I visited this location to grab a breakfast sandwich. Upon entering the establishment, it was not clean. There was debris all over the floor and it looked like someone had spilled a coke or maybe coffee on the floor that no one was attending to. The restrooms were also not clean, which was a bit shocking as this was around 9ish in the morning. I went up to the counter to place my order and no one acknowledged me. I eventually got their attention and they told me they weren't taking any orders inside and that I had to go through the drive thru. No explanation was given and the tone was a little off putting to me. Needless to say, I drove a few miles up the road and stopped at the next one. read more

Got upset that I informed them the code literally says, "drive-through." i waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru today I know their time stamps has to be high I was told that I can only order one drive-through. I understand but it was the fact that I gave the woman my drive-through code not necessarily an order she wanted to argue with me about I said fine so I pulled the curbside and I proceeded to wait another 40 minutes for my order to come out which I had to go into the store to get because they haven't even begin working on my order. so I had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be done I understand it's lunchtime and it's busy, but there was people constantly leaving who haven't even ordered yet like when I was in the drive-through line. There was like five cars that pulled off. not to mention the food like it was just slapped together not really prepared properly. I'm not trying to be rude or disrespectful, but the district manager really needs to look into this store. Because this is ridiculous. read more

went to mcdonald's at 7:30 with my daughter and man, went to use our points and just easily get our meals and then sit and eat. have a good night after our meal- but that wasn't on the lady with black tights/blue shirt/glasses girls list. Literally waited at the counter for someone to come for a minute, she finally turned and asked us to use the kiosk, i didn't see it so i looked around and said "where" she said "right there- that big screen" turned back around. yes, i found it, no i didn't use it. i used the app because we planned on just going to use our points from the START. so this was an extra minute. floor was pretty gross this time at night, it looked like they had a bad day and wasn't able to pick up yet. anyways, we order our meals and wait.. as we were the only people in mcdonald's the same women then turns around and asked us "are both these online orders yours?" .... um.. i think so? more time goes by and yesss finally get the food: she grabs the food places it on the counter along with our one cup, and i accidentally drop it behind the counter- i say "excuse me, could i get a new cup" she than INSISTS i pick the cup up from behind the counter and throw it away before i get this new one. i told her, "okay i will throw it away" and then hold my hand out to get the new cup, she than again, tells me to pick the cup up and throw it in the trash before i can get a brand new cup. i was angry. but i did it. i threw it away. and got the new cup that i had to literally rip out of her hand because she was holding it so tight. she went back to work. so great food in the morning, but horrible after dinner time. i won't be back. read more

This is the worst place I have ever been to eat or make an order. The employees act as if they don;t want to be bothered with you. They are short tempered and smart acting with their customers like they don't want to be bothered. The manager is not much better. When you want to talk to her she is never in. Heaven help if you have to call them they take forever to answer the phone and never give you any helpful services/ or answers to any of your questions. I made a call in order and went to the location. I arrived at 7:45. I tried to walk into the restaurant, and four employees were sitting in the eating area doing each other's eyebrows. They informed me it was drive-through only even though their doors were open, and the hours on the doors said they stayed open until 11 pm. Their shake machine was down, and they were rude about refunding part of my order. For the part I did receive, I waited almost 20 minutes for even though I checked in well ahead of time. And finally, although I didn't expect any better at this point, the window operator and numerous others, including the manager, were literally yelling at each other, and we didn't get one polite word the entire process. This is terrible customer service, and I will gladly drive to daphne over eating here again. I recommend readers do the same. read more

I got food poisoning from this location and Im currently being seen under a doctor. The girl placed something in my food and came to the window laughing. I waited in line an hour and no one was in front of me after a order I placed on the mobile app. Once I got to the window the Caucasian girl one who took my order was inside sitting down. I pulled around to the window and an African American female came to the window laughing hysterically and asked me what I ordered. Turned around laughing and brought me old food. Nothing was fresh about it. Later that evening I felt Ill and had to see a doctor. He diagnosed it as having diarrhea and nausea from food poisoning. Went in with low expectation with the amount of low reviews and low and behold they were on par. If you could give less than a 1 Star they definitely would be the prime candidate. Place was trashed, no condiments available, had to clean my own table, mold was present on the ceilings, and no sense of urgency by the workers all while 23 people were waiting on food or waiting to order with no one behind the counter. Slowest service I have ever experienced, some of the rudest employees I have ever experienced, a revoltingly dirty restaurant, and what little of the food we actually tried tasted really funny. This is a very bad McDonald's. Their bathrooms are not kept up. There were only napkins by the toilets instead of toilet paper. The trash cans in the bathrooms were overflowing. The staff seemed confused and did not work together. You will wait 30 minutes indeed for your order. Then you will find that your order is wrong! I am calling corporate to let them know. read more

This by far has to be the SLOWEST McDonald's I have ever encountered. The workers are not friendly. The service is terrible. The food is good if you are ever ACTUALLY able to place an order. I had to ask for fresh fries because the ones they served me were stale and cold. I hope the manager is reading this because you have some serious work to do. The food was tolerable/edible. The cheeseburgers were slightly warmer than room temperature. The fries were a touch warmer with little salt. My husband said that his double quarter pounder was hot and good. His burger was the one exception to the rest. The main reason for the poor rating is the lack of service and receiving the wrong order. We have been here twice and have received either only part of our order or the wrong order. We were charged for the two cheeseburger meal but only got one. We were also charged for an extra toy, which I did ask for but did not receive. We were charged for and given a large drink instead of the small that we ordered. We received and extra order of small fries that we were not charged for and did not order. Too many mistakes with no service for such bland food. Not worth the money or headache. Pass this location. read more

After standing in line for a while I gave up and left after 25 minutes. Also, the inside smelled off, so I'm sort of relieved to not have eaten there. But, still, $10.10 for just a drink is awful. Placed a mobile order for a couple of cheeseburger happy meals and a value meal and while waiting in the car an employee came out to say they ran out of hamburgers. She offered to sub nuggets or fish sandwiches on our order to which we declined and left with nothing. Our assumption was our order would be cancelled since we didn't get anything but discovered our account still got charged for the full order amount. My wife called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who said they have nothing to do with the McDonald's app and can't cancel orders or credit funds back. She said our only option was to come back to the restaurant when they had hamburger again and they'd fulfill our order. We don't live in the area so wasn't an option for us. This store is on our way to the beach but we will never visit it again or use the McDonald's app again. read more
