Casa Del Cafe provided a nice cafe experience with solid vibes, great drinks, and attentive service. Would recommend. We tried a few items from their beverage menu, including the specialty Churro Iced Latte, Mango Smoothie, and a Horchata Milk Tea. Each drink was well done and I liked the variety. I can be indecisive, but the descriptions made it easy to choose. The atmosphere of the cafe was cozy, despite the large space. It had a relaxing vibe, smelled great also. The baristas were friendly and efficient, managing to serve a solid line of customers within a short waiting period. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail regarding the espresso-to-milk ratio. As someone who is caffeine-sensitive, it was great that the barista mentioned the amount of espresso in my drink, so that I could adjust it. My husband appreciates that you don't just get a cup of "milk" when you're ordering a larger latte. It's a win-win. The Mango Smoothie was also surprising, my daughter loved it and she is picky! Well, I often go to the D Food Collab for lunch and I always see this really nice looking coffee shop next to it so today I tried it. I didn't have dinner last night so I decided to get a breakfast sandwich opted for the sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel... All four of the things were low quality the bagels, tiny the sausage and egg are for sure. The smallest I've ever seen in my life. There is a half of slice of American cheese on it definitely don't I also wanted, but apparently they don't have that so I got an Americano, which is fine but it just seems like the type of place that up charges you everything and you'll be spending lots of money for low quality dot I guess the service was OK. I don't know if she was shy or not but didn't even say hellojust stood there and I ordered. Still looking for a good breakfast place in Dalton, Georgia. I'm editing this after taking bites out of my sandwich... This is literally the worst sandwich I've ever had in my life. I can't even eat it. If I could give this place lower than one star I would. read more

The atmosphere is all over the place. They are playing crap music which is not a good vibe for a coffee house. My wife and I ordered açaí bowls and they were both frozen like an ice cube. We had to wait quite a while for them to thaw. I ordered a pineapple tea but it tasted more like a generic fruit juice. It did not taste like tea or pineapple. I'm a coffee snob so it's always hard to find great coffee in small towns. Casa Del Café is one of the best spots in Dalton! Beans are excellent, service is superb and it has a cool atmosphere with couches. Breakfast sandwiches and pastries are just ok, but the quality of espresso is great. Death to $tarbuck$. read more

Service is excellent. We came in at 11:30am Monday morning and ordered coffees and food. I had an Açaí bowl and my sister had the Oatmeal. The Açaí comes with Blueberries, strawberries, almonds, granola and honey. The oatmeal comes with brown sugar, pecans, blueberries and strawberries. The milk alternatives are Oat milk and Almond milk. They have a variety of breakfast sandwiches and paninis and baked good that look very delicious. This place is a great add to Dalton's unique local food scene. It's got a local flavor with great design and really good coffee on top of it. Ask the friendly staff for a recommendation! Nice atmosphere, but very disappointing. Searched for a local coffee shop (instead of a chain) only to find out "coffee isn't served on Sundays." No drip coffee, no pour over....even though there's pictures on the wall of a Chemex and French press. Just sugary drinks here. 2 stars for the vibe inside and nice couches. read more

I'm disappointed to say this is just like any other place now. It was great at first and it's terrible now. This used to be my favorite coffee shop in Dalton, i recently came back to Dalton and tried it again and it was disgusting. Not only did the teenagers working there have no idea what they were doing, they charged me for 5 drinks when i ordered 3... when i brought THEIR mistake up, the teenager just ignored me, not even an apology. They never have tapioca. Their papaya smoothie tasted like soap. It was all disgusting and disappointing. As someone who was a constant customer since the opening, it's sad to see such a great place be run down by people that don't care about the community and the place. read more

I've been to this coffee shop many different times and have experienced the same thing almost every time. The coffee is always amazing and it gets five stars from me alone, their food and pastries are just okay. They had a different supplier when they first opened that was much better, but I guess they don't use them anymore. The only reason I give them three stars is because of the service. I get my drinks in reasonable time and the baristas make a good cup of joe, but they are always so rude. I have experienced on multiple occasions the baristas having a bad attitude when I try and order. My order isn't even complicated, an Iced Vanilla Latte, nothing crazy. Family members and friends have also experienced the same thing. Overall, yes I will be back because the coffee is too good, but the servers need an attitude fix. read more

Decent to well priced mixed drinks and beverages compared to going to Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts , plus they taste amazing. Wonderful dim lit lounge to enjoy your snacks or beverages with guest or the perfect spot to catch up on studies and work. Service is satisfying , usually just a very brief wait from when you place your order til the time it's ready. I'd recommend the frozen coffee beverages , subtle hints of coffee and not too sweet , just perfectly balanced. 9/10 , highly recommend. read more

The coffee is really good and the staff is very friendly. The place itself is also beautiful. I love that they have drink options for the kids (i.e shakes) and my mom really loved the churros. I wish they had more sweetner options, if u want anything other sugar or simple syrup your only options are sugar free flavors. I will def be going back, just bringing my own sweetners next time. read more
