Never have I experienced a lazier group of fast food employees. They close the lobby earlier than they're supposed to every night and when I do go inside, they're always messing around in the kitchen, not making food, playing loud inappropriate music, and gossiping. My order is NEVER ready when I arrive and it WILL take at least a few minutes of you standing right at the counter before someone decides to do their job and help you. Don't think the drive thru is any different, always slow. Currently on minute 10 sitting in the drive thru and I haven't even hit the first window yet. I thank God I have two closer McDonald's to my own house, so I never have to order from here, just pickup DoorDash. I can't imagine how many special orders they mess up. Edit: waited for 15 minutes just to be told the order isn't in their system!! Which means they have it to the wrong person or just couldn't find it due to incompetence! read more

Placed a mobile order and went in to pick it up. The lady was nice but when everyone was in the back they were loud and rude. They were swearing saying mother f'er. Mentioning I'm not the one that got pregnant at 13. Also saying I'm going to jail. Not professional at all but the food was good. read more

I am appreciative of the Hardwork that McDonald's does for their customer. I am leaving a. One star review specifically due to bad management in this day. I ordered a large Diet Coke. That is it. And I was told to pull forward to the waiting parking spot. No one was in front of me. No one was behind me. I told the person. I would wait at the window. And she said no. I have to pull forward. She said her manager said I had to pull forward. The waiting parking spots were not plowed. I had to make my own spot. See pic Not one person in line but myself. And all I wanted was a drink. The person walked my drink out to me. And guess what. Still no person in line. This was ridiculous. Bad management. Bad management for sure. And bad ownership of this doesn't get fixed. I'm going to be polite but blunt. I haven't been there in a while. I went there with my 6 kids. It got to the point of the worker's. None of the young person's they hired were not nice at all. I would stand there waiting to order it would take 20 minutes just to make my order. Then, after that, it still took them 20 more minutes to get my order. Sometimes, it would be longer. Stranding there waiting for my food, i would see people getting mad about how long it takes. I would see the line at the cash register is 4 to 5 people waiting to make there order's. I will tell you i worked in the fast food in the past . This is not except able. So im not ever going back. So after i got a big Mac it was just thrown in the box it didn't look like a Mac. I am a glutton for disappointment. I still go here not quite once a month now. Both my drink & sandwich were wrong. While eating I remembered that the last 4 times here my order was wrong. I gotta get some of them memory pills. The burger was tasty, just make wrong. W150th McDs was busy!!! Nobody was here. Get a Gyro from By Low Gyro instead or a sandwich. The Burger King down the streets kinda sucks FYI. The Mr. Hero is decent. But wait theirs's more, I went back. Breakfast the next day. My favorite fast food, McDs breakfast. Literally this has got to be the worst McDonalds in America. Every. Single. Time. The order is wrong. Everytime. They do not know how to look up mobile orders. I paid on the app and he gave the code. They say they can't find it but I've already been charged. So they made my boyfriend go in to reorder everything and say they can see I paid?? So you do have the order? Prior to realizing they did not make him pay again I called to request they refund the card because of course you can't do it in the app. The young man asked if I placed it to the right location to which I said yes and then he hung up on me. Lol. Anyway as usual it was all incorrect, burgers are wrong, paid for a large fry got a medium. Food all tasted stale and old. They dont know how to refund the mobile orders either when it lets you order something then you get there and they don't have it. One day they gave me a cheeseburger with NO MEAT PATTY. I was just at this McDonald's and the service was terrible. First, I waited at the drive thru to place my order while the other lane got their order taken first. It was 10:55 and I ordered 2 McMuffin meals. They had me pull up. I waited 15 minutes while cars behind me got their orders. Then I got out and went in and they told me, they were waiting on round eggs. And I said for 15 minutes? I got no response. Then they brought out the order and it was missing a sandwich. Horrendous place.. I have been here a few times and when you order a burger with 3 buns such as a Big Mac they don't even care enough to put a patty in between each price of bread.. that's not why I'm reviewing though.. This McDonalds leaves a lot to be desired. It doesn't matter what time of the day or night I go there, I am invariably in line for no less that 10 minutes. Never again..I have given this McDonalds so many chances. Service is slow, young kids working that are sarcastic to customer when they complain and usually filthy inside. Latest BAD experience - Took my 7 year old for breakfast at 10:10am. Walked right up to counter. Ordered a 4pcs chicken McNugget & 2 Sausage McMuffin ($7:55). Waited 20 mins still no food. My order # was not even on their board as were others who were also waiting for a long time. I asked to check on my order...Cashier tells me it's because of the Nuggets...Ummmm ok?? I wait 5 more minutes..I ask another employee about my order. She says, I told her to tell you that we don't have McNuggets until 10:30. Well it would have been nice to know that when I ordered. 5 more minutes go by. I ask for a manager. Natasha walks up..I try to explain to her what happened. Firstly, she would even look at me...She was looking behind her while I am talking to her. How RUDE!! I tell her that when a customer wants to talk to her, she should at least look at them. She finally comes back with a large bag of food. I take the bag of food and start walking away..She makes some smart comment and runs off. I turn around and ask the other workers what she said. Of course, they don't know. I ask to see Natasha again. At this point, I have to ask to see Natasha 3 times because all of a sudden, they don't understand English.They finally yell for Natasha...I see Natasha running away into the back room.
