wow, im truly bewildered by this restaurant. My family and i were driving by and decided to stop to get some quick bites. Little did we know of the disaster of a establishment we were walking into. The RR's were nearly flooded w dirty water from excess mopping along w trash just thrown all around floor and sinks. Immediately made sure my kids did not touch anything from counters, tables, to the HAND SANITIZER!! there was trash in every inch of this place. Person on register kept confusing my 8 yr olds by asking which "special new promotional toy" & the continue to complicate the whole process. We told them about the restrooms and they did absolutely nothing but say "ok" Based on the consistent lack of cleanliness stated in the reviews, im surprised this restaurant hasn't been shut down by the food administration. Aside from that my food was damn near crumbled into a ball when i got it out of the bad. To terrified to eat, would not recommend. New staff is needed or this place should be shut down because the current workers clearly do not care. Everybody from management, to service to food champions should be held accountable. THIS McDonald's hands down is the worst- not just worst McDonald's ever but worst ever restaurant we have EVER been to!!! Do not stop here..we were there about an hour to get our food and there were angry customers and customers that came and then just left because it was so slow! No TP in the bathroom stalls, the whole floor was dirty with fries and whatnot all over it, no ketchup in the condiment pump , they need some new management or something, we will never stop there again in this lifetime! read more

I pulled up to the drive through and sat there for 10 mins, finally got tired of waiting so i pulled up to the window to let them know i wanted to order. They had no sense of awareness at all. Of coarse when i got their attention and they told me to go back through the drive though there were new customers ordering already. Them workers Ain't worth a penny . Its very hard to find a McDonalds worth going to nowadays and it used to be worth it because of the cheap and affordable prices but now they're more expensive then chic fila ‍‍ read more

Saw some bad reviews but it was on the way in a cross-country drive so I decided to go anyways. The staff was friendly, my food was slightly off when I first received it (ordered a plain burger) and they immediately took it back and got me a fresh one in minutes. The McDonald's at Exit 10 in Charleston MO has to be the slowest McDonald's ever. We waited over 20 minutes for our food. They had 2 cashiers and plenty of help in the kitchen but they are totally inefficient. The girl filling the orders was rude to everyone and kept blaming the kitchen even though there were sandwiches laying there ready to serve to customers. I would say the manager need to observe customer service since everyone was complaining. read more

This has to be the absolute worst McDonalds in the country. You pay for your food. Wait out side. You don't get it all. You notify them and OH WELL. They beat me out of $9.00 worth of food. This McDonalds has two speeds stop and slow. I used the mobile order and I think there brains seized up. I took them 16 minutes to bring my food out. They McSuck. The manager had some dumb ass excuse. He didn't care. All he wants is a paycheck. read more

Nice on the outside...not so much on the inside. To quote the manager- "the ketchup dispenser doesn't work...pretty much everything here doesn't work!" I could've chipped the ice off my windshield with my Big Mac bun...the soda was flat across the board...and again we were met with a manager saying yeah- it's just not working. It took 30 minutes to get our food, it wasn't even right, it wasn't hot, and the ice cream tasted watery. Afterwards to get the right order it took about 10-20 more minutes. Slowest McDonalds I've ever been though. At this point you can't even call it fast food. read more

I was here today and stopped to have ice cream with my family. My daughter had to go to the restroom.. We're not a conventional family. Two dads. Well the men's room was backed up and my daughter had to go.... I asked a staff member to see if the women's was open and I'd take her in... The lady, I believe Laura GRACIOUSLY offered to take her for us. I was floored. Not having a clean and family accessible bathroom for father's of all families is difficult.. McDonald's went above and beyond and helped me. I was so pleased. Additionally, the restaurant was clean, and everyone was SUPER FRIENDLY!. ice cream came out quick and everyone was pleasant.. Nearly 10 minutes to get a quarter pounder. Not even busy there. They forgot to make it. Needed to ask before they started it. Unreal.

Only left one star because no stars is not an option. Oh man, where do I start with this visit. We stopped in for a quick bite to eat at 8 o'clock at night and they had no one in the drive through or inside. It took over 25 minutes to get our food. When the food did come out I was expecting it to be fresh since, you know, it took so long to "cook." Food was luke warm at best. While inside waiting there were 5 employees standing around doing nothing while 1 worked on orders. There was one women in particular who kept screaming at the other employees. They had mentioned having only 5 people come inside that day but the restrooms looked as if they had been ransacked by a stampede of children. There was no toilet paper, no paper towels and urine EVERYWHERE. While waiting for food an employee went to the restroom where he clearly washed his hands (surprisingly) because he was shaking his wet hands to try and dry his hands. He then walked over to a sink behind the counters to grab paper towels. Did he go and replace the paper towels in the men's or women's restroom? Of course not! That's way too much to ask. Save yourself some energy and time and find somewhere else to eat. read more
