If someone comes in after you and one of the staff is related to them they always get waited on first. Too much nepotism here.

I was staying in Farmington and looked at nearby restaurants. This place had the best reviews so thought it was worth a little drive. It did not disappoint! We were greeted right away by friendly staff who took our order. The restaurant was very clean and the food was delivered to our table. I had the cheeseburger and onion rings and they were better than any other burger chain options. So delicious! We had to try some ice cream before we left, huge portions and tasty! We stopped by the restaurant with 4 boys (ages 11-13) while staying in a nearby VRBO. The restaurant was very clean and had booth style seating throughout. All the boys, including myself got some type of hamburger (single/double/triple patties) and they were delicious! My wife had a bacon chicken wrap which was also tasty. Their menu is simple but everything was hot and fresh. Great service and good prices. The overall vibe was that of an upscale Dairy Queen but with better food. We stuck around and let the kids order ice creams, malts etc. The kids all were asking to come back the next day for lunch! read more

We were on our way back from the Johnson's Shut-ins when we decided to stop here for dinner. The food was fresh and delicious! Some friends ordered the cheeseburger combos which were so good that they had to go back for seconds. If you're vegetarian like me, you can get the grilled cheese and some sides (onion rings, fries, cauliflower, mozzarella sticks). The bread on the grilled cheese had some butter and garlic - it smelled so good and tasted even better. The onion rings were large and freshly fried. The restaurant was charming and the staff was friendly too! I would highly recommend stopping at this diner if you're in the area!! read more

Hands down the best ice cream and shakes. The food is old school mom and pop and the hot wing are far better then a Buffalo place I know.

On my way to the Johnson Shut in's we passed this place and the name stuck with us, so on our way home we had to stop in and check it out. It's such a great spot- super clean and home town appeal and friendly staff. I had the chocolate malt which was AMAZING! A grilled cheese and fries and they used a garlic seasoning on the grilled cheese that was amazing! Little touches like real butter, fresh burgers and tasty frozen treats make this a great place! I don't live that close to make this a weekly pit-stop but I will make it part of my out of the way stops when we go hiking and camping! read more

Took a drive to Caledonia with my daughter and granddaughters. We were all getting crabby after having tried to eat somewhere else and it not working out. We came across The Lady Queene in Bismarck. They were fantastic! Gave us a cheese stick to hold the 1 year old over and quickly got some fries done for our 5 year old until the rest of our food came out. The food was yummy and hit the spot. The two ladies working that day were so nice and friendly. We highly recommend this place to eat and will be making a special trip just to bring my mom and brother back with me. read more

The best burger I've had in a long time. I also had a bite of the grilled cheese, and there is something special they do to the bread here. Very nice atmosphere, wonderful and accommodating staff. Even though there wasn't any coffee ready when I was ordering, they made us some and sent us off with a fresh free cup. Now that's what I call service! read more

I have drive by this place probably 50 times the last few years, but never stopped in. I had the urge for a chocolate malt the other day and I was super impressed. This is an old restaurant and does need updates cosmetically, but the food and service great. The ladies in front greeted me and asked me what kind of food I was looking for. I told them I wanted ice cream and was pointed to the ice cream menu. My chocolate malt was fantastic. I also had a cheeseburger that was pretty great. I'll be going back for sure! read more

I have been to Lady Queen many times and it has always been great. However, we got there about around a half hour before closing time and ordered our food which was good. We left a great tip and even before the restaurant was closed, we were asked to throw our trash away. I thought that is what the tip is for. The customer service was not that great and they closed early. read more
