I've been coming to this Jimmy John's for years. I'm addicted to the bread. I love how they remove the inner fluffy bread to perfect the filling to bread ratio. When I stopped last night, the clerk was super friendly. My to-go sandwich was prepared quickly. I loved my Vito sandwich. The ingredients were super fresh. Topping were a little short of making it to the ends of the sandwich, but still good. Getting into and out of the strip mall is a bear. An excellent JJ's location. I ordered on the app for pick up. My order was ready sooner than the time quoted. I had ordered my #6 Veggie with several customizations: extra tomatoes, Jimmy peppers, onions, cut in half. My sandwich was perfectly made, and the bread was super fresh. An employee had a friendly greeting for me as I entered, and thanked me for stopping in. This is a convenient location with easy parking directly in front of the door for fast pickup. read more

Horrible! We walked in 2 hours before closing, and the lady at the register shook her head the second we walked in. She immediately had an attitude and was rude while taking our order from the start. ON TOP OF THIS, the food took FOREVER to come out, and the bread was hard. Wouldn't be surprised if she spit in my sandwich! Seemed like the ingredients were sitting out for days. So I'm a little addicted to JJ now that I've tried the 9 grain sub bread for a veggie sandwich! It's delicious, and tried this location today. Although this location looks a bit dated in comparison to other locations I've been to lately , there was a sandwich artist guy with glasses that was great! He was so helpful and answered any questions I had about my sandwich. I wish I remembered his name bc he went above and beyond all other interactions I've had with JJ staff. Love when a member of staff seems to truly care and acts courteously. Would return just based on that interaction with one of the staff members. And the sandwich did taste great! Tried to order a #9 and was told they don't have ham. But we could sub for Turkey..... but it would be an up charge. I could have picked a different sandwich but almost all on the menu have ham so I would have been up charged regardless. Employee said , "sorry I don't make the rules." I love their Turkey Tom sandwich with those amazing Jalapeño chips. Great place, love their service, love their sandwiches, chips and cookies. Perfect for any kind of meal. Just drop by to have a scrumptious sandwich. LOVELY PLACE.. Kudos Jimmy John's team. I should also mention that the staff are so good and loyal. Jimmy John's is my "go to" for lunch when I can't leave the office. My favorite? Either the Plain Slim #1 (Ham and Cheese) or the #12 (Beach Comber) with xtra avocado. Getting a sub? I placed an order online but it read error .. looked at my bank account and it pulled money. I called the restaurant and a women CONFIRMED they had my order. I waited 50 min nothing, I love Jimmy John's and know that's it really is fast delivery so by this point I was confused. So I called the restaurant AGAIN and now they told me the order didn't go through?! So I placed ANOTHER order they pulled from my account again and it was delivered in its normal time. Iv been waiting to eat for 2 hours already at this point. Open up my sandwich there's cheese. I requested no cheese, I would have made a note at the end but I might of missed the option to add the note. I'm severely allergic to cheese, so i can't just pull the cheese out, I can no longer eat the sandwich. Didn't eat the chips either cause I only enjoy them with a sandwich. Lady with the red hair has attitude. I am always a nice person, who is patient and understanding. I called, ordered and paid on the phone AND TOLD HER IM PARKED OUTSIDE AND WILL WALK IN AND GRAB IT QUICKLY because I was alone with my 3 children. They said they would be done in a few mins. So I walk in 8 mins later. They see me and my searching eyes and the guy said "be ready in a minute". I see that he put meat in the once's he just started, so I realize it won't be that quick. The guys started another set of. Sandwiches and realize IT TOO HAS MEAT ON IT...I wait for the customer at the register to finish, and then I just ask (politely - because I don't want them spitting in my food) if she knew how long it would because I had ordered before the family that parked after I had finished giving my order...THIS LADY WITH BURGUNDY DIED HAIR WAS ALL SORTS OF CATY WITH ME - if you don't like to be kind and polite in a service industry, find a new job... because ALL I WANT IS A SANDWICH and FAST, HOLD THE ATTITUDE FOR WHEN YOU GET HOME (there is a way to talk to customers, the same info could have been conveyed much more politely and I would not be put off). read more

I use the online ordering system and have had great success! I have a short lunch, so I prefer to have my sandwich ready to go when I arrive. They always have it ready and waiting for me. Since I pay online with my card, I just say my name and walk back out. Plus, that bread is the best! Definitely in my regular rotation of local lunch spots. read more

Going in the service is always fast. Delivery, well delivery sucks. I live right down the road, it's a busy road, but I shouldn't have to wait over 30 minutes for my food. It doesn't matter what time I order, delivery is always slow. My orders have been messed up on several occasions as well. I visit Jimmy John's often and am normally very pleased with the service and food quality. I visited this location today and was treated very rudely by the young lady preparing my sandwich. I requested the sandwich be prepared a certain way and she simply refused to do it. I asked that she remake the sandwich with less mayo which I requested and her attitude reflected her annoyance with my request. I did not receive the courtesy of a thank you for my purchase. I have many choices for purchasing a sandwich and next time will take my business where it is appreciated. read more

Stay away from this Jimmi John's! I hardly ever review a business bad or good, but this time their lack of cleanliness cost me and my family dearly. I ordered my sandwich on December 23, and by that evening I was very, very sick to the point where I had to be hospitalized. Because of this episode my family had to cancel our trip to Alaska to see grandma and grandpa, which has cost us time with family and thousands of dollars. So if you feel like being sick feel free to eat at this place otherwise I would skip it and eat some where else. read more

This location is horrible. They always serve the sandwich on burnt bread, but the intolerable thing is that they start sweeping by your table as soon as you sit down. And go so far as to pick the rugs up, shake them outside and then come back and slap them on the floor right beside you. If you are not gagging from the dust as soon as the sweeping starts, you will be by the time they slap down the fourth rug beside your table. This has happened all 4 times I have been there.
