1/29/26-Before we ordered our food we asked a male worker which toys they had and he showed us two different toys. We told him that we wanted 1 of each in the happy meals we were going to order. Then when we got the happy meals both had the same toy. I took one up to the counter and asked a woman if we could have the other toy. She then proceeded to argue with me that they only had one type of toy and that there was no way the guy had should us two different toys. I have a hard time giving a rating for this McDonald's. The service for the store was really good. I got in around 1930 and there wasn't a line. I didn't know what I wanted as I stood there looking at the menu. The cashier asked if I had any questions and just waited for me to take my order. One of the cashiers went to deliver some food to someone that already order. I went up and ordered the 10 piece chicken mcnugget meal and a mcdouble sandwich. The food arrived in under 1 minute and I was out the door. I made it home pretty quickly and then the disappointment started to roll. Like falling dominoes, the experience got worst with each chicken mcnugget that I ate. I am fan of a crispy outside and then some soft chicken. These chicken mcnuggets were worse and then even more worse. Supper crispy outside and a surprisingly crispy hard inside. Which means the mcnuggets have been sitting in the fryer too long and cooked from the inside out. Yay and the best part is, I got 10 of them! The mcdouble wasn't even good either. The bun was solid, like a rock and weird it was glued to the meat from the cheese. Solid trash item there. I spent way too much money for crappy food. I don't understand why this Mcdonald's has such bad reviews! Every time I come here it's always a treat- I always get what I want pretty quick and there's not really much downtime as the drive-thrus are always pretty open and quick. The people there are all nice, they all tend to their jobs and are quick to give me the ordered item and I've never had an incidence where they got the order wrong, the food is always fresh and tastes delicious! I haven't been to the inside, I always come here to get a quick bite to eat and go through the drive-thru, bring it back home and eat it. I give this place 4 stars for a reason, and that's because I have a feeling that they take care of their place and are generally aware of the business that they're running. Never had an order delivered so oddly incorrect. Let's start with everything that was missing. One of the two happy meals I ordered did not have the apple slices. Both happy meals were missing milk. There was no sauce for the nuggets, of which we were missing two, and we were missing straws. Now for the odd. As mentioned, we were missing two nuggets; we ordered two 10 pieces and received three 6 pieces, so 18 nuggets. The two double cheese I ordered were made "only ketchup" when I ordered them regular and they put in a double quarter pounder I didn't order. Lastly, the fries and nuggets themselves were gross, the oil definitely needs to be changed. Also, the orange soda was watered down in taste. I found myself here just the other day. I've come to associate McDonalds with RedBox, as I've never seen a McD's without a Redbox machine. Lo and behold!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I found one without a RedBox. Why? Well the lobby is pretty dinky, and the guy at the cash register pointed across the parking lot to the gas station which had 2 machines outside waiting for renters and returners. So why a 4-star?
