I am currently sipping on an enormous iced latte (no flavors for me) and it is perfection. Extremely smooth espresso and good balance of the oat milk I ordered. The inside is bright and cheery with small goods from local vendors. There are tables and chairs but no comfy couches/cushy chairs, if that matters to you for your coffee hangout experience. There are bagels, scones, and a few other pastries to accompany their expansive drink menu. Yes, they seem to specialize in their really unique flavor combos for lattes, but they also have the coffee basics and teas. The digital menu board scrolled through the menu a bit too fast for us to see, so we had to ask the lovely owner for advice. She has the specialty drink menu printed but I wish there were either an online menu to view via QR code or full printed menu at the shop. Luckily, she was extremely patient and helpful. Everyone who popped into the shop was greeted so warmly, many clearly regulars. I think this speaks volumes about the quality of both a product AND the people who serve you. I've also had multiple instances where I placed a mobile order, arrived to pick it up, and found no staff present with a sign saying "On break." I fully support employees taking breaks; however, the mobile ordering system should be turned off during that time. Additionally, after I politely asked whether my drink was being made with a quad shot (as paid for and requested), my Caramel Macchiato has since been made twice with no caramel at all. The drink tastes like a plain coffee, which is disappointing given the cost is over $7 for a drink that isn't prepared correctly. I normally don't leave complaints, but after addressing this in person and continuing to have the same issues, I felt it was worth noting.
