This is one of THE worst McDonald's in the area. It used to be consistent and reliable with service and food, but that has changed drastically, for the worse! Half the time you go there and the employees pretend they don't see you standing there, and remain chatting amongst themselves, and the cherry on top is WHEN they get an order wrong, which is about 90% of the time, they don't speak English, so communication is null and void, leaving you annoyed and with the wrong order. Lastly, no one cares anymore. That pit stop is a nightmare because corporate gives zero effs and no one wants to do anything to improve service, or make customers want to return. Terrible! read more

Ordered door-dash breakfast this morning at 9:45AM. It has been snowing all day yesterday and is continuing today. I physically cannot leave my house in a rear wheel drive vehicle and a foot and half of snow on the ground. This McDonald's neglected my order for over an hour. My dasher arrived and called me to tell me that McDonalds made him wait 30-40 mins at the location just to tell him "they are out of the breakfast sandwich i ordered" so they refused to make my order. I called this location and the person on the phone told me "i missed the window for breakfast" stating that it "ended at 10:30" I know that it does but i had placed this order at 9:45AM!!!!! I called and asked if they had the sandwich in stock and she acted confused and said they do have it in stock but it's no longer breakfast time! she was very very rude on the phone and told me i now have to take it up with door dash because they refuse to cook me my breakfast even though THEY PUT OFF MY ORDER!! My dasher waited at this location for 30 mins. this is VERY unacceptable for both myself as the customer and the DoorDash driver who just lost time, money, and gas. All because the workers this morning wanted to be lazy?? I also tried to cancel my door dash order but since the driver was already at the store i received $0 back on my order that was literally over $40. It doesn't even make sense to cancel my entire order even if they were out of ONE item i ordered. I had ordered multiple hotcakes, multiple hash-browns, a drink, and the breakfast sandwich meal. I am very unhappy and very hungry still and now have to start this process over again somewhere else. HUGE waste of money and time for all parties involved. DO BETTER!!!!!! read more

Ordered curbside pickup. No other customers in line. After 20 minutes I called. The worker picked up and said "yeah?" I explained that I had been waiting. She responded "..what?" Five minutes later she came out and asked me to move to a closer spot, presumably because she didn't want to walk... I did. She handed me half my order and walked away. I said "you forgot the drinks and happy meal". She storms away and comes back with a happy meal. I said "I didn't get my fries either". She said "go back around to the window". I said no and drove away. How do these people get hired? By far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my nearly 40 years. read more

Tried to stop by and the hours were not accurate!!! They are open from 5am to 12pm according to Google!!! NOT 24 hours. i ordered a 6 piece nugget large fry and a strawberry milkshake. only to then wait 10 minutes for it to come out, i get my food. turns out i got a medium fry and a strawberry banana smoothie which by the way the smoothie was watered down to the point it tasted like water. A necessary evil, since my child loves it and it's usually on our way to meet Mom on my way to work. Can't complain about the food, it's always hot or the staff as they are always friendly. I frequent this location as I'm from Charlton and my kids play sports so we often swing by for a quick meal. But the last thing you get from this Mcdonalds is a "quick" meal, consistently slow drive-thru service and the capper was today. I arrived at the drive-thru at 11:20, literally waited 5:30 minutes at the speaker and had no response from anyone inside, until I said "Helloooo" then immediately someone came on and said they be with me, not sure why this wasn't said as soon as I arrived but this is commonplace at this location. Then I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit and they replied we only serve english muffins after breakfast hours, really don't remember this in the breakfast all day ad campaign? It was a normal day and I was just swaggin in my car. And then I was like "dang girl were you get that sexy box?" She replied with, "mcdonalds of course!"I entered the mcdonalds 2 miles up the road with style, and ask the lady for two happy meals (with swag) excited to get my swag new happy meal box. The total of my cost was 9.48, I only had 9.40$ so I thought it was no big deal but no, they made me go all the out to my car to get 8 cents making everyone In line wait. I thought nothing much of it though eager to get my happy meal. I waited forever but finally the worker yelled "number 201" I jumped up showing him the receipt...........later to find out that...... I had not received a happy meal box......... It was a f***ing bag of sh*t. That was the last I remembered before i woke up in the hospital. A nurse greeted me saying "how was your nap" I said " where am I , where are my parents?" She said they were gone. I had been in a coma for 37 years due to false advertising. I looked in the miror to see an old man I fainted again and woke up 2 years later. I now live in a box with my cats, eating bugs and my own sh!t. I have no money, no food, and no family. I spend my days asking kids if they want free candy. And I have no job. I always go back to that mcdonalds and stare through there window, to later be thrown out in the dirt. My life was never the same after the incident ,and it will never go back..... Don't end up like me.......don't eat at this mcdonalds. read more
