all we ordered was 2 of the $5 meal deals. they were supposed to both have onions on the burgers. one had extra. i got them and neither of them had any. i go back through and it took 2 different people to understand that i needed onions. i was then pulled up when all they had to do was put onions on the burgers. then i got my food and it was still wrong. this is genuinely the most incompetent mcdonald's ive ever been to in my life. read more

Workers need customer service training X100. I work for Door Dash and have never been able to pick up the food on time much less 10 minutes after pickup time here. This evening I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes(I wish I was exaggerating) to pick up a door dash order. once I received my customers food it was already cold and was greeted with rolling eyes and sighs from the staff. On multiple other occasions at this specific location I've received numerous of wrong orders and attitudes up front. not one person smiling. not to mention the cook staff that is always loudly speaking profanities. On several occasions food had to be remade . To often it is hard to get checked out. When ask to talk to the manager to many claim to be this causing a awful chain of command. McDonald's on main Street in cabot was the worst! My husband,me, and 3 kids went and all our food was cold, the fresh were gross, it stunk, the windows were so dirty, they looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time after we got our food I watched 1 of the 3 boys just standing behind the register put his hand in his mouth. Noone had hair nets on. I also seen a women sit on the little counter that you get your food from when you dine in. She was just sitting on it eating food. Then I noticed one of the boys doing it too! Gross!!! I will never eat there again n I plan to tell everyone i know about this. I'd give 4 stars for the daytime crew. A few minutes ago, I asked for sausage egg and cheese with no bun. This is normally not an issue. Today, I got a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with the receipt taped on it which read "no bun." I took it back and told the girl I can't eat bread. She apologized, went to the back, took it off the biscuit and put it in a tray with crumbs all over it. I'm perfectly capable of removing the biscuit. Any time someone returns food because it's wrong, REMAKE IT! Just because you're teenagers doesn't mean you have to be stupid and lazy. read more

I'd hate to see what your example of good customer service is when what I got was BEYOND another. Our food looks like it was tossed together, thrown into a bag and thrown out the window. None of the "special requests" for items were done. Example "plain double cheese burger" instead it was tossed together with ketchup, mustard onion chunks and the ends of a pickle. Yes the end. We ordered 2 happy meals on my sons birthday plus a quarter pounder, 10 chicken nuggets with habanero ranch, an artesian burger and chocolate chip cookies After forgetting the 10 chicken nuggets they gave us the wrong dipping sauce and raisin cookies!! Ordered two large coffees w/ creamer & sugar on the side. They ended up putting in all the creamer/sugar in the coffee & the coffee was now too sweet. I returned the coffee and was promised new ones. I was told to wait in the designated parking space & someone would come out our new order. 15 min later, I decided to go & check.
