Why have two drive-through lanes at this particular McDonald's? You can sit in one lane for 5 to 10 minutes without anybody acknowledging you're there while they take two or three orders in the lane on the other side. Tonight I waited five minutes. I finally pulled forward to the first window. Whoever was handling that window paid absolutely no attention to me. Another employee saw me sitting there, smiled at me and did nothing. I drove up to the Next window and explained that no one had taken my order yet and gave them my code from the app. They acted all confused and it still took two or three minutes to get my Diet Coke. If I could give zero stars, I would! Consistently horrible service and food, even by McDonald's standards. Once in a while you might get ok service, but it's extremely rare. I've never been able to figure out how they take forever to bring your food, which, then at least it should be fresh and hot...nope! I was warned but went anyway. I ordered 6 meals and only one was correct. One burger was basically raw. A few of the burgers seemed like the employee had a hand full of mayo and mustard when they wrapped them making a huge mess and then there were no napkins included to help. read more

Had rude service, called in to see if we could get some food before they close at 1250 they said "as long as you are here before we close" in a very rude tone. We then got there at 1255 and they said one second and shut everything off. Very disrespectful to me. Will obviously go back but only because of the lack of McNuggets in the area. An update about drinks. I've tried a Coke and a Dr. Pepper. Both were fine. The oily feel and weird taste is gone. I haven't braved the iced tea yet. I ordered a 6 peice kids meal mcnugget and an oreo mcfluffy for my son it took over 10 mins to get and we didn't get the oreo mcfluffy we got an m and m one and the kid didn't ask if we wanted any sauce with the kid meal he just chose a sauce for us and when I said we would like ranch for the sauce for the kid meal he added it on there for 25 cents more and when I first got here I stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order for about 7 mins I'm not gonna come back to this one read more

Always double check your orders, it seems I'm always unfortunate in this, and have always been a item or a few short. The food sometimes taste like it should of been thrown out from sitting under a heat lamp for to long, a few occasions of straight cold food, and ofcourse the occasional thumb smashed burger. Absolutely terrible, incompetent service. Lost two mobile orders, then tried to make me either leave with no food or double pay. The manager is literally the worst manager I've ever seen, has no idea how to interact with people, do anything at all, let alone operate a restaurant. First, she accused us of lying despite having time stamped receipts on our phones. Argued with us for 10+ minutes, this after we already waited in line for 40 minutes... At a McDonald's... At 10 pm on a regular night. Clearly zero competence on how to do anything (and there were at least four workers present, so it's definitely terrible management to be that slow). After a worker finally came forward and said he remembered making the orders, they finally agreed to remake the orders. Of course the manager made no sort of apology or admission of making a mistake. Instead, she FINALLY remembered our orders, accused us of not coming inside to pick it up and instead going through the drive thru (of course, the inside was locked lol and we were forced to wait in the drive thru from hell, not at all our "choice"). Anyway, we thanked the one worker who actually did his job and tried to help us, ignoring the insanely rude, incompetent manager who should most definitely be fired. We were asked to pull forward and wait while they finally remade the orders. About five mins later we FINALLY had our original orders without having to pay twice lol. Of course, here's the real kicker to truly show the ignorance and incompetence of the manager... When we looked in the bag, this was NOT new, fresh food. They actually had our food the entire time (about 50 mins), finally took the two seconds to check their counter, and gave us this now awful, cold food. Couldn't even try to pass it off as new because imagine that, IT HAD THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT INSIDE (this being the receipt for the food that we were supposedly "lying" about and nearly had to pay twice for....) Rude and very slow service. Tried to get just a cup of hot coffee and they gave me an iced one. Waited for the girl to correct it at the front counter, and she went on to sack drive through orders and never did give me the hot coffee in exchange for the iced one, even though she acknowledged the mistake when I told her. She didn't seem to care and totally dismissed me. Worst management ever! I've lived in Beatrice for over 30 years, and it was NEVER this bad when Jim owned and managed it. I'll not be back again. The staff including management is disgusting and really should not be working in food service if they truly despise customers. when I am sitting in the lobby and the young man taking orders says that "if one more stupid person doesn't listen when I tell them to wait to order I am going to start spitting in peoples food before giving it to them." Then he started laughing along with the rest of the staff. I had just received my order and ended up throwing my food away to afraid to say anything and to disgusted to eat it. The same young man then went on to make comments about people from other countries needing to go home if they can't bother to learn our language. When I got to the pick up window the gal handed me my half filled coffees and asked me to pull forward, I ask how much longer she said 1 min, so I said oh, I don't mind waiting. It's been my experience here they forget u She opened the window a second time and ask me to pull forward as the food was ready for cars behind me. So I said no thank you, I don't mind waiting I was here first and my food wasn't ready.. the manager walked up to the window, finally with my food and said. "Next time we park you if you don't move we'll have to refund your money it's our process (practice)" So their practice is to have two lanes, when they can't keep up with one, give you cold food, low filled beverages, not to mention the FLIES that incubate and reproduce at an alarming rate... Seriously. This place needs help. Instead of redecorating the inside they should re-educate their staff. This is the second Sunday in a row that I have been shorted food. We used to wait until we got home (20 miles) only to find out that we missed food. Last time that happened, they sent us coupons that took three weeks to get there and were expired. *eyeroll*. there was roaches in my mc chicken. i found a dead rat in my chicken nuggets, not even cooked like oh my god. there was pubic hair in my sprite, i also found traces of cocaine and meth in it when i did my drug test on it, like normal. the roaches were a bit mexican as well. i can't believe they forgot my pad i ordered with extra mustard but no pickles. so i'm never coming here again, unless you give me my mustard filled pad with no pickles of course. go kill yourself. stop giving me mexican roaches. read more

Disgusting is the best word for today. The bacon McDouble was not warm enough to even begin to melt the cheese. Wanted iced tea but it was empty. Told a very nice employee at the counter but it remained empty the entire time I was there. Both ketchup dispensers were empty as well. Let another nice employee know about this but it took another 10 minutes before it was refilled. Now for the bad part. My fries were hard as a rock. I am not sure if they were overcooked or just dirty oil. I looked around and every other table had the same rock hard, dark brown fries. I don't expect gourmet food at McDonald's but I do at least expect decent, warm food. read more

I have come to this store on more than one occassion. Each time I swipe my card, the magnetic strip cannot be read. Ultimately, they use a different method. Either they swipe it on the other card reader or enter it in manually. I forget exactly. The point is, they have an alternate method they could have used. Instead of politely asking me if I could us another card, the shift manager barked that my card won't work and I would have to use another card. I handed her another card and it worked. As she swiped, I tried to tell her how the others made my card work. Her response... "You just need to use a card that works." At that point, I told her to cancel my order! Although my personal card worked, I made her reverse the charges. I don't deserve to be spoken to like they are doing me a favor by serving me! They should treat me like like their pay depends on it. I'm quite irritated with this place. 1. There is nothing fast about this fast food restaurant. 2. My order was simple. One sausage burrito and an hazelnut iced coffee LIGHT on the cream LIGHT on the hazelnut syrup. Do I need to say only put a little bit in or go easy on the cream? I honestly don't get it. I have YET to get a coffee from this place that isn't completely opposite from what I ordered! I want my coffee to look like coffee! Brown! Not looking like a vanilla milk shake. Not only did my coffee come out loaded with cream and syrup (that I absolutely did not want) but my sausage burrito was ripped in half. It made me double guess whether they spit in it or not and it tasted like it's been sitting out and reheated from 4 hours ago. Please tell me how I'm going to put red hot sauce on a burrito that's been torn in half?? So beyond frustrating. I threw both away. If I wasn't in class all day I would of went back. Very disorganized. Food was not very good even for fast food. Order was wrong. It took 3 people to finally get someone that could help. We were leaving when lady that was cleaning asked me to pick up trash cartons that were left under a table. I found that odd and should never have happened since it wasn't our cartons or our table. read more

Only stopped once as we were passing through Nebraska. This place is filthy! It appears that they clean their windows, doors and floors with filthy water and cleaning rags. Bathroom was disgusting. Service was VERY SLOW. Food was OK and we were thankful that we did not get sick after eating it. Corporate should close this place and sanitize it, then train the management on how to run a McDonald's correctly. The McDonald's down south are awesome compared to this one. read more

Unless you feel like waiting an hour, I don't recommend going here. I ordered food, which came, but my friend and I also ordered coffee, and we went to tell the worker (who's name is Trenten btw) that we didn't get our coffee yet... twice. Then we finally went up and told him to make it, and he was helping other people who ordered after us, and I think it was because they were friends or he was trying to impress them or something... idk. But when he finally made them, he gave me a medium cappuccino when I ordered a large FRAPPE! And it didn't even taste good! I had to put like 7 sugar packets in there to get it to taste decent, and at this point I just wanted to leave so I didn't say anything. My friend was also waiting for his coffee. He got a medium caramel iced coffee and he got a small, and he said it doesn't even taste good. Normally this McDonalds is good, so that's why I gave it three stars and not 0, but this time was just not a good experience, and it might have been because of the worker. So if you go to this McDonald's, don't let Trenten help you! read more

So my wife has been talking about this McWrap Meal at McDonald's for a few days. We finally went yesterday and first off, the McWrap had been discontinued. We ordered something else, and our clue of problems to come should have been the filthy condition of the dining area. Every single table was dirty. My wife went into the restroom to get paper towels to wipe a table and...I won't even mention the condition in there. The beverage bar looked like something exploded on it. There was water, ice, ketchup, and wet napkins everywhere. We complained to the manager, and she told us to leave if we didn't like it. She said, "This is MY restaurant, and if you don't want to eat here, get out!" WTF? Meanwhile our food still wasn't up, some 25 minutes after ordering. We said we would leave after getting a refund, and she told us to leave immediately or she would call the police. We met the policemen in the parking lot, and gave our side of the story after the manager attempted to cat fight with my wife outside in front of the cops! We got our refund, but were told by the police to never come back, or risk getting arrested for trespassing! No more McDonald's for us, McWraps or no McWraps. What an ordeal. read more
