Worst McDonald's Experience I've Ever Had This location was unclean, chaotic, and completely unprofessional. Despite there being 15+ employees visible, most of them were just standing around, seemingly doing nothing. It took over 30 minutes just to get a simple to-go meal. When I finally received my order, the food looked thrown together, the fries were cold, and I wasn't even given a receipt. If you're in a hurry--or value decent service--do yourself a favor and skip this place. I won't be coming back. I'd rate this zero stars if I could. read more

I'm so done. I am STILL waiting for my food. I've been here for 40 minutes. It took about 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge we were here. On 6:29 pm, June 29th I was traveling through Cordele GA. I stopped at this McDonald's and ordered 2 double filefish meals. It took me more the 40 minutes to get the order in then receive our meals. When we opened them the fish was way over cooked, the buns were over toasted and not steamed and the fries were barely warm. Because we were traveling we had no time to wait another possibly 40 minutes for new meals so we through them out and traveled on. I've been calling the number on the receipt (229) 273-9813 but no one ever picks up. I've been working with McDonalds customer care at 800.244.6227 but no one will get back to me. I've called 7 times now and heard the franchise manager will call me, the regional manager will call me and I've asked for the supervisor of customer care to also call me BUT NO ONE WILL RETURN MY CALLS! I know that this is a lot to continue with for them to possibly replace my 2 meals but McDonald's needs to take care of customers. read more

I got a French Vanilla iced latte and a sausage egg McMuffin. I am 90% positive I sat in the line for a good 30 minutes. When I got to the window, they handed me my "French vanilla" latte. Apparently they forgot to add the French vanilla part to the coffee because honest to god it tasted like water with a hint of coffee bean juice. As someone who's worked at McDonald's for years, I can say without a doubt that this is the worst one I've ever been to, the service was terrible, the food was cold, and didn't give us the add one that we were charged for. We waited 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 3 drinks and it's honestly inexcusable, there's no reason that with the 12 people they had working they couldn't have had our small order out in atleast 5 minutes. I gave it a second star because it was convenient from the freeway. I spent an hour at this McDonald's while I was driving up from Florida. Most of that time was spent waiting for the food I ordered. They were all out of salads. There was garbage all over the floor, including toilet paper outside the bathroom. They were out of ketchup in the dispenser, so I had to wait for a cashier to have a minute to get me some packets. When my kids came out of the playplace they were covered in dirt and something sticky. There were a couple girls running around the place barefoot, and I was wondering if their parents found ringworm on their feet later. read more

This is one of the worst Mcdonald's I've ever been too. I waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes. I watched the employee take the card of the car before me, I could see her through the window retrieving her recipt and continued to hold her card for at least 45 seconds while taking a drive thru order of another car! She FINALLY gave her card and recept. Needless to say I was done the same way with a terrible personality. Once I made it to the second window, the employee nearly threw my bag at me handed me my drink and closed the window. Everyone who worked the night of 7/8/19 need to be terminated. This is one of the messiest, nastiest, restaurants I've ever eaten in. I've been there several times because the kids wanted to play. The first time, they didn't have anything I tried to order for myself. The second time, they got my order all wrong after waiting a God awful long time. The third and last time, there was an unsupervised teenager that was hitting the kids over the head with a tray they were sliding down the slide with. The workers saw it all but would not tell the individual to leave until I made a complaint. I'm pretty sure it was one of the workers kids from what I was witnessing.
