Literally I get being busy it's Friday morning. But it ain't that difficult to read l IC for iced and hot is ht. The coffee tasted more burnt than the steak on my biscuit. Very disappointed definitely won't be back. The manger on duty was an older lady. All I can hear her say was I made it oh they now want it iced telling me I should know how to order. No offense your cranky drive thru runner even saw the word iced. And you had the receipt back there but still wanna say I was wrong. Definitely fresh coffee will always bring people back. Crap coffee will give you crap customers that are mad because they are paying you for fresh. Not stale or burnt. Dunkin messes up but they at least apologize to people and make it right read more

Food is decent definitely better than other locations in America. The fries are mostly salty and a little crispy. This location of McDonalds isn't the best indoor location but probably one of the best curbside pickup locations. read more

poor customer service, they take FOREVER to make your food or even a frappe.. me and my fiancé love McDonald's and try to go to this one and dine in but it's ALWAYS dirty, we always have to clean off our table when we dine. I've never seen any of those workers wash their hands, or wear ANY gloves. If I could give them a zero I would. I've given them plenty of opportunities to correct the service but they failed each and every time. The cashiers are VERY rude. They walk past customers standing in line to be waited on. They sit with their backs turned on customers playing games and listening to music from their cell phones. When you ask for service they get irritated. Orders are usually wrong. They just throw anything in your bag and expect you to accept it. Go to the next closest McDonald's, after having dental work and not eating all Day I went through the drive-through and ordered the double quarter pounder with cheese meal one regular cheeseburger with nothing on it and upsized my meal they told me the total is 10 something but I couldn't see the screen so I didn't question it after I left I ended up with a regular quarter pounder not the double and some small fries that weren't mine they put extra fries in my bag. Absolute worst customer service. I was told to wait for my food in a specific parking spot. The young man who was bringing out food had the wrong order. I explained what I ordered and waited nearly 10 min. Called in and they said it would be right out. Another 10 minutes had gone by and they brought the same bag of food out. I asked for a refund, walked in behind the young man and the "manager" was extremely rude as she refunded me she said "I CANT STAND UGLY PEOPLE." I turned to her and said "excuse me?" She continued saying "yeah you heard me." I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager. I asked for a name and phone number to the general manager. She said "look it up in the receipt." McDonalds is an American staple fast food shop and this location has everything you'd expect in terms of menu and atmosphere. It was renovated in recent history, making it a nicer, cleaner place (much needed). As with many fast food locations, the quality of food preparation here is spotty. When asking for a simple custom order ("no pickles"), there have been many times I get home to find they did it wrong. The last Reese's McFlurry I ordered was almost all ice cream and a sprinkling of Reese's on top, not mixed in at all. That said, it's a convenient location in town, so I'll frequent this place a lot in the future, but the quality of order accuracy is what holds this place back from being great. read more

Even for McDonald's, this one is pretty bad. I stop occasionally in the morning and it's usually very, very slow even if there are only three or four people in the drive through. Unless the lane is empty, it's best to have ten minutes of spare time even if you're just getting coffee, just to be on the safe side. When it's not slow, odds are they'll mess up the order. I tried to order a steak, egg and cheese bagle. No steak. Okay, so instead, I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin meal. I got the sausage and muffin with no egg and no hashbrowns. A few weeks ago I tried to order a cheeseburger no onions, 4-pc nuggets, small fries and a small drink. I got a bag full of fries, 2 cheeseburgers, both with onions and the drink. Needed to grab a quick bit on the way home one night around 10:30pm. There was a car being pulled over across the street, and saw an employee watching out a front window as I drove up to the drive through. There was one other car there waiting for someone to take their order. We waited for about 5 mins for a voice to greet us, and could here the other car yelling "Hello" in to the box. I'm guessing the employee was too busy watching the pulled over car to take our orders. Then when we finally got someone on the box he was very rude. Then when we got the window to pay, we could hear him telling the cook (or whomever) "Well, who's eatin' chicken nuggets at this time of night!" As we drove away I noticed there was no sauce for my nuggets in the bag and the burger my boyfriend order had onions on it. (He ordered it w/out onions) My nuggets were also over done. So, we had to drive back only to receive a few judgmental looks from the same employee. I had planned to do the survey on the receipt but also did not get that either. If I could rate lower than one star I would. The service was awful. We pulled up to the drive thru, a nice person answered and informed us that they were only accepting cash. We said that was fine and started ordering. He was cut off by the manager and she was very rude. She made us repeat our order multiple times, and had a very negative attitude. When we went up to the window the gentleman who greeted us and took our payment was very friendly. We were parked because they said they were making our food fresh. Barely any time later, our food was brought out to us; it was cold, uncooked and disgusting. When we went back around the drive thru, we wanted a refund. When we pulled up to the window the guy apologized and handed us the refund which wasn't the full refund like we asked. It was a few dollars short. We brought attention to it and Morgan, the disrespectful manager, argued that we got our full refund, then she proceeded to throw a $5 bill in our face. We told her she had a real shitty attitude for a manager and she disrespectfully and sarcastically told us to have a good night. We will NOT be going back again.
