I come here a lot and to say the people in the kitchen must be slowing down, I don't know who their hiring these days but this food was not cooked. The fries were decent and normal as always, but that quarter pounder with cheese was not it. That was uncooked and so greasy, it had a foul smell and my hands tasted and smelled disgusting. read more

Yea won't be coming here for a while. Lady at the first window was RUDE. I like that one girl who works nights she's always real nice but that old elderly decrepit senile lady at the window wanted to talk to me like I was kid just cause I look young doesn't mean I am young I'm 25 I'm a grown up have some respect or find a new job. Talked to the GM Donna about the situation she was very nice and understanding I was just confused why the $5 they're advertising wasn't ringing up $5 yanno... like no need to get sassy with me I didn't want a $7 meal deal I wanted a $5 meal deal call the police if you want me out of the drive thru so bad but nah instead I sat there and watched her dumbass sulk over being in the wrong I left the franchise office a couple messages hopefully I'll get back into contact with them but from now on I'll just stick to Ringgold or Walnut Ave they are nice at those location I don't expect 5 star service but I also don't wanna whoop no one's ass over $5 you feel me the way she was talking she almost won one over off me she needs to smoke a j or something and calm down. I'm generous today so you get 2 stars for hot fries and an ok Double cheese. However, the buck stops here...kind of like your filling up my cup 3/4 of the way. Yes I ordered no ice. Yes you successfully pushed the correct drink button. But having the audacity to tell me it didn't fill my cup up because I asked for no ice is not a $15 an hour statement. You don't penalize a customer of filling up his cup (as if there was ice in it) 3/4 of the way and then belittle his intelligence. No coffee, no apple pie, no cinnamon rolls, This would be a great place for a fast food restaurant. The only response by management was we can't supply anything but the coffee in 15 minutes. The people are always nice to me. The only problem is the food isn't great. My mcchicken always has to much mayonnaise and it makes it taste just like mayonnaise. I don't like eating only mayonnaise. If I wanted only mayonnaise, I would order just mayonnaise. Other then that the iced coffee is pretty good, not as good as dunkin, but pretty good. Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The kids working at this location are more interested in socializing then doing their job. There always seems to be some sort of drama taking place on every visit. Service is always slow and the seating area is always dirty. One issue that is out of the control of the restaurant itself is the fact that it's part of a convince store with the usual nasty has station bathrooms. Supposedly there is new upper level management that is trying to correct the issues and train the shift managers but we shall see how that works out. My recommendation would be to shut the doors on this location and build a new restaurant in a better location with all new staff. read more

Most of the McDonalds I go to are clean and orderly, not to mention the wait is fast; however, this restaurant is significantly slower than most and, it also has very rude employees. One of the employees gave me a dirty glance while handing me my order, which if I must say, had half the fries I requested. The burger bun was burnt and it was equivalent to biting into a rock. Sadly enough, the chicken nuggets were practically cremated. I do not condone visiting this McDonalds unless you are prepared for a McDissapointment. read more

How hard is it to have a ice cream machine that works? It's been almost a year of no ice cream machine at this McDonald's and apparently it went of to "be repaired" a month ago? Why? It's insane! We could make a ice cream machine in that amount of time. Will NEVER return to this location!!! I was in the drive thru waiting to pull up to get my food, had already paid... a worker came out and walked in front of my car to get to his and spit . When he did it got stuck in his beard and he wipes it off... all I kept telling myself is well he's leaving... then another worker stepped out the back door and was back close to the first window where you pay, he did some redneck hillbilly nose blow lol, where he held one nostril shut and blew snot out the other. When they finally open the window to hand out my food I told the girl I had changed my mind and just wanted my money back, she asked why and I said I just changed my mind. This is without a doubt the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at. Food quality is subpar in comparison to other locations. Burgers are half assembled, often with half the cheese off the bun and in the box. Not uncommon to see them storing bread outside in the parking lot for hours at a time. McDonald's should seriously evaluate this store the owner should be ashamed. read more

This McDonald's is awful. We don't eat the food that often at all but we do stop for coffee and the occasional shake or ice cream cone. It's become a running joke in our house that if we go there we'll leave empty handed because whenever we order something they tell us "the machine is down". Don't waste your time or money here. read more
