I rarely dine in at this McDonald's so I can't say much about that. I will say that the drive thru is very quick no matter what time of day I go there. I prefer to order on the app and it always has deals and is a quick way to get through the drive thru. I love me a Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal. I'll be back often. Friends and I meet at McDonald's for coffee and sometimes lunch at the E. Main St. McDonald's in Danville. They are always friendly, they go out of their way to make you welcome. The food and beverages are always correct and I always enjoyed eating at that particular McDonald's. read more

It has been years since I've had lunch from a McDonald's. Their lunch food usually doesn't agree with me but I had been thinking of a Big Mac lately. No one was present at the order register upon arriving but after looking over the menu for just a couple of minutes, someone came to take my order. After I placed my order, I had trouble finding a clean table to eat on. I ordered the #1 which is the Big Mac with medium fries and a medium fountain drink. As soon as I finished, I was craving my tums for an upset stomach. The Big Mac was tasty but it had too much special sauce on it thus requiring a napkin each time I picked it up. Plus I was limited to only three napkins since McDonald's rations napkins to their customers. It will probably be years again before I go back. The restroom needed attention. There was a big puddle under the urinal. My rating is two and a half stars. My experience was less than okay. read more

Slowest drive thru ever! It has been that way for years, no matter what time of day. At least this time the fries were hot. The person taking the orders sounded bored and if he was the same one taking the money, he looked bored and bothered to be there. Ordered a quarter pounder, cheese and bacon. They obviously gave up on the pre-Covid emphasis on quality and cooking quarte pounders fresh to order. Mine was overcooked a couple of hours earlier. It was dry, desiccated, the cheese had turned into plastic and it had neither onions or mustard on it. It was flavorless drek. I ate half and dumped the rest in the garbage disposer. The McNuggets were okay, but then how could you screw them up? Well, you could fry them like these and hold them for an hour or two before sending them out. The chocolate shake was typical machine soft serve - sweet, chocolatey and cheap. Never again. I'll keep some thin burger patties in my freezer and cook those, slap on some real cheese, with condiments out of my fridge and if I don't have buns, I'll put it on toast. read more

This spot is always busy during lunch, tons of hospital employees and construction workers to locals. Never had any issues. One of the best McDonalds I've ever been to! Used to be a slow place but now new employees are great! read more

This McDonald's is soooooo slow! We sat AT the window while the line was wrapped all the way around the building, for almost 10 minutes. I assume they ran out of fries because the drive thru and inside were both stopped. Staff was friendly and food was correct. read more

I stopped by the restaurant yesterday. Went thru the drive thru and received my meal. Yep it was wrong. Went back inside and was asked by "Brenda" if she could help. I showed her my meal was wrong and simply asked for my money back. It went bad from there. She claimed the receipt didn't match the order. After showing her it did except the sandwich was wrong, She said you don't want us to fix it? I said no I just want my money back. After insulting me by saying "we're not perfect" and "I guess your standards are just too high", and other derogatory statements, I replied that if I order food a certain way I should get what I order, she just snapped with a very negative attitude. After receiving my whole $4.32, as I turned to walk out she said I hope you find a place that meets my high standards. (A plain double cheeseburger vs one with everything on it, not a very high standard.) I left and decided to call the restaurant and talk to the manager. When I called guess who answered? Yep, Brenda. She is the shift manager. I asked for the district managers phone number and was given that. I called the the number and it was answered by the actual owner of the restaurant. I explained everything that had occurred and was informed that she would address this. I hope she does. For all that read this, stop by and see Brenda at the restaurant and see if her attitude is better. Ask specifically for her and see. A last thought I left with the owner was this, "if I am being treated like this as a customer I can only imagine how she is treating the workers at the McDonalds in Danville. read more

Ordered there big breakfast and all i got was one piece of bacon a biscuit and a round egg WTF? when i went into the lobby they told me hotcakes are not included and you are only supposed to get 1 slice of bacon lol who the hell only eats 1 slice of bacon and they called it a big breakfast... for who a sparrow ? i wont be back read more

Two stars solely because the man at the window kept apologizing for his managers rude behavior. I've never been screamed at by management through a drive thru window for asking how long a hash brown would take, but alright go off then. I was on a sales call at the hospital and swung through after lunch to grab a McCafe mocha. I walked in at 1:20 and literally no one in the tiny dining room which should have been my queue to leave but I thought what the heck. A disinterested shift manager walked up to a register and asked what I wanted. I said how are you today and she literally said nothing back and didn't even look up. Then another skinny, ultra-tatted employee with greasy hair a scowl on his face walks up and says to her "I got it". He just looked at me and so I ordered my coffee and handed him a coupon for a free bakery item with a drink purchase which he proceeded to stare at for about 30 seconds and then finally rang it up and said $4.35. I paid with my card and he handed me my receipt and walked away. Behind the counter, three or four employees were yucking it up, singing and acting like fools. Finally after about ten minutes, a nice young man came around the corner with my drink and thanked me while being ridiculed by the shift manager who mocked him 3-4 times and then said, "I'm just playing with you." The kid was clearly a special needs kid and it was disgusting. This all falls on the franchisee for this location who clearly has ZERO day-to-day involvement in this train wreck store. Drive another 20 miles and find a better McD's. This one is a sh*thole. read more

They are slow and like to argue with their customers. I have to keep repeating my order for them just to say "huh" or "can you repeat that" . Just annoying. Get new equipment or new staff. The plainfield one is a lot better and a lot smoother. read more

I hate the kiosks. They switched to thin flimsy plastic cups instead of styrofoam. When I asked to use my own cup they said yes and then the manager accused me of stealing drinks. What a joke. read more
