not coming back to this McDonald's ever again. I understand times are tough and staffing is an issue almost everywhere but if you are not going to have the staff then don't open. I guess this location likes to give away money because the amount of food that is wasted and the amount of money they have to refund is uncanny I wonder if they are even making money. I placed my order at 8:45 pm through the app. I work right next to this location so I figured it would be fast. 8:55 I get to to location. After waiting 35 mins they tell me that it's going to be another 10 15 mins because they don't have half of my order ready. So I wait. After waiting another 10 mins I finally get my order I check it to make sure it's all there and half of it is missing after waiting for almost an hour and getting my order wrong I started to see red. I parked and went to talk to the manager he said he could give me my money back and the food but it would be another 15 mins at this point I'm holding my self back and trying to stay polite I tell him no just give me my money back takes him like 10 more mins to explain to me that it's because they are short staffed and that the people are new and In my head im thinking I just want to leave before I caused a scene had a rough day at work and I just wanted to get a quick bite but noooo. Literally makes no sense to order online if they aren't going to make the food until you are there I think if I would of just ordered at the drive thru it would have been faster. Next time I'm just going to drive the 30 minutes it takes me to go good old Burger King the Georgetown location is very good always fast and hot food. Routinely has long overdue to be changed, frier oil. It's not uncommon to find an item chucked in the bag half unwrapped and if you get asked to pull to the farthest window, forget it! You're going to wait 10 minutes while 3-4 cars are served behind you in the line. read more

45 minutes sitting in the drive through. Food wasn't great. Hamburgers made wrong & wrong drink. So disappointed

Ordered curbside through the app on Mother's Day. Ordered at 10am didn't get my food until 11:13. Sat in the curbside spot for 45 minutes next to many other people. Eventually I went inside after seeing dozens of drive through patrons getting their orders. Wish it was an isolated incident but we waited 40 minutes the other day for two happy meals. read more

Wait time at this location is incredibly long & uncalled for. Definitely understand it is a new location, which the restaurant itself looks beautiful I will say, but management NEEDS to get it together! They are SO SLOW! & they hired fast as the customer service could be improved a lot. What in the heck is wrong with this place??? We spend 15 to 20 minutes in line at drive through and they STILL get the order wrong!!! Don't the employees get paid well? They take absolutely no pride in their job! I've never seen so much incompetence! Even their attitude stinks. The food is always cold by time you get it - including the simple coffee or hot mocha - which they have no idea what that is. What's happening with the training or management? Terrible customer service. I ordered on the mobile app and sent my spouse to pick up both our orders and they would not give him my order. I even sent him with a screen shot of my order details. We do this all the time at other locations, it's never been a problem. It's such a shame we were looking forward to having a location nearby, but if I can't send someone to pick up my mobile orders i won't be ordering from them. read more

Horrible service. I have been giving iced coffee at multiple locations for many years and this location refused to put it in a large cup like all the other locations do and gave me the wrong size and almost charged four dollars. read more
