I just went here to go pick up a DoorDash order and the manager was rude and didn't even acknowledge me. She first got annoyed with the worker for letting me in the lobby because apparently they were closed when the door said 11pm even if you were closing at 10pm it was still 9:40pm. Then all the other mini managers were just looking at me and didn't even ask if I needed anything. Then had to ask the nice kid who let me in to help me with my DoorDash order I was picking up. Living so close to this McDonald's this is my go-to place when I crave a Filet O' Fish. Generally, I have few expectations for service as long as the food is reasonably good. On this day, I ordered on the app and parked In a curbside spot. Twenty minutes later, no food! So I got out of my car and went in to fetch it myself. Sadly, they were understaffed and the guy who brings food out was slammed. I walked out with him and was full of apologies, so I know this kid cared, but was just overwhelmed. The workers are always extremely rude and dismissive, they constantly take orders for things they don't have and do not let you know until after you have already paid. Their service is slow, the manager is completely clueless alongside her workers, and the only 2 times we have gone there, we got a coffee and there was black crap at the bottom. They don't sanitize well, they don't treat their customers well, and they have no idea what they're doing on a regular basis. We usually order from here a few times per month. 75% of the time the order is wrong. The staff are lethargic and don't seem to care. Quite possibly the worst fast food restaurant in the state. They park almost every vehicle that comes through the drive thru because they can't seem to get orders done in under 10 minutes. They screwed up my order....badly. The burger was completely wrong and the beef patty was in pieces that looked like someone chewed it first before putting it on the bun. I ask for the manager and get a lady who gives me a halfhearted apology and places a new order. I get to wait 6-7 more minutes and it's completely screwed up again. I ask for the manager again and she gives me a refund in cash without asking, though I paid with a card because I don't carry cash. She gives me another half-ass apology and just walk away. She clearly has zero care for customer satisfaction or quality. Didn't even make an attempt to fix it and get me to come back, so I'm going to give her what she wants and not come back. I hope no one else does either until they change the leadership and business practices here. I spent a little under 40 minutes from the time I pulled into the slow drive thru line to the time I walked out with nothing. Insanely, immensely and insufferably disappointing. Order Never arrived at my car. I submitted my order at 6:11 PM EST on 03/02/2023, at 6:43PM EST I left the parking lot without my order after watching the drive thru empty 3 to 4 times. The Person in the pick up location next to me who arrived before me also waited until about 6:30pm before they got decided to go into the store to get their food. They where in the store for about 10 mins before they came out with their food. The App stopped showing my order in progress at about 6:20pm. I suspect they just packed my order put it on the warmer and bumped it off the screen then forgot about it. I did not go in because I don't trust a them not to have been holding my food in a warmer the full 30mins, and I did not want to wait even longer for them to remake it. read more

This used to be a good McDonald's, key phrase is "used to be." My typical wait time is 15minutes for "fast food"...it's always wrong. But today, we had an all time record for 30minutes! Well, I had hopes for this McDonald's but they were quickly dash the second time we went . This first time we went we were missing a Big Mac , they put in chicken nuggets instead..no big deal I ate them ( they aren't my favorite. HAIL chic Fila ) . Their a new location and have the same staffing issues as most other places. So their service is slow. Food is just like other McDonald's so I'll leave that up to you. Wife likes a few things at Micky D's so we go occasionally and I get my milkshake fix. So this is the reason for my review. The parking lot. I know I know but when the drive thru is busy and around the front of the store you get trapped in. If you park on the side of curbside or drive around to that side to get out you get trapped. The exit to get out to 42 is a mess. We drove around and had to sit there for almost 10 minutes. There was us and another vehicle not able to get out. The other cars passenger got out and to direct traffic. holding up drive thru cars for exiting cars while directing inbound cars and also getting drive they cars over so we and the car he was in could get out. I was ticked. It he was quite mad so be glad he's not writing this. Lol. Anyway not sure what the answer is, maybe more painting on pavement, more pylons for the drive thru or staff when available. We have been here many times and it's rare that they give you all of your food. Despite of this, they act offended if you dare check your bag when they give it to you. I'd order extra food than you want because you'll realize when you get home that they only gave you 3/4 of it. We're probably down 50 bucks in food we paid for and didn't get.
