McDonald's: 0/5 stars Employees handling all this chaos for the bare minimum: 5/5 I have only eaten at a McDonald's once before in the past 4 years, both times were because nothing else was very viable. I got an oatmeal, no cream. The decor and inside is very modern and clean, with comfortable seating and outlets. They bring out your order in food, although they forgot my apples and raisins for my oatmeal at first, and then when they brought it in the plastic baggies the apple slices still had a core and stem in it, which kind of sucks because it's usually for kids. The only other things I could've gotten was an apple pie or a side salad with balsamic vinaigrette. I was feeling too weak to walk to somewhere else since my car is getting serviced next door, and too lazy/frugal to pay for food delivery. It was sugary so hopefully I'll feel better soon! My partner and I specifically refer to this McDonald's as the sh**ty McDonald's. It takes at least 5 minutes just for someone to talk to you at the drive thru speaker and another at least 2 just to order because the workers can barely understand you. Even if you order through the app, obtaining your food is seriously difficult! As for the food, granted it's a McDonald's, but it is HORRIBLE. I don't think I've ever finished a sandwich here. Half of the time my QPC isn't fully cooked or it's dryer than a desert. This inside is okay if you don't look hard enough. The longer you stay the more things you notice are sticky. The workers are taking phone calls out loud and act like it's a play place and not a job. I specifically go out of my way to go to the McDonald's down the road because it's marginally better, but at least they cook my meal fully. read more

Order has been messed up here many times in the past. Today after a long day me and my girlfriend were ready to go get some burgers and fries. I have a dairy allergy so I cannot eat cheese so I always get hamburgers. My girlfriend ordered a Mchicken. Somehow we ended up with three cheeseburgers. I have never met a manager more rude and disrespectful than Mercedes. McDonald's as a corporation needs to definitely reevaluate their managers and their leadership skills. Mercedes lacks leadership skills and the decency to understand her position and her customers. I made an order on the 12/23/2022 at 10:22pm for a 10 piece nuggets meal, didn't even care to ask me for sauce, and two Oreo Mc Flurries. I forgot to wait for my Mc Flurries and had left. This location is 25-30 minutes from my home and by the time I got home, I realized that I did not have my Mc Flurries. I then proceeded to call them at least 10 times and another 10, the next day after, and 12/19/2022, but their phone either did not ring or rung, but no answers. I was finally able to make it that way today, 01/06/2023. Told the speaker the situation and asked to proceed to the second window, when I got there, they gave me one MnM Flurries instead of two Oreo Flurries. I told them the correction and Mercedes came to the window angrily. She asked to look at the receipt and yelled at me that it was 10am this morning. The receipt clearly states 10:22pm. Then walked away and left me at the window. Mercedes refused to attempt to hear me out and resolve the issue. The service industry is hard and difficult, but it is unfair to treat your customers that way. Another employee, Selena came to speak with us, but could not resolve the issue due to Mercedes' behaviors. Selena was very genuine and understanding; unfortunately, she was not able to compensate due to her position. I asked for another manager, but nobody was there. I am terrified for the employees that are working and their customers. I am not attempting to get any free items, I am trying to retrieve the item that I purchased. If I could not get the item that I paid for, at least refund me the amount. I don't intend to cause problems because I also run a business and there is no way that my managers will have the audacity to yell at my customers the way Mercedes did to me. Two Oreo Mc Flurries are not worth making it a big issue, but I must address Mercedes' behaviors and impolite audacity. She should not be representing McDonalds and manage any type of employees. It's important that managers attempt to understand and accommodate their customers in order to resolve issues. Consistently The worst service at a McDonald's you could possibly have. Average wait time is 20 minutes and at night near an hour. I arrived at 12:15 at night and only came here because it was the only one open. I get to the order station at 12:50 and they say "we close at at so come join us back at 5am" when it's obviously not 1 yet. So I waited 45 minutes to get nothing. This review is about this location only. I have tried many times to go thru the drive thru and give them a shot. I think I'm up to 4 attempts in the past 3 years - all unsuccessful. This most recent time, I ordered a Large Dr. Pepper and a Reg Oreo McFlurry. I tell this to the lady running the computerized drive thru. She puts (on the screen) one Large Diet Dr. Pepper, one Medium Dr. Pepper and one Reg Oreo McFlurry. I tell her "No no. Not a diet, thanks." The screen goes blank and I'm instructed to pull up. I hand them my card, which doesn't work. I hand them another and everything goes through. I pull up to get my order. I am handed the McFlurry and a Medium Dr. Pepper. I ask "oh, is this a Large?" to which the lady looks at me and says "You know, it's really important that you tell the cashier exactly what you want when you order. It slows down the line when the orders are wrong." I wait to see if she is going to remedy the size confusion. She looks at me, standing next to the drink machine and says "Can you pull up and park, please? We'll bring it out to you." I didn't park. I resolved that this location, like Applebees down the road, are off the list of places to go. I have given up. As a side note, the Oreo McFlurry: Oreos on top, ice cream in the middle, pure cookie crumbs for the bottom half inch of the cup..... Someone needs to head back to McFlurry school....
