Very poor experience tonight. The cashier was more focused on flirting with another guy WHILE I was trying to place my order, including turning around talking to him while I was trying to order. This would explain why my order was wrong to begin with. While waiting for a replacement order, they spilled drink lids all over the floor and everyone laughed. Pure chaos. In addition to that, food was mediocre. I think there was about 4 or five large fries in my free order of fries, which also seems about right. Gluten Free Review - I have eaten at Chick-fil-A several times with no reaction. I have the best luck with their salads and I must say their salads are pretty tasty. The Market and the Cobb salads are my favorite. I usually order a fruit cup/bowl when they are doing the berries, mandarins and apples. I just found out they have a large size of the fruit cup/bowl and ordered it. Mmmmm, fruit bowl LOVE! I worked for CFA for years, I understand the values of the company. The importance of the guest experience from beginning to end. Ryan at the Bartlesville location on 4/6/2024 @7:30 was disappointing. Ryan was so unpleasant from the second he opened his mouth. The girls were great. He didn't greet me, immediately asked for my payment. I asked for additional sauces because I ordered a 30 nugget tray, three sandwiches, and three fries and he was was rude about it and said I put 10 in there. Do you really need two more? The girl actually told me "if you just come inside you can get more" because she could tell how awful the interaction was. read more

I'm a huge Chick-Fil-A advocate. I probably eat it every other day. I travel NE Oklahoma daily for my job. The Bartlesville one is just awful. I got a 12 count of nuggets and they were soggy and didn't seem cooked all the way. Also, I cannot stand the mobile app lane and hope they don't do this at other locations. Slowest Chick-fil-A I've ever been too. Poor management. Waiting in the drive thru at the window for over 15 minutes while I watch 8 other vehicles get their food and leave. Love the food and people. But this location has lost my order three times now. Once using the app to order, only part of the order was filled. Another time the order was lost between the drive up and window. Was told the attendant's key pac crashed, but they never bothered to let anyone know it happened to help shorten everyone figuring out what went wrong. Tonight order was placed on app, went inside a all was good and received receipt, yet after waiting and seeing numerous orders filled that were placed after I checked in, I enquired about my order. Hands down, the best fast food restaurant in town. Hot food served hot, cold food is cold. Served in reasonably quick time and with a smile. Especially like the Cobb Salad. Cheesy, cheesy, served hot and fresh Macaroni and Cheese is to die for. It is "MY PLEASURE" to eat at Bartlesville Chick Fil Le. Oh, I forgot, everyone is nearly dressed and groomed and very polite. When using the drive-thru, there is no wait. If a line, employees step out to take orders and others bring the food BEFORE your car is close to the drive thru window! This place is still pretty busy months after opening their Bartlesville location, and I'm always amazed at how well they handle it, especially the drive thru.
