Horrible customer service. The girl taking my order was rude, talking on the phone while I was paying for my order. I was waiting for my receipt and she just told me to go pick up 2 with an attitude. I said next time please let me know instead of waiting for you, she said " I don't have to say anything to you"! I waited in pick up 2 for my food while other cars passed, no one was bringing my food, until I backed up and asked for my food, the lady I spoke to said, you passed us instead of stopping on this window. So instead of bringing my food, you waited to give the cars behind me their order? No wonder this place has a 1.5 review! I hope who ever runs this place, finds a better staff! Went to this McDonald's because they had the McRib, lol. Was surprised walking in and seeing it so clean, because from the reviews it didn't look promising. However, it was very clean and tidy. The order yourself screens are pretty awesome, no longer do you have to suffer a teenager staring at you waiting for you to decide what to order. Also, you just take a number card, enter it with your order, and they bring it out to you, down to the salt, pepper, and ketchup (except the sodas, which are self serve... I appreciate that). Our food was hot, the manager stopped by to see how everything was, and there was a guy floating around just checking to see if anyone needed anything. So, for fast food, A rate service. All McDonald's are created equally, right? Not really -- never thought I would give a 4-star for a fast food chain but this particular McDonald's gave me a great experience. The folks who work here are positive and full of energy. I stopped in for breakfast and ordered a sausage gravy biscuit. It was actually full of flavor and reminded me of the good ole' days. I would normally never rate a McDonalds but I feel the need to due to how poor the customer service is here. They list their hours as 24 hours yet are closed late at night. If you go late and ask for food, they will tell you that "the system is down." I got the same excuse 2 nights in a row. I was only able to state one item I wanted before the 16 year old child-man became impatient, telling me the total and demanded me to pull around to the window. When I pulled around to the window he handed the card reader and proceeded to scroll on his phone as if anyone was actually texting him. I don't know why they advertise this as 24 hours. They will literally let you sit in the drive-thru until you go away, even with the lights on and workers inside. The most recent time, they claimed to be "taking orders from the window" and were apparently making one order at a time before taking the next one. I left after about 20 minutes of sitting in line. Never seen anything like this place before, it's a bad look on McDonald's to have a place like this allowed to be open. read more

This is kind of a meek location. It should be named MeekDonald's. It's an adequate McDonald's where I used the Wi-Fi and got some fries in the middle of the night before Thanksgiving. The doors were apparently locked (boo) but the wifi still worked so I appreciated that. Not my lukewarm fries though. Barely ate them. read more

Stopped here because I was in town for an appointment, and from the time you walk in the door it's just... dirty. There's wet floor signs out but there's dried dirt and mud and crumbs and trash on almost every flat surface. I used the bathroom and both stalls were gross and it looks like there's dust/mold growing in the grout in the bathroom. They definitely have not been deep cleaned in what looks like weeks. I love McDonalds for the convenience and the price, but there's certain things I can't deal with and that is basic hygiene and cleanliness especially in a food establishment. Especially during Covid, you would think management would make somewhat more of an effort to keep the place clean and healthy for patrons and staff. read more

Ordered on the app and was given the wrong order. Brought order back inside and gave to employee at the front to get it swapped. MOD/different employee comes back and guilts me that they had to make the food twice (they could have just given me the correct order that was already made instead). Employee also tried to gaslight me into thinking I received my order the first time when I had not. read more

Clean and quick for my breakfast takeout today. The restaurant looked like it had been cleaned recently and the condiments area was clean too. While I had to repeat everything to the person who took my order (distracted, much?), the order was correct and assembled properly. read more

I live down the street so this is unfortunately my go to McDonald's. it's one of the most ghetto ratchet McDonald's I've ever been to. employees are rude and the night manager has one of the worst attitudes ever. as someone that worked at McDonald's for 5 years I can say it's not ran properly. how are y'all 24 hours but close to prep for breakfast? I worked at a 24 hour spot and when it was time for breakfast we just switched over there was no prep period. the teens during the day look like they hate life and just as rude as rude as the management team they work for. DO NOT GO HERE Got the order wrong like with any McDonald's. Food was cold and old even though it took about 7 mins to get to me. I say old because the fries were brown like they've been sitting out for a while. Nuggets were a dark brown and dry. I went with my husband to this McDonald's and did a mobile order in drive thru. If a McDonald's is to even be considered "Fast food" it shouldn't take over an hour and 30mins to get anyone to even talked us about what is going on!!!!! We've been giving this location a try as of late and there's definitely been an improvement since the review I did a few years ago! I don't know what it's like with the M-F crowd, but it's pretty quiet on the weekends and the food is prepared well. The employees are friendly and making a very good effort at keeping it clean inside and out. I even saw a worker mopping the tiles outside the entry way! Nice! read more

Terrible service took 11 minutes to get a dang fountain drink and sweet tea. Employees didn't know how to use the smoothie machine. They were rude to a customer who asked for some fresh fries, an employee even taste the mad fries and made a joke about him. And yelling at each other rudely and loud. Wow, just wow. No other fast food restaurant can say FU to the customer so uniquely. The term "I don't care" couldn't resonate any louder. Never mind the poor service. Dismiss the drive through orders being consistently wrong. But cap all that off with give me proper change after I pay with a $20 and you give me change for a $10 you claim I paid with. Just wow. You complain the the floor manager who claims they can do nothing. 8 hours later you call and talk to the store manager who can't do anything. Then you need to wait for the GM to arrive the next day to look at the video to verify the transaction. At this point calling the owner doesn't matter either. BTW name is Alex and number is (984) 233-6020. But even the owner won't bother calling you back. Inside the store waiting for orders you hear others complain about slow service and openly say no other McDonalds in the area has this bad of service. You stand there just as pissed off and can't help but agree. The only reason you bother to stop here is because you're trying to get to work on time and hope this time maybe they can get it right. But they never seem to disappoint. Burger King gets it. Even Sheetz which is basically grab and run self serve get it. So despite my preference, the value is no longer worth the aggravation. Just had the worst experience for a fast food place. Went through the drive-thru with only a couple cars. No receipt, food not rang up correctly, and waited over 20 minutes. When we brought this up, the manager's response "I am sorry I just got here"... tried to give us our food without our hot chocolate after we waited extended period of time. we said the ham biscuit was suppose to have cheese, his response was that is not the way it was rang up" which I couldn't dispute because no one provided a receipt. Went inside for a moment, no lines, not crowded, so no explanation why drive thru was so disorganized. No offers to make amends for such a poor experience only excuses. read more

Went through the drive thru about half hour ago and ordered a couple fish filets. After the person tried to charge me double a couple times, she finally figured it out, so I pulled up and paid. Went to second window where I received food in about 2 minutes which is a record for this location. Probably should have known then something was up. Get my food and drive home. Pull the sandwiches out of the boxes, and the bread was as hard as rice cakes, both sandwiches. Now normally I would just deal with it, but this was the second time this week that I had an issue so put my shoes back on and drove back to the store. When I went to the door, it was locked, (at 7:30pm, really). Anyway the girl that gave me the food at the window opened the door to let me in, but never asked me what was wrong. Once I reached the counter, no one still engaged me so I finally just said that I had recently come to the drive through and received food that I couldn't eat. One of the girls walks over and takes the bag and when I say what the problem is, a couple of them started laughing, then on of them yells to someone to make two more fish sandwiches, to which I responded, that I didn't want anymore, I wanted a refund. She then tells someone, "he wants his money back." I can't see who she's talking too, but in a few seconds this lady I assume is the manager walks up and never addresses me at all. She just starts pecking on the register and after about 20 seconds of this, she turns to one of the other girls and asks what I had. Now I'm standing her with the receipt in my hand, and she's never looked up to even see that I have it. I finally said, "I have the receipt". She takes the ticket and continues with the register pecking and give me a refund. At no time did this person say I'm sorry for the inconvenience, or sorry for the piss poor service. NOT 24/7!!!!!!! I have been to this location numerous times between 2am and 6am and EVERY time they refuse to serve me because their "system is down". I don't understand why they would take their system offline during this time as 2-3am is the best time to get people coming out of bars/clubs.
