This is one of the messiest, nastiest, restaurants I've ever eaten in. I've been there several times because the kids wanted to play. The first time, they didn't have anything I tried to order for myself. The second time, they got my order all wrong after waiting a God awful long time. The third and last time, there was an unsupervised teenager that was hitting the kids over the head with a tray they were sliding down the slide with. The workers saw it all but would not tell the individual to leave until I made a complaint. I'm pretty sure it was one of the workers kids from what I was witnessing. It says 1 star but they get a NEGATIVE 5 stars from me!! Absolute worst experience in my life at a mcdonalds. On the way back home from Florida we stopped in to grab a quick snack and hit the road again. I was there for a total of 45 min. I placed my TO GO ORDER, then waited for 20min before asking where my food was. They told me they were sorry and they had to cook the nuggets fresh. I was irritated but they compensated. Only to get going down the road and go to eat my chicken wrap and there was a triangular piece of PLASTIC IN my wrap... Ordered a large double quarter pounder meal (large fries / large coke) only cheese, with an extra patty. When I drove off the fries were cold, and the hamburger had pickles, onions, etc. I took it back in and got a refund. Every time I come to this McDonald's, the order is wrong 25% of the time and the fries are cold 50% of the time. Sometimes the fries are hot but they've been sitting under the lamp too long and don't taste fresh. Great way to lose customers, there's a Cook Out restaurant and a Chick-fil-A near this location, I can take my business there. read more

The Fries were hard and cold. My son and I ordered one burger and fries each and they both were doused in grease as if they were dumped in the deep fryer. The burger, the bun, and the paper wrap were in soaked in grease. The burgers and the fries tasted the same like burnt grease. Ronald McDonald should come in as an undercover boss. The way the food looked and tasted and the lack of customer service is a good indication that the restaurant staff needs training. read more

Worst service experienced at this chain. I only frequent this chain when traveling. Recommendation based on the experience: don't do it. If you have time to waste or need to pee, this place is fine. If you want a wait less than 30+ minutes, go to the next exit or hit up he Taco Bell next to it. And if you fall into the trap of going here and you are sitting in line wondering where you went wrong, no fear, there is a direct driveway to Taco Bell directly from this McDonalds to the Taco Bell line. I feel the need to write this review, because it seems like the only time any one tunes in to review McDonald's, it's to complain - which is often warranted. Many times, McDonald's can't compete with Chick-fil-A's model of customer service. However, I found my visit to this McDonald's location to be quite the exception. The dining room is currently under construction, so I went through the drive-through. The cashier was so polite and humorous. Even though my order was complex, she got it right on the first try. I had asked for 2 Honey Mustard sauces, 1 BBQ, and 1 Ranch. They gave me 3 of each without charging me. Some have mentioned that their fries weren't fresh. Well, mine were, with just the right amount of salt. While I was deciding on what size frappe to get, the cashier took the trouble to tell me that if I ordered a small, it was included in the combo price. Everything about my experience was great. Probably one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. The staff was rude and unfriendly, they forgot our order and looked absolutely dumbfounded at the fact that we were questioning whether our order was skipped. After waiting 15 minutes, we got our order and they messed it up. I understand accidents happen, but the culmination of all of these created a terrible experience to say the least, and I hardly have "high" expectations for fast food chains. read more

ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE!!! The restaurant was a disaster and hazardous to customer health. There was nobody working the front counter. The employees we're very loud, rude and unproductive. I asked for more sauce for my meals (which I specified at the kiosk what and how many) and the employee turned around and walked away. Not a single person I saw was wearing a name tag, therefore could not get anyone's attention. The staff was so unprofessional, it was embarrassing. The food took over thirty minutes. THIRTY MINUTES for one cheeseburger, 4 count chicken nugget, and fries. I brought my friend to this McDonalds for him to get a takeout meal. The in-store and drive-thru were not busy at the time. His order took 30 minutes!! He's refusing to come back to the restaurant because of the bad service. He said that the staff were making orders for people who came in after him and making him wait. They were also talking about how they needed to be paid 15/hour for the work they were doing. I've worked in 10 McDonalds earlier in life. I know how busy it can get, but this was not busy. Never, never where I worked would we have taken 30 minutes to complete the customer's order. When I complained to the manager, his excuse was that he was training new people. That is no excuse. This level of bad service is NOT worth 15/hour. It's not worth minimum wage. I hope the staff get their act together before they lose more customers. I plan to tell my friends to stay away from McDonald's until the service improves better than this. read more

This has got to be the worst McDonald's in the nation. It is understaffed, and those on staff are not capable of running a fast food restaurant. Thankfully my family was nice enough not to lay into the staff as the seemed to be slammed with FOUR cars in the drive-thru lane and NOBODY inside. If I could give a lower rating then 1, I would. This place was one of the worst fast food places I have ever been to. The staff were rude, got our order wrong and refused to correct it. We traveled from out of state and stopped to get food for our kids. They messed up the order twice and wont correct it. Ended up going to another place to get the food we wanted for the kids.
