The staff member did not ask for my name. I thought that was unusual, but I didn't say anything since they were busy. I figured maybe they were getting my name off my debit card. I sat down at a table six feet away from the order dispersal point. I waited five minutes. I never heard a single name called, but staff kept placing orders on the counter. There were three other customers waiting for orders. There were about five orders sitting on the counter. Finally I got up, saw a sandwich sitting next to a Venti hot drink, checked the labels, and realized it was my order. I took my order, sat down, took a sip of my coffee, and realized that they had forgotten the 2 shots of espresso and cream. I get that I came in at morning rush hour, but I expect quality service.
