I just got food here and was so happy to find some place open at 4 AM. I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, a hash brown, and a medium caramel iced coffee. I normally do not like McDonald's coffee as it tends to arrive too sweet for my liking, however this time I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the coffee. My food and drinks were given to me in a very timely manner. The hash brown was warm and crunchy, and greasy, which is to be expected, and is a requirement for a McDonald's hash brown if you ask me. I wish McDonald's would add a breakfast croissant to their menu as that would be my go to order. read more

Ordered m& m Mc flurry, got Oreo. Was told to keep it. Brought m& m Mc flurry to window, it was a cup of vanilla ice cream. Girl at window then argued how can't I see the candy. I said there isn't any. She had to then bring in a third party to verify if there was or wasn't candy in the cup. After taking off top digging around and having ice cream spill out and then wipe it back in the cup. They asked for the Oreo one back and I gave it to them. They took the no candy Mc flurry away. This'll be my first negative review and I'm not taking it lightly. This review is based on many bad experiences here from the age of 13-27. Throughout my many years of going here, this is what I've experienced. 1) A van load of us was coming back late from Lorain on a Saturday night. Some needed to use the restroom and I was craving some fries. There was practically no other customers in there. Nor in the drive thru. All I ordered was fries. It took 10-15 min for one order of fries. 2) I went through the drive thru after a couple of hours of landscaping. I needed food and was craving a large sweet tea. I was in a hurry so I didn't check my order till after I drove away. To my dismay it wasn't a large sweet tea but a nasty diet coke instead. That's the worst way to screw up a sweet tea order. Guess what. It happened again later on. 3) After taking my driver's test, my dad took me here for lunch. I ordered two McDoubles. When I got them, both only contained the buns , the patties, and a little bit of ketchup. No cheese, no onions, no pickles. I took them both back and asked for new ones. Once received, I went back to my table. I opened them to find one was correct and the other was missing the pickle and cheese...I wasn't going ng back up there again. 4) Service is usually slow, ice cream machine is quite often "broken", and overall food quality isn't good in terms of what is actually good McDonalds food. Some of you are probably wondering why I've been coming here for so long. When I was a kid I didn't have a choice. This is quite possibly the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. There's two drive thru lanes, but all this does it confuse the workers. I've placed orders and by the time I reach the cashier she's forgotten it and I am often asked "Which order was yours?". A few months ago I pulled in around 8am on a Sunday. I was the only car in the drive thru but no one would answer the speaker. Finally I drove around and went in to order. I saw all of the employees standing in the back laughing and joking, no one was up at the counter. When the counter employee finally saw me, she gave a huge sigh and acted like I was bothering her by being there. I have occasionally gone there around 4-5am and am not surprised to be waiting up to ten minutes for food. No, that's not an exaggeration, I timed it at a few seconds over 10 minutes last trip (with only two cars ahead of me). I know it's a McD's and I'm not expecting a five star dining experience but the wait times can get ridiculous. As far as the food goes, I haven't had an awful experiences. They usually get my order right and the food is what you'd expect at a McD's, you're just going to wait an awful long time for it. read more

Late at night I think they only have one girl doing everything, taking the orders, collecting the money, cooking the food, and handing it out the window. wow, I understand why this location ONLY had a 1 star rating. Its the holidays, so I popped in while running errands to grab a quick breakfast sandwich. No line at the drive up, great! Quickly placed my order and paid at the first window. Nice cashier. After a brief wait behind another car I picked up my sandwich from a sour faced teenager with no manners. Its McDonalds, I would be sour faced if I was spending my Saturday morning there too. I drove off and about a block away grabbed my sandwich at the light. Upon first inspection, it didn't look like the bacon egg and cheese bagel I'd ordered, but a sausage egg and cheese. I sighed. I could endure that even though it wasn't what I ordered. Mistakes happen and its JUST a MickyDs sandwich right? I took a bite and was met with the greasiest hamburger patty in the middle of the sandwich. The light turned, I made a U turn and went back. They replaced it, no problem, but FAST FOOD should not require returning, parking, waiting in a queue and then for the replacement. I wasted another 15 minutes dealing with my "Fast Food" fix.
