How do I rate this place X1000!!! The short version of this: GET TO THIS PLACE! They have an awesome mission, stellar drinks/coffee and amazing staff! This was the first place we came to after getting off the plane for our Denver trip! We were both exhausted, so I did a yelp search and found this place! Boy am I glad we did! The mission is simple but powerful, they want to help nonviolent felons and kids stay out of trouble! They support organizations that help this mission! I also love how their company is built with employees in mind! This world would be a better place if more people were like that! The vibes here are very chill! There are 2 TV's to play games or watch! They have plenty of board games too! Honestly it felt like going over to someone's house! We loved this place so much we came twice during our short 4 day trip!! My boyfriend got the latte with 4 shots of espresso and I had the lady finger with oatmilk and 5150 with oatmilk. There cold foam is dairy but it was soooo worth it!! Absolutely delicious on the lady finger drink!! Starbucks could never! Our drinks were always good and done quickly! The staff is truly amazing and so fun!! They really made us feel welcome! Don't walk, RUN TO SUPPORT THIS PLACE!! They also have dirty sodas and Red Bull energy drinks that they can flavor! Such a great find in suburbia; Parker! A "hole in the wall" coffee shop with a great ethos ("rehabilitation, not incarceration!" They accept dogs in the shop! (Huge positive for me!) Staff was super friendly Coffee was strong and delicious! The only negative I have to say was the heavy metal music blaring; it was loud and really not what I expected (in a good and bad way? ‍) thank goodness for AirPods! Went here for the 1st time today and will definitely be coming back. Pulled up to the cutest coffee shop, with so many good options to pick from. They literally have everything you would ever need and more. Also the vibe inside ate down, such a good place to do work or just hangout. I got a sugar free energy drink creation and omg the best drink ever, I didn't know you could even make a redbull taste like that. This place is a phenomenal find--they house more sugar free syrup options and sodas than even Dutch Bros. down the street! They sell fun merch, from stickers to shirts and beanies to baked goods, all begging to be eaten. I love the gaming energy throughout the space and the music overhead reinforces that vibe even more. So prepare for some screaming artists and a base that might rattle the ice in your breve. This business is full of heart and supports a great cause to pull on those strings even more. I stumbled upon Convict Coffee while visiting a nearby retailer and what a great find - wow!! Great coffee (I am a "coffee snob") coupled with a serious social mission to help people that can use a hand. It has a great, relaxed "coffee house" vibe with couches, TVs and video gamers enjoying the space, artwork on the walls, and has outside seating and plenty of parking. Dan, the owner, spoke with me and explained that Convict Coffee has been in business 1 year, and is a family business owned by Dan and his 2 sons. They have done well in their first year of business, donating ~$40k to a mix of charities and causes, including organizations that help reduce recidivism for former inmates. Dan himself made choices early in life that landed him in prison, and he has certainly made up for it with this venture. They roast their own coffee and also sell whole beans, plus clothing, hats, and other merch. Stopped in today for our first time... but it definitely won't be our last! The staff all gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and thanked us as we left. We've been wanting to stop in for a while, and the DCL Brew Tour gave us the perfect excuse. The drinks we had - Floral Play, 5150 and Wicked Lemonade - were all delicious and some of the best coffee shop drinks we've ever had. We love the vibe of this coffee spot - we met one of the owners the first time we were here and he was fantastic. This is a place that you feel at home and comfortable at. Stopped by here on a whim on the way to church. I am a sucker for new coffee shops and love supporting small local businesses and I hadn't had the chance to stop in here until last weekend. This location is tucked into the parking lot of Natural Grocers on the Southeast corner of Hilltop and Parker Rd. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this coffee shop. Amazing live music by the Singing Hillbilly, friendly staff, cool decor, a great owner, delicious coffee, delicious food and all for a great cause. The owner explained they support several local causes and other small businesses. He said they donated about $30k-$40k to various organizations last year which is amazing. I love that they give back to the community and to organizations that may otherwise be overlooked. Check out their website for more info on the causes they support. I had the 5150 which was a delicious blend of pistachio and salted caramel in a latte. To die for - simple flavors and great coffee. My husband had one of the dirty Red Bull drinks which he said was pretty good. We both had a grilled cheese sandwich and opted to add pepperoni. Let me just tell you it was one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I've ever had. Chewy, melt in your mouth sourdough bread with loads of melted gooey havarti and cheddar cheeses with the slight kick of pepperoni. I'm drooling just thinking of it right now. So good. We will absolutely be back and we will talk this place up to our friends and family as well. We hope to be able to attend one of their game or trivia nights once we move down to the area. Great first, but not our last, visit. We came at night and there is no exterior lighting. But inside we felt so welcomed by the proprietor's daughter. She greeted us warmly and explained the menu to us. SO many flavorings! We tried some of the holiday specials and our drinks were delicious. While she expertly prepared the drinks, our server explained the history behind the establishment and the charities to which they donate. The place has plenty of comfortable seating of all types, including tables with chairs and sofas. And we saw many people coming and going while we enjoyed our drinks. The music was almost too loud for conversations and there is no escaping the speakers but the vibe is popping so we didn't mind, just be aware. What a great addition to the growing coffee shop culture in Parker. This spot gives you all the community small town feels you'd hope for when you drive through town. Located in the Natural Grocers parking lot, if you are a long time Parker local you'll remember it fondly as Hills Market. The only grocery store in town for decades. Our ladies group meets here and we've received amazing service and yummy drinks. There are a couple of different rooms to hang out and every time I've been it's been pretty busy so they are obviously doing something right! Convict Coffee is an ideal third space. On my visit, people sat and chatted, played board games or Mario kart. One person broke out an acoustic guitar. One lady came in with a hairless guinea pig. The front room, while small, was a sort of nucleus for the whole little community, and teemed with life. This place was so neat! We walked in the door and were immediately greeted! Come to find out it's a father and two sons business! They were so incredibly welcoming and told us their entire story! On top of that, the actual coffee shop is so much fun! They have three rooms filled with games and even a Wii so you can play Mario kart (yay!!) the coffee was fantastic! The coffee was fantastic too! I had a white mocha chai( they had different types of chai and explained those to me too). My husband got the mocha and I swear they had like 4 different types of mocha! They told us they even have entertainment, line dancing etc. what a fun place and love that they give back! The owners back story is so interesting and inspiring too! I was there two days in a row and by the second day they had greeted my cousin and I by our names (little things like that make customers feel valued). They truly care about their community and why not support a beautiful cause, especially when yummy coffee is involved!
