I've never written a review before but this McDonald's sucks. Im from pricehill and I've expected mine on Warsaw ave to be worse. However I was proven wrong more than once ordering from the delhi ave location. I got 14 out of 20 nuggets on my latest order and no fried onions on my big arch this time. Previous times they have lied about being open and ignoring doordash delivery drivers on previous occasions beforehand. I would not recommend this place as they cannot do simple tasks such as basic math or minimal work requirements. read more

This is my closest McDonald's, so its always my go-to. It's sucked more and more every day since March. Wrong drinks, missing items, and the past 5 times they've filled EVERY FRY less than halfway. At this point, people should be getting 50% off with how much shit they miss and get wrong. read more

Waited for 25 minutes in the drive thru with no one coming over the speaker once to even address me. If you're not ready to take orders upon opening, this could at least be communicated. Starting your day as a fast food manager by letting your drive thru time run up to almost half an hour is an interesting choice to say the least read more

This is by far the absolute most poorly run McDonalds I have ever gone to and I live on the west side. that should tell west siders something. given Warsaw and glenway services. I was just there tonight and it took 45 minutes to get our food. at least 8 cars were pulled over while others were in line ordering and others were parking trying to come in thinking it'd be faster. parking lot was a nightmare. No manager in sight. one punk kid nonchalantly freaking a black and mild while we all sit and wait scrolling on his phone. disrespectful service. the other kid taking out orders was stumbling and acting like a fool. just going to each car asking what order we all had. either these kids were high, drunk or both. likely high. this is unacceptable. white trash and ratchet. disrespectful service. never go there incorrect orders. read more

Average for a McDonald's. The iced speciality coffees are always a win. The drive thru is fast and efficient. Do not let a long line deter you. The line moves fast. Employees are polite. Managers are very good. My only complaint is that I always seem to go get ice cream when the machine is down to be cleaned. But........at least they clean it. read more

Ordered just a few soft drinks, paid ahead of time, waited in the order pickup for almost 15 minutes, and no one came out to my car. Went inside to get my drinks and let the staff know that no one had brought my drinks. The female worker proceeded to tell me that I "wasn't in my vehicle" and that it was my fault. Everytime I go to this McDonald's, its always something. When I pull up the the drive thru they never acknowledge me or that I'll be waiting so it's always at least a of couple mins of me wondering if the store is even open or not once I left after 5 mins of waiting without being greeted without even a line. And then they are always out of something, this time it was chicken tenders and fanta orange(they were probably just too lazy to change it). And then I ordered a double cheese burger with NO onions, I politely said no onions please and then politely asked if she got that with no onions(there was no screen indicating my order). If you eat here, you're stupid. They talk to you like you're trash, as if they work at some ten star restaurant. Now I don't eat at McDonalds ever....so why you ask would I do a review on McDonalds then. Well....with my job I'm driving all over Cincinnati and when I have to go to the bathroom I get to pick wherever I want and I pick this McDonalds!! I can only attest to the men's restroom but if the women's is anything like the men's ladies, you'll be happy about going here too. The restroom looked newly remodeled, everything was super clean, but I wouldn't say you could eat off the floor cause.....it's still a public restroom. Wish I could give no stars.. Awful. Ordered a spicy chicken meal add cheese and bacon, 2 kids nugget meals a 4 and 6 piece. Got a big Mac cold fries. A chicken sandwich plain. The kids meals....the gave me a cheese burger meal and a 4 piece nugget with no dip. Both with cold fries. At least they got the drinks right . Just find another place to eat if you're heading somewhere in a hurry. I wish there was another mcdonalds closer because everyday I go to this one. Out of all the times there has been one time that they've been friendly, quick and made an accurate order. Otherwise I'm waiting 5 minutes for someone over the intercom, then several minutes while the first window counts change, then am usually told ( no matter what I seem to order) to pull forward and wait for 5-10 minutes for an item. I work in restaurants and deal with people regularly, it is not difficult to act like you like people and have some customer service. Or to get orders correct. The occasional Mess up happens, but everyday is a problem. This location needs new employees and management if no one can train them properly. read more

Worst McDonalds around. Food terrible, slow, have to ask for napkins etc. ice cream machine always down, come thru late in evening noone waits on you they are outside smoking. I will not go here anymore I'm done with Delhi McDonalds I drive over to Glenway when ever I want a Big Mac. Like night and day.
