Hello their, I have been to this McDonalds location many many times but the most recent two times have went it has been horrible and I will never be going back they have now stole money from me twice. Both times Ive placed the order on the McDonalds app the first time on the date of 4/18/2026 the General Manger that goes by Dee yelled at me many times and says she does not have my order when I watched it get handed to another customer then proceeded to say she would not give me a refund nor remake my order til this day I havent gotten my refund. Keep in mind the first time I went through the drive through they asked me if I wanted the receipt but I thought maybe because I placed it on the app I dont really need it so I dont grab it from the lady then she proceeded to lie to me. The second time I went on the date of 5/16/2026 at 2:25 pm she said they were out of Carmel Frappes so I said can I get a mocha frappe instead she proceeded to yell and say theirs no frappes period and I need to refund my order through the app once I tried to do that the app said it was to late and I couldnt cancel it i didnt get either thing off of my order from today as well nor my refund. I am being treated horribly for absolutely no reason and I will never be coming back for a manager to treat me the way they treated me is unexpectable. read more

I'm disturbed that my Filet O Fish was served on a sesame seed bun that was hard. It appeared it had been in the bread warmer for a while. This is a really poorly managed McDonalds. And not a very clean McDonalds. Actually quite filthy. And that's just from my observation from the car in the drive-thru. The exterior is dirty and trash cans are overflowing. Soft drinks taste funny. Food is sometime cold (at 5AM). I really don't know why I continue to stop here. Ok, previously I had received a half-empty container of "large" fries (posted in pictures above) and proceeded to make a complaint on McDonald's website. I mentioned what happened as well as the fact that I'm a VEGETARIAN. Wasn't even that big of a deal until I later received a generic letter apologizing for what happened, (they take every issue with greatest concern, blah blah blah) And guess what I get? I guess my experience at this location is different from other customers that been here. Of course, the drive thru may seem long, but they were constantly moving so it must mean they have a system line up. Even after placing my order, I was at the window in no time to pay for my meal. The cashier at the first window was nice and professional which I wasn't expecting that at a fast food restaurant. The second window had another nice employee working and I'm definitely surprise because normally you'll get just a average service at a fast food joint. I went to this McDonald's (drive-thru) and ordered from breakfast menu a #1 (Egg McMuffin Meal). The FIRST picture is of my first order. The SECOND picture is what I received after going in to replace the first order, not one bite taken by me! (Regardless of its appearance!) Exasperated and irritated, I went back in to ask for a refund. As soon as I approached the counter, a team member says loudly to her manager, "Come see what she wants now cause I'm not gonna deal with her!" The manager yells from the back, "What she want now?" Ok get there and there is a car in front of me. So finally my turn she's taking my order and writing it down, should have been a red flag then that there were system issues. Well I guess I'll be the first to write a review for this location but my first time at this location even tho I stay close by. Came here early morning last night at 3am with a friend drive thru it literally took 30mins or more waiting and waiting. I don't know what was going on but ppl was in line and end up leaving because of the long wait. We finally get to the window and we payed for one meal and was going to pay for the Nxt order and the lady made it seem like we just made up another order on the spot and was gonna tell us we would have to go back around and get in line after we waited a whole hour already. (Um I think NOT!) But we finally got our order out and everything was ok after that. I don't know what was going on in the restaurant to be soooooo slow with everything last night but need to get it together.
