04/15/2026, I stopped in before an appt. and while ordering at the Kiosk, there was a manager near the counter screaming at, cussing at the crew working that morning. It was over name tags not being worn, worn in the wrong location, worn where it couldn't be seen. This probably went on for 5 minutes, just absolutely uncalled for in the store, in ear shot of customers in the store and the crew did not deserve the disrespect this manager was giving them. all over a name tag not being worn. They call it 'fast' food for a reason but this particular McDonalds seems to have missed the memo because we could have eaten at a nice restaurant far more quickly, along with the rest of the crowd that built up while we were there. We walked in and hit 'I'm here' on the mobile app already queued up with our order, at 12:02; one of us waited near the counter while the rest of us grabbed a table, and at the time there were only 3 or 4 other people waiting. By the time our order was called out almost 45 minutes later, there was a decent sized crowd we'd basically gotten to know - one poor woman who was only there for a couple of drinks waited 25 minutes for them, several men working in road construction left without ever having gotten their food - the wait for their food alone having ran out their entire lunch break. Repeatedly we watched as people ordered at the kiosk, which was out of paper that apparently never did get replaced in the hour plus we were there, and one after another they went to the counter explaining that they hadn't gotten a receipt or an order number to listen for, but the guy at the counter continued watching people order on it without replacing the paper or at least warning them or offering to take their order himself - we actually didn't see him take any orders. And one especially unfortunate lone elderly man who was already waiting before we walked in the door, was still waiting when we finished eating over an hour later and walked back out. When our order was finally ready, having seemingly been cooked from scratch, we discovered one person's entire meal was missing and all of our fries were cold - shouldn't they be fresh out of the oil if they were running so far behind?. We also realized at that point that not only do they make all the drinks in the back, unlike a standard McDonalds, there's also no station to pick up your own condiments, napkins etc. You have to ask for them at the counter - if you can catch someone, which I only managed to do after I'd waited another ten minutes at the counter for my daughter's missing happy meal, which was handed to me with an IOU for the fries, which I seriously doubted we'd see before we finished the rest of the food. Nonetheless, happy(ish) meal, ketchup and napkins in hand, I returned triumphantly, in time for us to basically stuff food down our throats so we didn't get even further behind. Her fries actually did come out after another ten minutes or so and at least they were warm, even if we were almost finished. She ate a few and pronounced herself full, leaving the rest of us to divvy up the tiny bag of fries in order to have a few hot fries with the last bites of our burgers. The burgers were good, so were the milkshakes, but the whole ordeal taking over an hour left a bad taste in all of our mouths, along with the need to warn anyone else passing through. There are other McDonalds within a few miles of this one, off other nearby exits of I-75, and I vote for those - you can't have WORSE service at those anyway. read more

This particular McDonald's is attached to pilot gas station. So you will see all sorts of people in and out of this particular McDonald's restaurant. You will see everything from semi chart drivers to families with kids heading places off of I 75 and heading towards either the south and in to Tennessee and on or down 25E, to places like Pine Mountain State Park. I'm giving the restaurant four stars, only because the boy that waited on us was completely nice and he gets five stars for being totally awesome worker there at McDonald's. As far as the restaurant itself, it needs work and it needed to have somebody cleaning what they call the "lobby" area, (where customers eat) and encouraging that old man that was hanging out in the restaurant to take his volume from about a thousand (really stinking loud to where Helen Keller could've heard him talking with no issue at all) to something where only the people right next to him could hear. The food was standard McDonald's fare and was fine. My order came out correctly, fortunately. read more

I was ready to give them a low rating when they messed up my order. I ordered a large order in the app and while the wait time wasn't too bad, they left out 2 McDoubles and 23 nuggets (we ordered 2 20 pc nuggets and we only got 17). I go inside and without missing a beat the night manager is like " Lemme give you 30 nuggets for your trouble and your burgers" I was actually taken aback by the quickness and friendliness that she corrected the mix up. Yeah so I was in the drive thru and waited a minute that's fine and when the other car went I said "hello" and the audacity of the person taking the order says we are only one person in a hateful way. I said I don't want anything to eat. It disgusted me when I see this kind of service from a billion dollars industry. Was very nauseated so stopped at McDonald's to grab a quick Sprite, Dr Pepper and 2 cups of ice. Little did i know that the ice is the SAME PRICE as my drinks but in a smaller cup and only half full. I said I didn't realize ice had went up, would she atleast fill it all the way up with ice or in the bigger cup. She hands all 4 out anyway, giving me a look without a drink carrier! WOW was my exact words as I drove off. I understand places being short staffed and her taking orders of one car at a time and fulfilling before the next and even for waiting 20 minutes but no excuse for RUDENESS and not atleast filling the cup up!!! The food is usually the better one in corbin, but the owners need to visit and see what's going on there!!!!!!! read more

This had to be the dirtiest McDonalds I have ever been in. Ketchup dispenser was empty and there was sticky stuff on our table. Napkins on the floor. We got 2 breakfast combos; they were so cheap they put both our hashbrowns in one small french fry bag. Cashier had a smirk on his face when he was taking our order. The rim around the trash bin was coke splashed. The only good thing I can say is our food was hot and our order was correct. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Not only did they get the order wrong but we had to spend the whole meal fighting off the flies and knats. This used to be our favorite McDonalds but over the last 6 weeks it had really gone down the drain.The last 2 times we were in there it was very disorganized and dirty. Today, the food was terrible. 1 star for the young lady cleaning the tables. 5 dollars for that new grand mac is a rip off and 3 dollars for a medium shake . The only reason I give them a 1 star is because yelp won't allow me to give no stars. Food is awful service is terrible the crew here is more worried about playing around and texting besides customer service. and they always out of pies when you want them. Always stop here on trip to and from Gatlinburg, TN. , probably won't anymore. They have gone to some new "yuppie" ordering kiosks. Where they want you to use a kiosk in lobby to order your food, then they bring it to your table. The problem is ...it takes twice as long to order and you still have to go to the counter if you are paying cash. It took 15 minutes to just order and pay for the meal. My youngster wanted a plain hamburger happy meal...guess what? You have to get assistance to remove ketchup, then mustard, the pickle, then onion...no option for just plain. It's easier to go thru the drive thru then come inside and eat. The employees hate it because the customers are not happy, yet the employees take the brunt of the criticism. They have also drastically downsized the kids play area. I think we will find another place to eat on our trips. read more

I wish it was possible to give a negative star review because this place would definitely get a -5 stars. It was a very simple order and of course, it was not right. The double cheese burgers were horrible, the bread was so hard you could of used the sandwich to break a window. The ice cream machine made so much noise that I had to scream my order to the girl across the counter and to make matters worse, I wasn't able to take the wrong order back to them so that they could make the order right because they didn't give me any kind of receipt. Will never go back to this location again! I wouldn't even feed the food from this location to my dog. :/ read more
