My review was changed or removed. But this place is a disaster. The staff got into an argument with customers that spilled into the parking lot. The staff opened the window and yelled at the young men and the next thing we knew the guy had a weapon out. The staff slammed the drive thru window and left us in the middle of it all. The police responded quickly. Staff did no de-escalate the situation and actually made it more horrifying that they were yelling obscenities out of the window right in front of customers. I wouldn't go here again if you pointed a weapon at me...oh wait that already happened. So no thanks! I will go elsewhere. If I could give negative stars I would. The worst McDonalds. Some mornings, no McCafe. If its up and running, they don't know how to make the drinks listed on the menu. The last four times we came through for food, I was asked at the food pick up window what my order was. Rarely is an order correct. Ice cream machine is broken 90% of the time. Last night I was handed 2 of 5 M&M McFlurries and asked to pull up. 10 minutes later someone came out and told me they were out of M&Ms. I asked them to simply be made with Oreos. Typically we go to this McDonald's because it's better than the one going towards Target. These last 3 visits though have been a miss! 1st visit they gave us small fries when we ordered Large, 2nd visit we ordered 2 cherry cream pies they were old, dried out and one of them was so over baked it literally was part of the cardboard it sat in! 3rd visit today current, fries are cold and stale and not to mention they totally left out the 4pc nuggets and sauce I Was Charged for. I tried calling them but guess what, phone rings then a loud pitch sound goes off, as if I was calling a fax machine. Now I'm out my charged nuggets and my $$. To top it off they weren't even busy to have messed up my order, yes I tried looking in the bag but the lady gave me some kind of look when I began checking my bag that I drove off... I had a online order. Their internet was down yet again like their shake machine always is. That being said. They didn't get my order till I got there at 2:30am. I got two large fries. Went through drive through on a Sunday at 12:44. Ordered a Big Mac combo, 3 sausage McMuffins, and a fruit and yogurt parfait. Asked to pull forward to wait for food, it took all but 20 minutes to get food brought out. Meanwhile at least 10 cars got their food and left. I don't know if it is pure incompetence or if they just can't do both breakfast and lunch at the same time but 20 minutes is a little ridiculous. read more

I was very pleased with service and food tonight. It was the only place open at 2:00am (within a mile). I went out for ice and soda at the Circle K and remember I hadn't eaten since 4:00pm. I didn't want to eat a nasty hot dog there so I went down the street to my favorite McDonald's. Although I don't eat here much anymore like I did when I was younger... I just don't like the burgers HOWEVER... I saw the menu had a photo of the burger with the advertised of "freshly made." I had hoped for a Quarter Pounder that looked like the picture (as if)! As I talked to the person at the speaker I noticed that they no longer had the screen for you to see your order. Just a boring speaker with tiny holes. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese, plain. And chicken strips. The guy said no chicken or salad after midnight. Okay then I will have an apple pie. "NO Apple pies after midnight either." Okay, I will have the combo then with my burger (adding fries and a Dr. Pepper) I pulled around and waited for a few minutes for the car in front of me to get his order. Oh, I almost forgot... they also said cash only! Luckily I had a $20. Anyway, The guy at the window was very friendly. He appeared to be the only person in the whole place. He kept walking away to somewhere. I gave him my money and he left and came back with my change. He then walked away again for awhile. Came back with my drink. Walking away again he came with my food. And man was it hot! I ate almost all of the fries before I got home and the burger was delicious ! Wish I could give ZERO stars. The drive-thru service is horrible. I went to this McDonalds tonight (5/11/2017) and it took 47 minutes before I finally got to the window and received my food. It took then 33 minutes to even get to the first window to pay. I complained about the wait and they gave me the everyone has big orders excuse. This "hole in the wall" restaurant is soon to become a great success. With bright colours, friendly staff, fountain sodas, free wifi, meals with toys for children, smiling & easily identifiable mascots, and an ever expanding menu, this place is sure to become a family favourite. I go to this McDonald's (there are about 5 just in Belleville, I imagine they will start to expand out from there!) every Wednesday & Thursday. I haven't purchased food from here in a bit. I normally go in, fill up my water bottle, & use their free wifi and clean washroom facilities on my allowed 30 minute break from waged labor. The staff smiles & waves at me. Most importantly I am never asked to leave because of my mild misuse of the restaurant's main purpose (selling foodstuffs). Notably, there is a Redbox location out front and a dual "drive-thru." Being a place that serves up mostly burgers (originally a sub-par meal that people of low income consumed), there isn't much for me to eat - because I am vegetarian. All of the food is served quick, with a smile and a hint of Better Living through Chemistry. I imagine with the acquisition of the McDonald's name by Ray Crock, this small time operation will be marketed excellently. The workforce of this McDonald's is specialized, each worker performing one particular job (so not to get swamped by doing several things - because of the popularity of this restaurant). That gives each worker a better chance for job satisfaction (as well as replaceabilty). The "Happy Meal" (meals with smaller portion sizes that include a toy), comes in a box to be used as a house for the enclosed toy, (strangely resembles the mascot "Happy" that can be seen next to menu options) or a place to perform a science experiment on the biodegradation process of foods purchased. Is this review based on 1 visit? No Will I go here again? Yes Should you try this place? Yes Lasting impression - With so many negative things being said about McDonald's lately, it is satisfying to see that not all locations fit the same mold. Moral seems high and many employees know their customers (names, orders, and families) - which is different for a large chain. read more

So I just got done working a 12 hour shift and I decided to stop by McDonald's well when I got home I realized my fry was only half full and I was missing one of my 20 piece chicken nuggets so I called the store and a lady answered the phone and I told her what happened she right away knew exactly what I was talking about she told me to come in tomorrow to get the 20 piece and she told me to put my fry in a ziplock baggie and bring it tomorrow in order to get a new fry and that it was company policy ... honestly wtf McDonald's(now mind you I work for a fast food company that's not at all true) save the fry really?!?Is your food cost that low lets just say I'm not very happy and I won't be going to that location again!! read more

I visited this McDonald's and was very disappointed, I found a ball of blond hair in my fries and when I called to complain about it, the managers acted like they didn't even care, so I called corporate on them and I'm still not done with this matter. The meal that ordered was rushed out and while I normally wouldn't have a problem with this; until it was noticed that the main meal in two kids meal was missing. Upon returning to the McDonald's, (125 S Belt E Belleville, IL 62220), I was greeted with some of the worst customer service I had ever experienced. After a while I began to take notice of the ugly root to was contaminating everything. I have never experienced a manager completely blow off a customer and to be so frazzle that she gave me someone else's order. Your manager (Cardia) refused to help me resolve my issue and continued to bark orders and run her employees like a slave driver. It is never okay to humiliate an employee or be little them just because they are new. The environment was so toxic and negative that it affected all of the employees at the location. It quickly became evident that my order was rushed, because the manager is being way too aggressive. If at all possible please reevaluate the leadership at the location I specified above. At this time, I will no longer support this location until this problem is rectified. Thank you read more
