Generally like a pretty decent service at this location. It's actually a brand-new building but McDonald's has been at this location on first Street for years and years and years. It didn't have any taste It was a waste of my money I will not buy it again until they fix the problem. Service was terrible and I was the only customer. I paid right away at the first window. Then I didn't see anyone in the second window for 6 minutes And all I ordered was ice cream, which you can see the ice cream machines from the window. The lady who finally showed up to make them couldn't find spoons and was walking around without an ounce of urgency. Then opened the window for the first time 11 minutes after I paid and she didn't say a word. I asked if the blizzard had the added carmel because I didn't see it. I dordashed to this location three times within two hours. During that entire period, there was a large pile of food in the middle of the kitchen floor, the employees didn't change their gloves once while I was there, the people were incredibly rude, and there were at least three employees that couldn't have been older than 15. Zero of the tree times that I dashed here were the orders ready (it was not busy) and the employees were goofing off, mocking customers where they thought they couldn't be heard, and each of the times I came here it took nearly fifteen minutes of just standing before they got me the order. Easter Eve about 5 pm. I ordered at the kiosk and which directed to pay at the counter. All alone with no other customers and no staff, I waited at the counter for five a full minutes for anyone to ring up my order. Finally, a very nice woman apologized for the wait and took my credit card order. When the ticket time exceeded twelve minutes (plus the five minutes waiting, so 17 minutes in total) I asked for the manager and complained to him calmly and politely saying it was his failure, not the employees that it had taken so long. He became defensive and accused me in an obnoxious, angry voice of being a problem customer and that he didn't have to take my criticism. He was not wearing a name tag and refused to give his name. Shame on him for his unprofessional demeanor that reflects on McDonald's. With no name tag the only way to identify this dolt was that he was about 30 male and had a birthmark on his left wrist. With McDonald's prices having risen to crazy heights, I will not go back. There are too many places within a two block radius that serve food faster, of better quality and do so without yelling at me. read more

I've never had a good experience at this McDonald's, they never seem to know how to get a single order right but this one is just straight laughable. My boyfriend ordered a McGriddle tonight, and they simply gave him the bread with absolutely nothing inside. He called and asked them if he could come in and get a real McGriddle and the manager told him that when he orders it he has to specify whether it has anything inside of it??? That doesn't make sense to me that anyone would ever order just the bread of a McGriddle. I have been going to this McDonald's for YEARS! Except for the slow drive thru, I have generally been pleased with the service and quality...until tonight. I pulled up in front of the marquee in front and it said 2 for $5 mix and match. So I went through the drive thru and ordered 6 items from the list of mix and match items. When I got to the window to pay, I was told there must be an error on the sign. A manager came to the window and said it must be an error and would have to be taken down but there was nothing they could do about it. She did not apologize, nor did she honor the advertised price.
