We ordered a happy meal and the employee said they were out of toys, even though there was a display full of happy meal toys on the counter. When my sister tried to take one of the happy meal toys on the counter for my son, the manager accused her of stealing, threatened to call the police, said we were banned for life. Coffee was cold and the daily doubles were missing the hamburger patty. Lmao ok!!! read more

Ordered breakfast with my mom and it took an hour and they still didn't come out to give us our food and then me and my mom went in and my mom was showing the order and they took her phone from her and brought it to the back! Not the best experience today. I'm not really sure how or why this restaurant seems to have repetitive issues with restocking their frappe mix right in the middle of a breakfast rush period. This has happened on several occasions, adding many minutes to my drive thru service. And when you get pulled up to that last window you have to hope they don't forget you. This used to be one of the best McDonald's in the area , I recently popped inside to place a order . Restaurant was dirty...they have the touch order things ..which suck..I prefer to pay cash and the manager seemed frazzled. So as I sit waiting for my order I noticed the young lady picking the orders wiping her nose with back of hand and picking up sandwiches and placing them in the bag... it didn't seem like she realized what she was doing, I started to tell myself "she is only touching the wrapping" but ended up leaving and just walking out. Went across the street to Burger King. My daughter chastised me for wasting money and offered to go back and get a refund. The manager was less than professional, rude eye rolling.. gave her the refund but called her a bitch as she left. Daughter was upset , I was angry... I don't want to confront manager as it won't be productive. I don't know if it's always like this here now, or if we just caught them at a bad time. Regardless I won't be back. read more

They definitely meet the need. I love getting breakfast. The app has a lot to be desired. No place to order specific condiments and utensils. And remind them to make sure they give you napkins. Nor is there a place to special order anything. No salt on the fries, extra crispy hash browns, or if you want something left off your burger. On fathers day of 2020 my dad and I ordered 2 triple cheeseburgers no pickles extra onions, a 20 piece, and 2 large fry. When we got the food the nuggets looked like they were a year old, the fries were cold it didn't even look like they actually cooked them, and the 2 burgers were cold and looked MOLDY. When we pulled back around we tried showing the cashier the food but he rolled his eyes and said looks fresh to me and then proceeded to shut the window. This McDonald's is literally the worst. I will never be back. My boyfriend and I went there to grab some food and everything was not made the way we wanted it, cold, or simply the wrong thing. I called the store and was told I could get a replacement on everything that I ordered. I went back a few days later and ordered again. I was told that it was too late to have my burger made the way that I wanted, and once again my food was cold, disgusting, and not what I ordered. On top of all that, the staff were disrespectful and were talking bad about me. I can only assume that they thought that the window was closed.
