Ordered an egg white delight and two lattes. Lattes were good, but the egg white delight must have been wrapped wrong bc the purple ink from the paper was all over the egg white along with an incredibly disgusting long black hair. I'm a blonde, so it was obvious it wasn't mine. Not necessarily the surprise you would like to find when you first open your breakfast sandwich. read more

Waited in the Drive Thru for about 30 minutes. What happened to fast food??? Worst service Iv had at a McDonald's.

Bad service, dirty restaurant. Yuck. Ordered kids meals, one with nuggets, one with plain and dry cheeseburger. Order comes up, no cheeseburger at all in bag. I complain, they give me a cheeseburger. Get to the table, it is loaded with mustard and ketchup. I complain again and get a little attitude. Get back to the table and the fish sandwich I had ordered for myself with "easy on the tarter sauce" drops a huge glob of tarter sauce into my lap out of the bottom of my sandwich. Looked at the receipt-she never typed in easy tarter or plain cheeseburger. Live roaches running around and dead ones under our table. read more

Bad, Bad, Bad Service!!! Too many young kids working there, I've been several times and the kids are playing in the kitchen, rude and don't seem concerned about their customers. I seen one girl giving a girl I assume she knew extra food an as I waited she keep a talking holding a 15 minute conversation even after handing her the food. The girl act like she didn't care that other people was waiting and had other things to do besides set and look at her talk. Then another girl I think she said her name was Jas acts so brainless like she's not aware of her job duties at McDonalds. I think a few people need to be fired out of there and McDonalds needs to hire better people with better personalities and attitudes instead of these hot and fast children.....Oh yeah I forgot to mention how they have given me cold food countless of times, they not gone let you give them half a dollar so why on earth would anyone want cold food. If you can't service fresh food don't serve any at all!! read more
