Upon driving through the drive-thru, I saw a young man walking away from the drive-thru with a cigarette. I didn't think too much about it at the time until after I had paid. Then I saw the young man walk back to the drive-thru and hand the cigarette to the young lady inside to take a puff or two. Very unprofessional and this kind of thing should not be tolerated. Hello my fellow yelpers, I have to say this Mickey d's was an experience. After my wife left me, I am now stuck with this unnecessary restraining order luckily I can fill my time absolutely pounding down buckets of chicken nuggets and sweet and sour sauce to fill my depressed rage. I then walked into the bathroom and proceeded to take the largest deification of my life, shooting out my Mac hole my body lifts above the toilet thrusting me towards the wall, spraying absolute Mac sauce everywhere. Sign posted in and outside says "You the customer only have 30 minutes" You the customer have 30 minutes to use the restroom, wash your hands and eat this food from the time you enter and have made your order. McDonald's in general doesn't deserve 5 stars, but this location does. Since my wife and I travel to see my parents in Kansas City, it has been a tradition to stop here for a brief refresher before that always grueling last hour before finally arriving home. Nothing helps more than getting a drink and sharing a large fry (although it's a shame that McDonald's now charges for packets of sweet and sour sauce, etc). Anyways, this recent visit was extremely significant in that my 1st born son got to experience the trip, although at 2 months old couldn't really enjoy and fries or soda. read more

McDonald's in Coffeyville is horrible! There was not one clean table in the place and the soda area was covered in trash. They have all the new technology but it took forever to get our food. A lady waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes before coming in to complain. Then the associate was hateful to her saying "there's nothing I can do", no apology, no "I'll look into it", just attitude. It wasn't busy but consistent and no came out to clean tables the whole time we were there. The food was fine but with as expensive as McDonald's has gotten there is no excuse for a filthy dining area and associates with attitude. Really awful! read more

Where do I even get started? Ok, I do like the breakfast menu it's so much cheaper and tastier than most other breakfast fast food restaurants I ever went too. But the only issue I have with McDonald's is when I order from the 11:00 AM Menu (Lunch Menu) I always get the wrong order what I asked for. the customer service was not that bad at all but I don't like how we constantly get the wrong order ALL THE TIME! Stopped here while on vacation. Fast food is just fast food Had accommodating parking for the RV which is why we stopped there. Filet of fish (made to order) was very dry.
