the custard was amazing. the customer service was poor. upon arriving to order, the lady taking our order was unresponsive at first. we sat patiently. once ready, we began with our order. she then cut us off and asked "is that all?" we continued to add whipped cream to the concrete we were in the process of ordering. immediately afterwards, she again asked, "is that all?". we had told her no, then continued with our second concrete, which we requested to be a medium. she then said, "uh did you say you want to add another medium??" in a snippy tone. we had said "no, not another, just the medium coffee concrete with no heath". the lady then snapped back with, "well you had said a small, not a medium. so i was making sure." we pulled forward. received our concretes, was not offered or given lids with our concretes overflowing. and you guessed it, the coffee concrete had heath in it still. i love lix and the customer service typically doesn't disappoint. however, today was a disappointment. read more
