I live in Miami but my friend has told me so much about how delicious Bojangles is. I finally was able to make a stop at Bojangles during our road trip. I absolutely loved it! I had their most popular meal which is the chicken tenders, biscuit, and a choice of side. The chicken was perfectly crispy and well seasoned, the biscuit was so buttery, and the Mac & cheese was good too. Price was also reasonable as well. The service was great. We went in to order and there was no wait. The staff was great and had patience with us (since it was our first time and we were trying to figure out what to order). They also have a drive-thru if you prefer. I used their bathroom and it was well kept. I wish we had it in Miami! Overall I would recommend you to try it out and I think you'll like it as well. It seems every time I stopped by, the employees have always been new and in training, and answering questions about the menu was impossible for them to do. Genuinely one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced at a fast food establishment. Drive Through alone took no less than 10 minutes to get through due to a parked vehicle in the front of the line. We got no sauces or straws with our meals either. Went inside to retrieve the 4 sauces we paid for and was told I would need to purchase them again despite already buying them? I pulled up to the drive thru and ordered an egg platter with 2 sausage patties. After I made my order, it took the lady 2 minutes to even respond to me. And then when she finally responded, she thought I was a new customer and asked me what I wanted to order. I had to remind her that I am the same customer. Her response was "Oh sorry we had another mishap in the kitchen. I repeat my order to her and she tells me to drive to the window. I finally get my food only to discover that there is only 1 sausage patty in my box even though they charged me for 2. And icing on the cake is that the food was mediocre at best. If it wasn't for me having to go to work, I would have drove back up there and gave them a piece of my mind. They haven't even been open for an hour yet for crying out loud!!! read more

I go into Bojangles this morning and the girl behind the counter informs me that she's only working on drive-through customers.... so I get back in my car and get into the drive-through, where I waited with three other 'cars' ahead of me. Eventually, she asks for my order and I specify the #7 COMBO. I pull up further and, by the time I'm # 2 to get to the window, I see several customers inside that she's waiting on. After I get to the window and hand her my card, she hands me a bag with the biscuit... just the biscuit. No drink or Bo-Rounds that are included as part of the combo meal. I had to ask for the drink and when I asked about the Bo-Rounds she informed me that "that's not what you ordered , sir". Yes, moron, it was! I have no problem with the quality or prices of the food but I do object to having to deal with this lunacy so early in the morning. I won't be back and I encourage others to find other...BETTER... I go to Bojangles to get the free meal that I was offered after my visit and I had lousy customer service bad food, wrong food so I get a call from the manager telling me he like to make my day and come in an give them another chance to correct my order. So I arrive today around 530. Of course the managers is not in so the cashier goes to tell the night manager she makes a big deal out of it. Coming up front complaining about him not leaving her a note or letting her knowing what's going on in the meantime here we go again with this bad Customer Service, you have customers in the waiting area and all I hear is you complaining to the girl who is fixing my food again being interrupted by another employee. Now everyone in the Resturant is listening to her and feeling the same way I am why is she saying all of this so people can hear again it's all about the Customer Service. I really didn't know what to expect from my dinning experience at Bojangles. I heard they had chicken and biscuits. As I travel through the SouthEast region of the country, they are represented in locations well in each city and town. I just knew if they had this many locations, the food would at least be a B average. Let's just say, a C average rating is being nice. read more

We went to Bojangles around 10pm. We were afraid they were going to be closing because the site says they close at 10. I expected the chicken would be cold only because they would be closing soon, which I later found out it was 11. The chicken was flavorful, good and HOT! I couldn't believe it. The drinks Patio Cherry was even perfect. Normally when I order this drink, it's taste is off as if the machine is near empty. I will definitely visit again. The young lady st the window was courteous and we got our orders in a timely manner. Although we asked for 2 thighs for one of the dinners, the service and the taste over ruled this. read more

The last 4 times I ordered my order has been wrong. I went through the drive thru. Today was no exception. It starts small like the wrong size tea. Then I opt to wait for the rounds to cook, no problem, I was asked to pull away from the window. There was not one person behind me. I told them I would pull up if some came up, at this point a "manager" opened the window and not so politely told me to pull up and slammed the window shut. As someone comes around, I put my car in drive to have a third person tell me to drive up. So I pull up and wait. They bring my order, which is WRONG and I have to go inside. If i had wanted to go inside, I would have ordered inside. I tell them this is the reason I will never pull away from the window again because they screw up my order every time. They start saying something about a timer. I told them, not too politely, that I don't give a s*** about their timers. They NEVER get my order right.
