I have stories about this place, and they just continue. One morning, a kid with the drive through window open, that was working. There was bragging. I don't kn about driving drunk and saying there was no such thing as too drunk. Someone very close to me, had been killed by a drunk driver.Recently at that point. The dashers always tell me that the staff is rude. Mainly between midnight and six a m. I've had this experience myself.It's like they just don't care. My orders are literally never right. Whether it's missing jelly and salsa or getting a frappe instead of a hot coffee. It does not stop there.The food is wrong probably every other time. They many times don't provide straws even when I order things like smoothies or soft drinks. General management is complacent at best. This has been going on for months, and it's the same old stuff.Every time. I used to think it was time to replace staff but now i'm starting to think it's time to replace management. Good hiring practices training coaching and accountability are words that come to mind when I think of what is lacking here. Corporate it's time to step in. You need to go inspect this restaurant during graveyard shift. A secret shop them. Hold the management or ownership accountable. Enough is enough read more

Looks amazing on the outside, but once you walk inside you can see it's not the best taken care of, dirty stuff all over the tables there tea is expired. I frequently have gotten breakfast here, but gee, the woman on drive through was such a piece of work. She was faking being extra-solicitous, asking me about every damned thing they could possibly add to the order. Did I want jam? Yes. What flavor? Grape. How many? 2. Did I want extra butter? No. And so on. So what did I get? About 10 packets of salt and pepper, no butter, and 3 packets of strawberry jam. I don't know which incompetent person was the cashier tonight, but they were very rude. I placed an online order and I was trying to avoid the long drive thru, and the app said the inside was open for pickup and I saw people inside, so I chose the pick up inside option on the app. But the doors were locked so I just went through the drive thru. Basically, I got to the first window and showed her the order number, receipt, AND the statement from my bank showing the money was taken out, but she said it wasnt showing up in the system and made me pay twice. Went through drive through this morning and ordered two sausage biscuit bundles and a large coffee. Since I am capable of doing simple math in my head, I knew it would be around $6.50 ( $2.50 for each bundle and $1 for the coffee plus tax). The cashier quoted a price of nearly nine dollars and then rolled her eyes at me when I said she was wrong. I tried to explain that the bundles were five dollars plus one dollar for the coffee. This location has a reputation for being totally inept, and now I know why. My wife and I each placed a mobile order on their app, and I went to pick them up. When I arrived, my wife's food was ready, but mine wasn't, so I was asked to pull into a parking space to wait. Over 15 minutes passed before I finally got upset enough to go inside. I asked why I had been waiting so long, and I heard one employee say "I know what happened...we gave his food to someone else," and she started laughing. After another 4 minutes, I walked out the door with my food, and left, taking a bag of cold food home to my wife. Not a single individual at this McDonalds apologized for making me wait, or asked me if I would like hot food for my wife. To add insult to injury, I called the local corporate office, and left a message, explaining what had happened. Once again, nobody contacted me to address the atrocious service and lack of professionalism shown. This restaurant is by far THE WORST McDonalds I have EVER patronized, but rest assured, it will not happen again. Would give them half a star if I could. read more

This McDonald's location has messed up my orders too many times for me to count. The staff is usually nice, but there have been a few times when a female manager has been incredibly rude. Not sure what her name is, but she usually wears a bandanna in her hair. Other than that, they just can't seem to get the most simple of orders right. McDonald's is an inexpensive place to go to grab a meal or snack with a friend. I have not personally had a bad experience with their food as of yet. Their frappucinos and other specialty coffees are delicious. When a friend and I went recently, the employees seemed slow to come take our order. I would have appreciated someone saying "I'll be with you in just a minute" if they were busy. However, I did not mind it too much. Went to McDonald's tonight at around 10:45. There were a decent amount of cars in the drive thru but nothing crazy. We waited in the drive thru for probably 15 or 20 minutes which wasn't horrible but pretty long for fast food on a Wednesday night in my opinion of someone who used to work in fast food. All of our food seemed fresh and was good, but the special international bacon cheese fries didn't have bacon on them. The service at both windows was bad. The manager who we paid was rude. The pick up window was better, it just took so long I turned my car off. Every time I go to this McDonald's it takes forever. Drive thru or inside any time of the day. I once ordered a large fries inside and it took 20 minutes. Another time my friend ordered a fish sandwich inside. I got my food in a pretty timely manner, but after about 20 minutes we went up to the counter and asked about hers and they completely forgot about it. They gave her a free meal coupon thing which was nice though. Overall, my experience at this McDonald's hasn't been the worst service, but it hasn't been great either. read more

Me and a two of my friends when the other day. Upon us arriving at the drive thru box the lady didn't answer our question if she could make sure we got fresh fries. No one was at the pay window you had to go up to pick up and pay. Once we got to the window the lady there informed us as we was handing her our cards that they was only excepting cash. Keep in mind she did not tell us at the box. So we left to go get cash and we go back to the box then she informed us that they was only accepting cash. When we go to the window we paid and we asked for our receipts she told us that she's not allowed to give them to us and if we wanted them we had to speak to her manager. We had two separate orders and for the second one she told us the wrong total. Then she tried to give us the wrong drinks, we ordered 1 sprite, 1 coke, and 1 water all large, she tried giving us two sprites the tried to tell me that is not what I had ordered when I memorize the two orders we had. And we had her have our food remade due to us having to leave to only go get cash. And she physically had to go ask her manager if she's can do that. And to top everything off out fries was hard as rocks and disgusting. If I was allowed to hit 0 stars I would have choose that option cause that night the lost three customers we will not be going back. This all took place on 11/20/2021 at 1am cause they are the only McDonald's in the area open 24 hrs. The thing they need to really improve is customer support. read more

I have repeatedly received incredibly poor service from this restaurant. The food is fine (by mcdonalds standards anyways) but orders are often confused, as well as just completely forgotten it seems. If they ask you to pull up to the reserved spot, don't do it! you will spend quite some time waiting while they serve everybody behind you for 15 minutes before they bring you your McDouble and Fries.
