Horrible. I spent 40 minutes waiting for an iced coffee and a mocha frappe. There was a crowd inside all waiting to get their orders.

Casual dining and drive through with indoor and outdoor dining. Employees seam to be on autopilot just going through the motions. Customer service needs improvement, just my opinion. Food was ok. Kids enjoyed their Happy Meal and Elements toy. read more

Typically, I only stop into a McDonalds for an Egg McMuffin or to grab a Diet Coke because I gave up on their burgers years ago. Well, I was starving and needed to grab something quick at the drive thru and ordered a Double Cheeseburger and Fries. McDonalds fries always taste good. One of the few things that make that is decent. However, the Double Cheeseburger was completely tasteless. The only thing on it that had any resemblance of flavor was the pickles. I've never had worse McDonald's in my life. The line took forever. Customer service was terrible.. when we asked for sauce for a bunch of nuggets, was damn near thrown at us AND there was something wet on them. Disgusting. My fish filet sandwich was horrid. The bread was completely stale and seemed as though it'd been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Really bad location that needs training in all things. read more

I'm reviewing the McDonald's on hwy327 at exit 95 north in florence sc. Exit 170. I stopped in after work and thr restaurant had trash on the tables and un emptied waste receptacles. Bu ti ordered 2 mcdoubles small fry and large drink. Placed my order at 3:15 pm today. The lobby had a dozen people waiting on their orders. I stood there and waited..... and waited. Two workers in back decided to grab their stuff and walked out the door and that left 4 behind the counter, plus 1 manager.... 20 minutes, still waiting. Customers got frustrated and left as more came in. They placed orders.... 40 minutes, still standing at counter, waiting for something....more people left and more came in. 3:58, the girl from behind the counter asked me what my order was, I told her, she brought a bag with large fry and 2 mcdoubles and said they upgraded me to large fries for my wait.... but it didn't help. All food was cold. I ate it not the fries , because I didn't want to wait another 45 minutes. I do not recommend this store as it is continuously like this. I will definitely take my hard earned money elsewhere. read more

It's surprising to me that all of these reviews are so low. Maybe they are under new management? Either way, I had an absolutely amazing experience last night at this McDonald's. Each employee I spoke to was polite, fast, and courteous. Our order was correct, our food came out fast, and everything was hot and fresh. They didn't even forget the sauces. Keep it up! read more

One star due to have a dumb employee this employee had to make three trips to my car bringing out drinks she brought no drink carrier at all due to this I had to throw two of the drinks away because I could not Carry 4 drinks plus my food into work. I do no drive my father takes me to and from work and I wasn't about to waste my time going back and forth when someone orders 4 freaking drinks it's a smart move to provide a drink Carrier. read more

Literally the SLOWEST "fast" food on the planet. I've been sitting in the car at this truck stop for nearly 30 minutes now waiting for my husband to come out with a happy meal for my son. When we used the bathroom 20 minutes ago, there were only six customers in the place. (Including my husband!) I don't know if they slipped someone out the back to run to another McDonalds to pick up he food!!!!! Wow. Last night our supper for our family of 6 at the drive thru. After driving all the way home, we discover one double quarter pounder was missing. So we drove all the way back to ask them to fix the mistake. The manager told my son that he should have brought the entire order back if there was a mistake. WOW! All the food would have been cold and all our family hungry. The manager finally told the staff to make a single quarter pounder. That was not the missing sandwich. She refused to cook ANY sandwich when told that would not fix the issue. She called my son names and threatened to call police. He did not get to eat at all and I ate my sandwich driving back instead of with my family. I will never spend another $ there. I hope all the race fans attending the Southern 500 avoid this location. It's worth the drive to another location. read more

It was 9 at night on halloween i purchased a Mcflurry to settle my night down. Too my displeasure it was filled up less than half way. disappointed at the amount of icecream i asked the girl at the counter "sorry to be a pest, but aren't these filled a little more?". She rudely exclaimed "what!" I said "I don't want to be a bother but can I please have a little more". The snatched the mcflurry from me and angrily pulled the ice-cream handle down while gossiping to the manager about me while I was standing right there. The ice cream flowed out of the cup and she smoothed it back in with her hand. She then tossed the ice-cream back on the counter expressionless and looking away from me and said with disdain "have a good day". All in all it wasnt so bad read more

My experience: the store didn't have anything I typically order. According to staff they ran out of breakfast burritos, and the mcCafe coffee machine is down. Moreover, I'm one of four cars (the three that were in front of me) waiting in the parking lot for / beside the door for them to bring out my order. There were three people inside and it took me 20mins to get my food. All people waiting in front had to go in to grab their order. Hopefully this is a understaffed, pandemic problem. The food was pretty good, but then I picked up my tea cup the wrong way and then.. BOOM! It spilled all over my pants . The workers just looked, and didn't do anything. They walked out and gave a few paper towels (which we had to ask for) I had to go in the men's room and use the at least 15 year old blow-dryer to try to dry it off. I ended up putting a fresh clean pair of pants on from my suitcase. we had been traveling to myrtle beach and luckily I did have an extra pair of pants! Then the girl walked out from behind the counter and started mopping and mopping and mopping but didn't go to our table and didn't ask for help!!! I've experienced better. read more

I paid ten dollars for two Big Macs and a medium fry between me and my friend. The sweet tea was sour as hell. Then the bread on our Big Macs was more stale than Betty Whites vagina. Ate here on a Sunday on our way back to Longs sc outside of N Myrtle Beach . Stood in line for 8 minutes before being spoken to was told she couldn't t wait on because she wasn't trained a few minutes later the black girl I think she was a manager. Took our order an when she got the large fries put her hands all over the top of them . When I asked for fresh fries she snatch them off the tray am threw them in the trash . Frequently seemed to be short of staff and what staff there is, often seem to be in utter chaos. If it wasn't for the manager, I'm not sure anything would get done. Orders are often slow to get to the customer, despite sitting in the tray or your coffee on the counter for longer than they should. Bottom line... there are other much better McDonalds around. read more
