We were told that our chicken sandwich orders would take 5 minutes - and to pull over and wait. Another car was also waiting so we decided that it probably wouldn't be that long. 15 minutes later the other driver went in and came out with his order about 5more minutes later. After 25 minutes went by, my sister went in - 10 minutes later no sign of her coming out yet. So for 2 chicken sandwiches- 40 minutes. They are nice people but this is ridiculous read more

Horrible service! Went through drive thru 1:51pm and ordered grilled chicken combo and 3 piece tender combo. Was told to pull to parking spot and wait 6 minutes for our order. No problem! We watch 5 vehicles go through and wait a few minutes and they all received their orders. Finally a lady comes out and asks what our order is? We tell her and she goes back inside. We waited 10 more minutes and the wife is not happy and goes inside. They ask what we ordered again. Then say they lost our order. If the wife hadn't gone inside , we would've never got our order. No excuse for that service! We didn't mind waiting but to ignore us after the fact is pathetic. read more

Road trip! During everything that is going on we are traveling. Drive through open. Sign out front said dining room open to 2, but at 1:30 they were closing up for cleaning. We wanted to stretch our legs but didn't get to. Got in the drive thu. Ordered a sandwich that was to come on a biscuit. Hubby got a meal that was suppose to have a biscuit. Must be a thing that they only have so many cause they have him a second side and I got a bun. There wasn't any food pictures cause we dug in too fast. The good was hot and fresh. The fries were crazy salted. But overall we both enjoyed the food. The chicken in both meals was tasty and we would try it again. The bo sauce reminded me of burger King zesty sauce. Yummy sweet tea. so i doordashed bojangles and our order consisted of family size green beans, family size dirty rice, 2 3 piece chicken tender meals and drinks. our order is delivered and we did not receive either of our family size sides. for some reason we got an ungodly amount of fries? and 2 cookies i guess for compensation lol? when i opened the plastic bag i went to get the paper bag out and it was so obviously put into the plastic bag upside down purposely, so all those fries i mentioned were dumped into the plastic bag. one of the tender meals we got was missing the biscuit (the most important part) but not to worry an extra tender was provided lol. not a great dinner especially for the price of $40. read more

I wanted a great Bo Biscuit filled up with Blueberries. Love these biscuits and since the hotel breakfast was so bad I went for Coffee and a Bo Biscuit. Surprise! I opened up the carton and it was shaped like a football and had some pink icing all over it that tasted like medicine. It was as hard as the biscuit at the hotel. I grew up in the Deep South, and there were Bojangles' restaurants all over. When I moved to Kentucky, I missed being able to get their chicken. Fortunately my wife and I were headed through Corbin weekend before last and stopped at the Bojangles there. Man oh man was it good. In mid-August I had dinner at a brand new Bojangles Restaurant in Corbin, Kentucky, on Cumberland Falls Hwy just east of I-75. I was REALLY hungry and I ordered everything on the menu that had the term "Cajun" in it, as well as dirty rice and a large iced tea. We went to Bojangles this evening ordered through drive thru, ordered two meals ( 2 breast meal and four piece chicken tenders) two extra sides and dipping sauce. Paid for said order received what we thought had been ordered drove off only to discover the two extra sides and dipping sauce had not been given to us, so we turn around and go back go inside explain what had been left out of order the server said well do you still want them. I said yes please we ordered and paid for them. We drive away for the second time reach our destination, start to eat what we had ordered, my 2breast meal was a two thigh meal and there was no plastic ware to eat food with. So I call and speak to a manager about this extremely poor service and she says well if you want to come back I will give you what you ordered. Going back was not an option at all. She gives me her apologies and ask me what do I want her to do now. We had a rough experience a couple of weeks ago at the same Bojangles and a RUDE server telling us he ran out of ketchup, laughing and closed the window in our face. I know restaurant work is sometimes challenging but customer satisfaction is very important as well. Needless to say I will not be visiting Bojangles in Corbin Kentucky anymore. I LOVE Bojangles so when I travel, that's one of the first places I look for! This trio was no exception. On our way home from TN we stopped at this location for food (which was delicious, btw) but I think there were some restaurant internal issues going on with staff. Half of my order was missing. When I pointed it out, the young lady slammed a bag on the counter and shit the window in our face. When she came back I did ask if I had perhaps ordered incorrectly. After visibly seeing that I was disgusted with her behavior she did apologize, so I totally give her props for that read more
