My husband ran in to get lunch. No one was working the front counter. After waiting, someone yelled from the kitchen asking what he wanted. He said he wanted to place an order. They yelled again, "what do you want?". He said, "I would like for someone to come to the register and take my order. Not yell at me from the kitchen". They didn't budge so he left. This location is so amazing. The Managment, specifically their selfless General Manager Moya, have always treated me and my family as one of their own. When at this location we laugh and joke with the staff members and even with this distraction they hold down, and do what is needed to make sure our food is out hot and fast. This place gets quite busy around meal times. I saw that the drive-through line of cars was wrapped around the entire building, so I drove on by and ran some other errands, then returned a few hours later. By that time, there was just one car in the drive-through. I like the flexibility of their combo meals, i.e., instead of French fries, you can get double coleslaw; or drop the drink and get $1.00 knocked off of your bill. My favorite is the Five (chicken) Finger Plate Meal. Zaxby's isn't cheap, so I expect things to be correct every time. For the most part, they are. One thing is that the fries are always far too salty, so I never get them. Also, I don't care for the Zax (dipping) Sauce at all; their barbecue sauce is marginally better, but I hardly ever remember to ask for the substitution. Doh! Three and a half stars is as high as I would rank this establishment. I'll probably be asked by my wife to return for more of her favorite chicken; so, of course, I will obey. read more

This isn't a negative review of the food but the service. Every time I go to this place I get an extra toast zaxbys sauce. And every single time I open my bag and there's no extra sauce or toast. Today I ordered and the woman said "you extra sauce is in the bag" well she sounded pretty confident so I decide I won't open up all the contents and check. Well I get home and what do ya know? There's no zaxbys sauce up in there. This shit is getting ridiculous. Stingy mfers not wanting to throw in a packet of sauce like dude y'all are worse than McDonald's. We drove 15 minutes out of the way for chicken and they got each part of our order wrong. The parts we could check we did and fixed immediately. We did have to wait an additional ten minutes. But the parts we didn't check until we got home (the drinks) were incorrect. Each part of our order was correct on the receipt. They also charged us $2.50 for a cup of ice water.
