Very disappointed in the service and food quality provided by this location.. I purchased a caniac meal, kids meal, and extra toast... first my caniac meal literally came with only 3 tenders the size of chicken nuggets, stale fries, and when calling to complain about this to the restaurant I was told they can't do anything about it without A receipt.. lol they did not provide me with one.. when I asked them if they could grab it from the register I was informed that she most likely threw it away and they couldn't do anything about it... all I'm saying is after spending $22.98 after a long day to get COLD food, not correct order, live 15 min away... Food came out fairly quick, fries were very cold but was able to get hot fresh fries. What disappoints me is there's no BBQ sauce only Cane's sauce, ketchup & honey mustard sauce, which 2 out of 3 I detest & those are Cane's & honey mustard sauce. I don't know what's the uproar about Cane's sauce but hey just because I don't like it there's always others who do. The tenders I tell you are some of the best tenders I've ever had, hot & juicier & better than Guthrie's, the bread is even better, fries are equal to each other. We ordered for two Cainiac Combos (6 chicken fingers) and mine was supposed to have substituted the coleslaw for bread. When we got home my fiancé saw his only had 4, he called in to notify them because this hasn't been the only time this happened to us. The man on the phone (DJ) was rude and told him there "are multiple people checking these orders I think you're wrong". I finally sit down to open my order that also only had 4 chicken strips as well as I still have coleslaw and no extra bread. It's not even worth calling back at this point, since clearly the manager has no interest in making it right. Don't go to this location unless you want to pay for something you don't receive. Canes!! Welcome to Northeast Ohio! I stopped by literally right **before covid*** Decided to eat in to really take on the experience...and I was tired of being in the car. The restaurant feels almost like a truck stop. Lots of framed photos, sports gear, country music and..... trash.. yes it was messy upon arrival. Tables weren't wiped down and paper and napkins remain on the floor. HOWEVER this was saved by great customer service!!!! Smiles and friendliness go a long way. OBVII I ordered some chicken fingers with fries!!! OH YEAH AND TOASTTT butteryyyyy toast. I feel like the portions got smaller? anyone on this? 1 1/2 stars. The texture is the only thing good about their chicken. It was juicy and fresh but that is the only positive part of my experience trying Raising Cane's chicken. There was no seasoning and no flavor. The only way I can describe eating their tenders is like eating wet cardboard. Their sauce which looks like it could be a southwest sauce was a huge disappointment. Canes sauce tastes like straight mayonnaise. When I asked an employee for hot sauce or any other sauce they don't provide any other sauce but Canes. Raising canes has the best chicken tenders period. I stopped here when they first opened and it was awesome! BUT the last few times things are not the same (maybe it's me) but the tenders look like they have shrunk and fries came out not so fresh but still decent and better than going to McDonald's. I have been to other raising canes and they are still serving up the awesomeness they did when they first opened. So not sure why this location is a crap shoot. The one in Schaumburg IL is always consistent and bigger tenders for some reason. But hands down if they do it right no one can touch their tenders. Also the lemonade is good without tasting like pure sugar and the fies are not over salty or greasy. read more

The decor inside is nice the staff is grEat as well.I had the 6 finger combo for 10.99 it was an ok amoount of food ffor the money . Nice slightly crispy batter. The friees were pretty good , the sauce was good as well . I've heard complaints about lack of seasoning, it could have used a little more but I get it some folks can't take heaps of seasoning. Canes is great for what limited menu they have. I tried the chicken tender sandwich recently which I had bit had before and it was really good. The chicken is good quality and was cooked well. The fries are ok wish they came a little crispier for my personal taste. The garlic bread tastes just like Texas toast. It sounds weird but I love their ice! LOL it is like little balls idk but I swear it makes my drink colder The coleslaw is pretty standard but good. Lets face it, we all really just come for the sauce and it is just so good! I was very impressed with the quality of the food on opening day (11/19/19) however, today... Not so much. Quality went way down in not even three days! :( Fries weren't even cooked fully, very mush like and cold. Chicken was cold Bread / Texas Toast was grilled on one side but not at all on the other and basically a mushy slice of bread. The bag in which my order was thrown in... was well... thrown together messily. This location is only okay. I've been to the one in strongsville and Kent and they are both superior to this one. I came here a few weeks ago when the Coronavirus conditions were put in place so it only had the drive thru open. They moved fast and efficiently and all the employees wore gloves and were respectful of keeping their distance. The food however was only okay. The chicken had a burnt like taste like they had been left in the fryer too long. The bread tasted the same, left a little too long on the grill and was crispier than I'm used to. The fries were okay but some of them weren't cooked all the way through but I love canes so much I finished everything anyway. I'd be willing to try this location again since they're new and maybe it was just a bad day but if it's the same experience as last time then I will not be return UPDATE: went to this location again today. The line was out to the street and we ordered and had our food within 5-10 minutes. The food was much better this time around. The chicken was perfect and the fries were warm and cooked to perfection. The bread was not burnt like last time and the entire process or ordering, paying, and receiving food was fast, efficient, and safe. Will definitely be back. read more

This is definitely the best Cane's location in the Cleveland area and the newest, opening a little over a month ago. It's easily accessible, lots of parking and seats inside, and can accommodate many cars in the drive thru so that it moves quicker. We came in on a Friday night around 7:30pm and it was not crowded at all. I walked right up to the counter and ordered. Pro tip: get the box combo, no slaw, sub toast and get an extra sauce. After we sat down to eat, a huge rush of people came in, but they still managed to keep up with the crowd and were whipping out the food at a good speed. I was also very impressed by the staff at this location, they came by several times while we were eating and asked if everything as good, as well as continuously cleaned up the tables and mopped the floor. The Strongsville one is even up there but this location misses the mark every time. The chicken nugget like tenders are either soggy or overcooked/dry, the fries are either undercooked or old and I'm always given the wrong drink. I've got to point now that I decline the drinks lol. The reviews don't lie! I totally agree with how this place is sloppy. Typical canes but I went at 10pm on Tuesday and it was so many people working. They were out of sweet tea, straws, floor really slippery and just seem like everyone was playing around. One lady acknowledged the customers but she was in the back making the food. I've been to this location numerous times and everytime I go there it seems to get sloppier and sloppier. Doubt I'm going back. First off the Prices are High, the selection is extremely limited but the food is good. However, I get tired of waiting 20 to 30 mins for my food when their busy, better prep needs to be made. The fries were crinkle cut thin fries which were very limp. And they were unsalted and tasted very bland. Okay so maybe the chicken fingers would make up and their famous Boss sauce. But before trying that I opened their coleslaw which wasn't bad but not creamy enough for a great coleslaw. I bit into the chicken finger which was also limp. You could not even taste the seasoning, bland blah chicken, I dipped it into the sauce which was also mediocre. Not much flavor at all. Then came the Texas toast, again that was soft and limpy only grilled on one side. It was a little sweet but did not pack the crunch a piece of Texas toast is famous for. So all in all it wasn't bad if you like really bland food. At least the chicken was real, chicken breast fingers. The batter lacked flavor. So if you're famished and want to splurge on a chicken meal go across the street to Chick-fil-A. It's definitely not worth the price for something as bland as what we got today. Horrible customer service. I ordered 8 chicken fingers with an extra toast instead of coleslaw. I received cold fries, 3 chicken fingers instead of 8 and received cold ale without the extra cans sauce I ordered, I immediately called upon leaving the parking lot to mention the mistake, the man politely said he would replace my food as I gave him my name and order, he told me they would replace the order as long as I called and presented my name. He included I would not need a receipt. I called ahead the next day to try and receive the order and the employee stated over the phone I was lying. I'm not saying don't come here. But there's no communication with the staff clearly, who knows what goes on that kitchen if they can't get a communication binder down. read more
