The employees here have always treated me and my family members respectfully and kindly. The folks who work here are sweet people, and it keeps us returning time after time. Our meals are always correct, hot, and tasty. Both my wife and I worked at a McDonald's restaurant while we were in college, so we completely understand the ins and outs of being a fast food employee. I went to this location because the owner had donated coupons for free frozen drinks to the library's summer reading program and my daughters had earned the coupons. We also had lunch, which was prepared quickly and accurately. I was very impressed with how clean everything was inside and was blown away by the friendliness of the employees. At the bottom of my receipt it clearly states "Hotter & Juicier" & "100% Fresh Beef" & "Cooked when you order" Nothing could be further from the truth. Every time I eat there, the burgers taste like they have been sitting under a heat lamp for 30 min. I use to work at McDonald's as a teen. This was an absolutely horrendous experience. I ordered a large order of number three fries and a tall latte, but instead I got number FOUR FRIES,(yes they have those,) and a VENTI LATTE. I am very disappointed in the service as well. The worker I had immediately greeted me with, "Hello, my name is Madelyn, can I take your order?" I drove around the restaurant twice, saw the employees looking at me, then never answered when I requested service at the drive-through. Loved going to this Mconalds because it is on my way home from work. Today, I stopped by for my usual 2 Hot n Spicy and 1 Mcdouble. I got home and started on my Mcdouble and was its normal tasty self. Started on my Hot n Spicy and got about half way through before on one of my bites, I realized I was still attached to the sandwich with a long black hair. I immediately spit out what i had in my mouth. Surely, thinking this was a one time thing, I went for my other Hot n Spicy that i had left. Open the wrapper up and a nice curly black hair was waiting for me on top of my bun. I mean REALLY!!! 2/3 things i ordered had a hair on it! This McDonalds has it's problems. Mainly the crews they having working at a particular time. We usually get McDonalds on Sunday around noon after a night of drinking. We hit the drive through and almost every time it seems to be the same horrible crew serving on a Sunday at noon. The service is always terrible at this time.
