Had a hankering for a good burger/fries...had not been to a five guys in at least a year..first of all the place was dirty inside and needs a good cleaning..the service was prompt , the fries were okay but overcooked and the burgers were good but certainly not memorable, and little burger has really gotten smaller. 26$ for an overall average experience, won't be rushing back anytime soon ... read more

First time trying and wasnt amazed but perhaps that is because all I had was the veggie sandwich. They do give you a lot of fries.

Burger was good but the restaurant and restrooms need some cleaning. I have been to other Five Guys and they were much more tidy and their condiments were always available. This store staff seemed tired by the time we got there. read more

My beef is with the service received today at this Five Guys. Receipt stated Amanda W as who took my order. Was greeted with an attitude. Employee did not respond to my greeting and just rudely stared me down. Did not listen as I clearly ordered. Had to repeat myself. Did not give me the drink I ordered, had to go back and ask for it. Employee just looked like they hated being there and it was loud and clear that she didn't care. I'll go out of my way to the Pelham Rd location instead going forward. I had the Bacon Cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce w/grilled onions, grilled green peppers and jalapeños, and fries. Everything was fresh and tasty. It's pricey, but the quality of the meat is why I'm sure. The amount of fries they gave me was insane!! You can easily share them with 2-3 people. Because this is a chain restaurant, the menu is the same in all cities and the quality is the same. The only variable would be the customer service and the cleanliness and this particular venue is comparable to the others in both of these respects. We have always been treated politely; the restaurant has always been clean--clean floors, chairs, tables. The noise level is low and dining at Five Guys has always been a pleasant experience. And as I've stated in a prior review, the fact that the burgers are FRESH makes ALL the difference in the overall experience. Excellent food! read more

I went to Five Guys on a busy Friday night and had a good burger and fries combo. The place was packed, but the food came out promptly within 5-8 minutes. I ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and BBQ sauce. It came out really fresh with hot juicy meat patties and melted cheese. All of the toppings were good, tasted fresh, and the burger was overall very satisfying and wasn't too greasy. Everyone knows that you can't have a good burger without fries, and Five Guys simply has the best fries in the Upstate. I love how they're hand cut, always freshly fried, and seasoned perfectly with salt. They taste so fresh and really don't need any sauce. The best part is the extra scoop they give you at the bottom of the bag. Although the bag gets greasy, inside is some good burgers and fries from Five Guys. read more

Today I had Five Guys for dinner. It was really good. The grilled cheese I had, I added pickles, mushrooms and onions, very good. The Cajun fries were nice and not too spicy. Had a small cheeseburger, very good as well. I tried a chocolate bacon shake, all the bacon pieces ended up in the bottom, but it was good. The only problem I had was with the workers. They seemed oblivious to people and were pointing at other busy co-workers to check on somebody. I'm not much of a meat eater. Five Guys has an awesomely delicious vegetable sandwich. It comes on a standard sesame seed bun. I always request extra grilled mushrooms and onions. You can add cheese for an additional charge. I'm never disappointed with this sandwich. The restaurant is staffed with friendly employees and is always clean. Service is fast. The complimentary salted peanuts is just an extra added bonus. read more

I called to place an order for pick up. The girl answered right away, then said can you hold? After waiting five minutes she came back on and said "are you still there?" when I answered, she put me on hold again. I waited over ten minutes before giving up. I just can't get used to the idea of paying $9 for a hamburger in a fast food setting. Yes, the burgers are good. Service was fine. I think I prefer the American Roadside Burger on McBee Ave., just off Main St. in Greenville. The burgers cost a little less and the atmosphere is much better plus they have a wine and beer bar. But if you are on Haywood Rd and craving a burger and price isn't a consideration, then you can get a good burger here. read more
