Ok, I'm naughty and indulge in fast food every once in a while. And when I do, I go out of my way to hit up this specific location. The franchise owner seems to really care about the level of service, and my food is always fresh and hot. I've never gone inside, so I can't speak to the interior, but the drive thru is always efficient and moves quickly with two lanes. And those fries...enough said. read more

If it wasn't for my grandson loving McDonald's cheeseburgers and the outside temperature was in the upper 90's, I would have never stayedinside to eat. So on my visit here this evening, I walk in and see a manager at the soda bar. It's a mess, I think he is cleaning it up...NOPE. He is getting a drink, and after taking a drink from the open top cup, he puts it back under and fills it up then walks behind the counter. Empty drive through and one family in the play place and only 4 other people in the building. Plenty of staff, one even came in off duty for a free mini ice cream cone, perks. But not a single effort to clean the mess, plenty of chat and giggling, but no cleaning. If the manager doesn't care, why should they? Just got 2 quarter pounders and large fry. Sandwiches were made correct, but quite sloppy. The were semi-fresh, warm, but not hot. Still just filthy and unable to provide quality food. I have to give the 5 stars for a small but big gesture tonight. I've given up carbs and I go to different McDonalds and order a double quarter pounder with cheese with no bun. This is the first and only McDonald's to put these burgers on big leaf lettuce to make up for the bun. Great job and VERY much appreciated! read more

I worked here for 3 days and they are nasty, rude, and don't care about their customers.

They simply don't know how to give good service. Can't get orders right. Need to get a new manager who knows how to run a fast food restaurant. I went through the drive thru at 7:50 and ordered and on my order was a fry with no salt. Whe. We go out food the fry had salt so the young man had us pull forward to make a new one. We waited 25 minutes and nothing came out. By this time the rest of the food was cold. I went in to see what was going on and the manager said he would remake our food. As he told the kid on the make line what to remake the kid looked at me and told the manager to tell me no and to suck my dick. I told the manager that was uncalled for and he did nothing about it. Not even an apology. As a former manager I would have asked him to leave or fire him on the spot. But for the manager to do nothing was ridiculous. I will never go to that McDonalds. I am going to urge a boycott of that establishment if there are people like that working there. read more

I went to the Anna, Ill McDonalds tonight for a couple of chicken sandwiches and a coke, eat in. The store wasn't busy so I was able to order right away. The dour redhead behind the counter gave me my soda cup and clearly told me she would bring out my chicken sandwiches. So I went and sat down. And waited. And waited. Finally after quite awhile I went back to the counter and my order wasn't even on the board. They had obviously gave my chickens to someone else and when I said I was told they would be brought out the dour redhead refused to even look my way. The asst mgr David got my sandwiches and after I sat down I heard him ask the redhead if she told me she would bring out my sandwiches. She denied it. I would love it if your surveillence had sound to clearly prove she lied. Then a few minutes later a couple friends of the redhead came in. She quickly came over and started talking to them. A minute later another crew member came over and they LOUDLY started talking about pussy. A totally inappropriate topic at full volume. By the time I left I was completely disgusted and once again vowing to never set foot in another Short Enterprises franchise. No management control at all. With crappy service like this I can't wait for automated kiosks to be put in place to get rid of these incompetent little children and crappy management. read more

Last week I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit in the drive through, and without looking at it I unwrapped it and ate half of it while driving to an appointment. When I got to my destination I happened to look down at my sandwich and there was brown slimy stuff on the edge of the biscuit as well as on the cheese. I pulled the bun off and there was also a spot on the egg. I about gagged, because who knows how much of that I ate before I bothered to look at it? Never again!! I downloaded this app and made an account just because this is perhaps the worst restaurant I've ever been in. I came down to visit my aunt for 2 days and on the first day I came by for dinner. As soon as I got in there was one or two people in line. It took them nearly 5 minutes of just socializing right in front of us all to realize there was a line whose orders needed taken. Then it took them nearly another 10 minutes after I ordered to get my food. They had no organization whatsoever. Whoever said that the minimum wage needs to be increased can go and wait at that McDonalds for 3 hours and see if he still has that opinion. Then, I came back the next day cause I love Egg McMuffins. This time, I got to order quicker, but the lazy and unsociable staff took nearly 15 minutes to get me my order not including 5 other people whose orders were taken before mine and when I sat down, they had gotten my order wrong. They got another lady's order wrong as well. When she told them they got it wrong the first time, they completely ignored her and it wasn't until the male cashier heard her that things got done. I've eaten at many McDonald's, and most have a friendly attitude and you get your food quick. This was the worst experience and service I have ever had at any restaurant period. read more
