Tell me why you out of donuts half the time I come here. Coffee is a hit every time though

Dunkin' looks really cool after what I assume was a remodel. The employees today were very quick, friendly, and careful. They were moving fast without making mistakes, and they got everything right. I would've given them five stars before the remodel, but I can't go higher than five, so five stars it is. read more

NOT GOOD the coffee was to watery and way to sweet i asked for a double shot of expresso and 1!!! pump of caramel creamer and it tasted like they put a whole cup of sugar and when i ordered my drink and it was way to hot it felt like i was in the Auschwitz gas chambers they need to get a ac its a new year get an AC LIKE COME ON!!! I waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes, and the lady on the intercom was extremely sassy and rude.

Everything was made fast, and was very delicious. all of the workers were very nice. I sat inside for a change, it was very relaxing.

They have mouthy workers. I butched my order saying "a hot black coffee instead of hot coffee," worker thought it was so funny and mentioned she was mouthy 3x. I noticed. They probably think it's funny to insult people who can't order in English or butch orders. read more

I'm not a Duncan fan but received a gift card and decided to use it. I got four doughnuts, all with frosting and sprinkles. They just threw them all together in a paper bag. Two of them were completely facedown and I lost the topping on all of them . I couldn't believe anyone would prepare an order like that. How can u be so careless?? Went to receive my order at the window a couple of days ago and the cashier at the window handed me an iced latte. I had told her I ordered a iced carmel macchiato, like I always do. About 90% of the workers at this location treat you like the scum on the bottom of your shoe and can't seem to ever get my simple order correct to save their lives. Do better. Smile for once. I'm sorry but literally there is this one girl who works there I complained about her in my last review but she should not be working there she doesn't comprehend anything when you order she gets all my orders wrong and my mother and boyfriend got to experience why I come home complaining about it I ordered the thin mint frozen chocolate and she made it a coffee and was like I don't know if we can't put the mint in that and we were like the thin mint frozen chocolate is literally on your menu what do you mean you don't know if you make it? Then she tried overcharging us for a coffee when that's not we wanted we wanted the frozen chocolate. This girl is the worst employee ever and should not be working if she can't get peoples orders right and that isn't a one time thing I get people mess up sometimes but this is every time. read more

Very grateful we have a Dunkin' here now! Its seems to have taken the a while to get in the groove of the Dunkin' culture of being fast but overall I'm just happy they are here. I don't know what I'd do without their coffee. Best coffee in town, but I wish I could count on my orders to be more consistently made. I suggest checking your bag of food to make sure it's correct, and tasting your drinks before you drive off. I will add though, they have always corrected any mistakes very kindly. read more

Only second week open so I'm sure they'll figure it out. A fan of their coffee but not when I wait over 5 minutes at the counter before I am greeted and then the coffee is luke warm. Tried them week 1 and they were out of the dark roast. Training - Training and more training. read more

My fiance always comes here for food and coffee always been great. Until today got her a large coffee as always yet this time it had coffee grounds and tasted horrible was told no refund or new coffee. Not good. All tables dirty. Not a good selection of donuts. Four girls standing at counter when floor and tables were nasty. Disappointing setup of the much-anticipated DD. Looks like an "express" operation and not full service. They had the opportunity to make something nice and it is very disappointing. On the positive side... I was excited to see that we were getting a Dunkin' Donuts, despite that they were replacing a delicious donut shop. I've been multiple times, months apart and the donuts taste like Walmart's donuts, it should be considered mainly a coffee shop. read more

The donuts are great... but here is the MAJOR issues. First, there is zero parking... their drive through is so close to where you can park that it blocks most of the spaces. Second, there are 2 registers and about 5 to 6 people standing at them making it to where you have to move all over the place to even see what they have which is a pain... over all, not worth it considering its just donuts. read more

I love donuts. When they first opened up this year in Cape Girardeau, I was excited. Good stuff, as always. But the reason I only gave them 3 stars is two-fold. The selection is a little weak compared to other Dunkin Donuts I've been to; and second, on one of our visits, the chocolate-cream-filled powdered donuts were actually stale. Stiff. Not soft. Of all the responsibilities a manager has in a recently opened restaurant, THAT one...keeping track of the stale donuts on the racks and dumping them when necessary...is priority over everything else. The actual product is the only reason a business exists. Still tasty cream filling though. read more

This is not the first time an employee has been rude to me at this location but this time around I ordered an iced coffee and classic glazed donuts and was asked to repeat my order so I did... the person over the intercom then yelled "WHAT KIND OF DONUTS" in an extremely rude way. I asked if they were serious and if that's how they speak to all the customers when the worker over the intercom said" NEXT LEAVE NOW!! So I pull forward to ask for a manager and it turns out the person who was taking my order was the owner of the business lol. He and one of the employees where auguring on who got to tell me to leave so I asked for the number to corporate or who I need to call about this situation. I was told "You can call a state representative or the governor I don't care now LEAVE. And then he shut the window on me and walked away. I'm never a Karen in situations like this and minor stuff doesn't really bug me but this guy was way over the top and extremely rude. read more
