I usually don't have much problems with service here, staff are generally nice. The biggest problem I have is that the inside smells like a used diaper! I am still today a fan of McDonald's food, however I can't force myself to order from this dreadful place. The staff there seem to consistently screw up very simple orders for no more than 2 people, even at times of day where no one in my community is awake (we are talking after 11PM.) The drive through personnel are slow and act as if they are being forced to work there, and the inside crew can't shut up from goofing off for long enough to get an order right. When I walk in I see workers chatting about work inappropriate things such as sex, when there are sometimes children in the facility, and using lots of profanity at a volume subtle to no one. I gave this joint 2 stars because the food usually tastes good, but I only get about two thirds of my order if I decide to go there. read more

went through the drive thru around 11/1130 pm tonight. got charged twice for fries, when i only ordered one that came with my meal. the chicken nuggets i got were solid rock hard, and so chewy on the inside. the fries were all freezing cold and mushy. nothing tasted cooked at all. i would not recommend. it tasted like all the food was sitting around for hours and stuck in a microwave for a couple seconds. read more

This mcdonalds is a joke. It takes 15 minutes AT LEAST for any order in the drive through, so avoid them for breakfast if you are trying to get to work. I, too, have been passed up in the drive through line after I had been sitting there FOREVER!! Also, it says 24 hours, yet I have gone there at 5:45 in the morning on my way ro work, and they say they don't open until 6am. Also, I have never had any luck after midnight, no one will greet you on the speaker. My items are always missing, and they never give napkins, and even straws. So yeah they have a lot of teens working because you can't get adults to work for McDonald's wages. This does effect your overall experience. Yes they seriously need to work on their drive through timing because today, like the other reviewer, I was passed up twice before someone finally asked me for my order while the other lane was cruising along great. They need some work however, I come through at PEAK times when they are slammed with two lanes of cars going through the drive through and tons of parked cars with inside customers as well. Yeah orders are gonna get messed up but they have always made them right if you tell them about it. As for "half the employees are cross dresser and how am I supposed to explain that to my son?" There is one ...count em..ONE transgender employee. If telling your son why a boy wears lipstick is the hardest thing you ever have to teach him, you are lucky. people are rude in there. they wont let you talk a little loud they kicked me out because i dropped my water on the floor on accident . the floors are very greasy you could SLIP!. fries all over the floor in the back . drive threw is OK...but they usually forget something. i wish i can give this a 0 star . dont go here you will regret it . read more

Guys can wear nail polish in a restaurant, which is weird. I don't think that women are allowed to do that when handling food, and it seems unsanitary. Also, it shouldn't take 20 minutes to get a cheeseburger, then when you finally get it, it is either wrong or it is Luke warm. This location used to be the best one to go to, but it has quickly fallen to "avoid if possible", not sure if management changed or if they simply stopped caring, but it reflects in the service. read more

don't mind mcdonalds food but hate going to this mcdonalds. the drive thru is sooooo slow. they get the order right most of the time tho...most. I'm looking for the right order all the time tho. luckily i don't expect too much for minimum wage and don't get mad like some people do. you get what you pay for. read more

The remodel has been finished for awhile, but the place is still run like it's brand new. First, quite a few moms were bummed that they didn't install a playarea. It was the only one on the pike when they had the outside one, and it was a great place to take the kids for a quick lunch and to wear them out. They now have two drive thru lines, but what is the point when even one can't run fast and efficient? They have screwed up my McCafe drink order so many times I can't count, and if you decide to go inside to eat, be prepared for long lines, chaos, and employees yelling at each other. I usually go in with kids around lunchtime, and they have this older lady running the register, I've seen her every time. She's nice, but S L O W and you can tell the other employees get aggravated with her and aren't as nice as they could be about it. It makes me feel bad for her. A friend of mine who noticed the same issues contacted the manager online at the McDonald's website, and they never got a response. Go the extra mile or so to the Glenway Avenue location if you have the time. read more
