Disappointed is the nicest thing I can say about this degenerate location. Ordered a Big Mac, I'm the only one in line.... Was told to pull up and wait in the spot.... 13 mins later they bring me a stale cold sandwich.... Not fresh- bun is hard-- meat is cold... cheese is dried out Y'all don't even belong in the human race you're disgusting and vile useless humans . The absolute most laziest people I've ever seen. I've waited years... to be disrespected this much by a restaurant. I've waited years and never made a Yelp account because I've just been WAITING for that one moment. This is that moment. I get in the drive through line, 10:30PM, it's a little late, line was moving slow. Late night dinner rush and all that. Ordered a couple of burgers and a 4 piece nugget. Grabbed my food and headed back to work, I work night shift ya see. At a plant right down the road from this McDonald's. Now when a night shift employee needs some fuel, needs to top off the working tank, they need that food to come through. No matter what it is, they crave it, they need it. I get back to the plant, go inside and sit down and open my baggie and get to work. You see I'm hungry at this point. The burgers looked like they had been beaten with a mallet but I didn't even care. I pieced them back together as best I could despite them being in pieces inside the wrapper. I don't mind a little rebuilding, been doing it for years with McDonald's burgers anyway. So after I finished the "build your own" burgers. I was so excited to get to my 4 piece nugget. A great way to finish off the meal with some crispy nuggets and a side of ranch to close it out. I'd been craving a few McDonald's nuggets matter a fact. And lo and behold I open my 4 piece box to find the nastiest congealed mayonnaise glob I've ever laid eyes upon. This has got to be the FOULEST this I have ever been handed out the drive through window. And on top of that this has got to be the WORST disrespect I have ever been dished by a restaurant in my entire existence. "4 piece nugget" and "glob of mayo" don't even sound REMOTELY close to one another. Now as you might have deduced this review has taken a while to write and in that time my stomach has started to turn. Turns out those "build your own" burgers I ate might not have been the best choice at the time. I implore you folks... never... ever eat at this establishment. I will be giving it a wide berth from now on, partially for my own mental health of being this disrespected. This is the worst McDonald's ever!!!!! I stopped in today at 9:21 a.m. to order two breakfast sandwich meals through the drive-thru. It is now 9:45 a.m. and my food has not been brought out. Let's not even talk about the uneducated, impolite people who take your order, get it wrong, and then catch an attitude when you correct them. this was the absolute worst mcdonald's i have ever witnessed. the entire staff is in there laughing and playing games as if they aren't on the clock being paid. as a fellow service working their behavior was absolutely appalling. my family and i were in there for over 30 minutes waiting on food. about 15 minutes in i asked for the cups for my order so i could makes drinks, however that took speaking to TWO employees to get said cups. when we were finally over waiting for MCDONALDS because we had to get back on the road and asked for a manager and refund, we were told they JUST got our chicken tenders ready. any service worker knows chicken tenders do NOT take 30 minutes in a 450° fryer, and if the kitchen was delayed for some reason you would let the patron know. absolutely horrible staff. i'm so glad they find their terrible work ethic so amusing. read more

It's not worth complaining over 80 cents, but there was something wrong with my order. Stopping in for a late breakfast at 9:45, I ordered the number one with a Diet Coke (EggMcMuffin and hash brown). While the menu board said $4.09, somehow my receipt said $4.95 because the "Med Coke" was $1.49. This makes no sense because they have a $1 special for any size drink. So why would the super large be a dollar and the medium is $1.49? Whatever. I won't be back to this one. And next time, I'll be ready to complain. read more

Made my order quickly and accurately. Lots of people only review fast food restaurants when it's bad so here's my say.

Why do we even go here...they make me want to flip ALL the tables in there like Jesus did! They get nothing right and they really gave me half a smoothie!!!!????"our machine broke down." The only really good thing at this McDonald's is the breakfast. Lunch and dinner type food just tastes fake. The service on Sunday mornings is really really good and nice too. But that is it. On other days it sucks. The atmosphere is kind of sad and depressing because everyone seems to be in a bad mood. read more

I was just scolded like a child at this McDonald's. Let me start out by saying the lady the took my order and the young man that gave me my food where awesome. However I made the mistake of making a special Order request and they told me know problem and got it for me, but when I pulled up to the window where the manager who proceeded to "explain" that they can not do that again!!! So we will not be back as we do not want to inconvenience this manger and have her go out of her way to make us feel like we are in the wrong again. This is the worst McDonald's around by far!!! Pulled in the drive thru at 10:57 on 9/11 with no one else in the drive thru I ordered 4 McDoubles I get to the second window and the manager tells me to pull up 6 mins go by and I get my food finally. So I drive home and when I open my bag it looks like every burger was thrown together like bread was soggy and dry. Like I understand this is McDonald's but come on get it together!!! I ordered the Filet o Fish and I'm pretty sure they gave me chicken instead of fish. The drive through line took forever. Although I ordered in the afternoon and it might not have been made as frequently, I was completely disappointed that the coffee was cold I'm pretty sure it's not decaf. Terrible! It's 2am and I specifically make my way here because it's the only 24 hr McDonald's only to sit in my car trying to order but being completely ignored by the workers refusing to take my order. But no matter I just downloaded the app and placed my order that way and drove around to the window therefore forcing them to acknowledge me and grudgingly make my order. Now, if I weren't so hungry at a time when everything is closed, I would not have finished this burger. It was very sloppily assembled and did not taste right, luckily I had the foresight to request ketchup packets to mask the taste. Fries weren't salted but luckily ketchup saved those too. Even my Sprite tastes so bland and watered down. I still made sure to thank the employee who handed me my subpar meal and let her know that I appreciated them making my meal. I wish I hadn't been so hungry and determined not starve and get a meal here and I wish they would at least acknowledge customers driving up to place their orders. In the time I've been sitting here writing this review and having my meal, no less then a dozen cars have driven up to place their order only to drive off in frustration at being ignored which is sad to see. This McDonald's has remodeled and has two drive-thru lanes. It is at Exit 63 off Interstate 85 on Highway 290. There are a lot of truckers that travel this area. It's best to be patient and wait to turn left at the light than to go past the place and make a u-turn. I've never had a problem with the food there. They were very late one time in drive-thru and I had to go in to find out what the problem was. They were accommodating and pleasant to work with. read more

This McDonald's is a beautiful location. But on the inside the customer service is not up to par. We walked in to receive service for just an order of fries. We stood at the counter for about 8 to 10 minutes and several employees class at us but no one cared to take our order. We saw all of the employees that would behind the counter did not have gloves on. One gentleman took fries out of the basket and then got on his phone. Not even a one star. Always terrible customer service. Everyone who works there looks miserable. There's only one lady who is pleasant. She usually works in the morning. I don't know her name but she drives about half an hour to work and she said she loves what she does. Went in the drive thru bc I have my dog in the car... order JUST FOUR BACON EGG N CHEESE BISCUITS..... was asked to pull up. Behind ANOTHER CAR that had been asked to pull up (which seriously is the most annoying thing EVER) and I've been waiting for seven minutes now. And have had six to ten people get their orders behind me in the line... howwww is this efficient???? The guy in front of me that was asked to pull up got sick of waiting and went in to get his own food. And now ANOTHER CAR that was asked to pull up is getting their food before I am... I go to mcdonald's on a saturday night at 10 pm and it's not very busy, I order my food and they tell me to pull up. No big deal. Then i sit there waiting for 30 minutes and had nothing. I went inside and they forgot my order or gave it to someone else. They remade my order and forgot the fries. I go back in there and they tell me i didn't order 2 fries and argued with me about it and i showed him the receipt.
