Got breakfast, I ordered a frappe and was told to pull up to spot 2 to wait for my drink. I pull around and someone else is in spot 2 so I'm forced to move to a different spot. I then waited 10-15 minutes on my drink before I went in and told them what had happened. The response I got...."yeah we threw it away". how are you not gonna check the other spots. You know somebody in the waiting spots got a drink but instead you just toss it. And you guys think you deserve a higher pay. SMH... read more

Just had finished my 5th double cheeseburger, got up to go to the bathroom. My bladder was FULL of McDonald's coke- I had 4 refills so I really had to urinate bad! Unfortunately, When I walked into the bathroom, there sat a kid, no more than 8 years old taking a sh*t in the urinal. He asked me where the toilet paper was & I immediately walked out because that's just nasty and wrong- That was also when I pissed all 4 cups of musty coke pee all over myself. Ruined my reputation, my favorite pair of jeans and the lady that slipped & fell in musty Lake McCokuhpee sued me for emotional damages and medical bills. What a day read more

For all the effort in this oldest McDonald's building the staff are very friendly and customer service was blazingly awesome was proud of my choice to get my number 4c meal in less than 5 minutes considering they had a horseshoe of cars wrapped around the facility fresh hot food and Ice cream shake and new strawberry creme pies and blueberry muffin was fresh as was my fries. I love the food, but the drive tru can become long, fast. Plus they hardly ever have the ice-cream machine working

They won't let me get my cheeseburgers with Big Mac sauce and lettuce, they won't let me have water larger than a child's size, and their constantly backed-up drive-through routinely causes accidents in the middle of 30th Street. Suck it, McDonald's. P.S. They get one extra star from me only because of the Shamrock Shakes and the Caramel Frappes. read more

Literally the worst place ever worked there for almost a year and they can't ever get anything right.

Honestly, It's a McDonalds. What can you expect? They implemented a new service to speed up the line but it seems like the line never goes down. The only thing more frustrating than getting held up by a train in the middle of Connersville, is getting held up by the McDonalds line when you're trying to drive across 30th street. But my biggest gripe...the apples in my Happy Meal. I'd say two out of every five times I order a Happy Meal, I don't get my apples. I have had arguments with teenagers over whether or not the Happy Meal comes with apple slices. They do. Fork 'em over. read more

I know... I know... It's McDonald's. But it was done to perfection. I had a quarter pounder with cheese meal on August 8, 2016 at 1:15 PM, and it was a 10/10. The fries were hot and done to perfection, the Coke was excellent, and my QP with cheese was awesome... (I got extra onion and ketchup). The window staff were courteous and efficient. The whole experience was perfect! This is what a McDonald's can be like when it is running on all cylinders. read more

Customer service has improved greatly during the day, but the evening/overnight crew has some work to do. After waiting 20 minutes in line (literally...I timed it), I got my "ten" piece chicken tenders. In reality, I got eight tenders and two Happy meal nuggets. I called to let them know and the manager on duty made excuses and said sometimes the bags just come frozen like that.....granted, he did apologize. Before he made another excuse. My fries also weren't cooked. They looked like the thawed them on the counter and threw them in my bag. Will never go there for a late night I don't want to cook session again...too bad. read more

Terrible service. Bitchy workers. Forgot one of my nuggets, messed up my boyfriend's sandwich. Then didn't give the correct amount of change back and when asked about and showed the receipt where she didn't give him the correct change and she said he was wrong. read more

My family, friends and I frequent this McDonald's in Connersville often. There is most often only 1 register open ,which makes for long waits in line. The biggest complaint I have is the cleanliness or major lack thereof! The floors are very dirty and often in front of the fountain drink dispensers the floor is wet and filthy which gets tracked all the way through the place. Lots of time I have to clean the table before we can eat there. The restrooms are also dirty. They have a sign up on the back of the door which claim that the restrooms are checked every 30 minutes for cleanliness. This is absolutely not done. We spend at least an hour to an hour and a half eating and talking there and I don't recall ever seeing anyone clean at all in the restrooms. I don't see anyone mopping floors or cleaning tables. Trash receptacles are overstuffed many times also. I don't ever see anyone emptying them. I only intend this review to help management be aware. I believe this facility is understaffed. There's a need for cashiers and custodians. read more
