It's not really a truck stop, but it is part of a convenience store at a Phillips 66 gas station. The only options for burgers in Waterloo near where we are, are either fast food or Denny's, Applebees, etc. It's a bit of a drive down Rte 3 to Red Bud, but if you want a very good burger at a reasonable price it's worth making the trip.

Most of the time, it's good but every now and then, we've gotten burgers that oddly taste like tap water or even soap.
