Ordered on the app for pick up in store, 10 mins late I get there and it shows "serving" my #. Nothing is in the counter for pick up, I asked 2 different workers where is was and they both said "oh they must be working on it" waiting another 10 mins standing there, no acknowledgments after those 2. The # then disappeared. I leaned over the counter and said "excuse me, it's #0000 ready?" Someone from the back came around the corner and seemed annoyed with a "did you just get here?" I said no I've been waiting 10 mins, and explained the # was gone. She rolled her eyes and came back with the bag of food. I ordered food not attitude. Food: I added Mayo to the burger...I think they used an entire container it was literally dripping off in clumps, so much it just went into the trash. Fry basket was good though, and well seasoned. Hands down the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Got our order wrong FOUR times and finally we just ate it. A couple of other customers also came in complaining their orders were wrong during this time. Whoever "Nancy" is was rude to everyone in store, including fellow employees, cussing at everything and everyone. Multiple times dropping F bombs, calling people Bs, etc... and this includes customers. We were cordial when telling them our food was wrong and the shift manager, Cheyenne, was incredibly nice during it all. However, Nancy, as we were leaving said "thank god these Bs are leaving" and when we went back in to ask what she said, Nancy loudly in the middle of the store said "oh great the B is back". Not sure what Nancy's deal is or how she even still has a job. But she needs to be fired immediately. A+ for Cheyenne, who came outside to defuse the situation when we left. We were called "liars" and "thieves" when we asked for a $1.50 burger that was missing from our drive-thru order. "Cheyenne" literally YELLED at us, claimed she packed everything correctly, and accused us of trying to get a free burger and said we must have pulled it out of the bag. We were stunned. She literally screamed, "Get out of my store!" and refused to give us her name, saying she "didn't have to." It was quite frankly the most ridiculous, insulting, and preposterous thing ever. I have mixed feelings about this McDonald's. We stopped here on. The way from Dallas to Midland for lunch. We went in to order but took it to go. The gentleman at the register was so friendly and nice! His charm alone is a 5-Star... But this McDonald's dropped the ball in other areas. One of the first things I noticed was the number of flies in the place. I know it's probably hard with the door keep opening and the drive thru window constantly open. Still doesn't make my mind as ease seeing all those bugs flying around. Order accuracy isn't on point. Both Happy meals were missing the toys, one Happy meal had two 4-pc. nuggets in it (bonus I guess) and I thought I ordered a meal but only received a sandwich (but luckily was only charged for the sandwich)...that could have just been a miscommunication. The wait time seemed quite lengthy. Like, unusually long considering there wasn't anyone in front of us. I've had lengthy waits in the past when ordering those new crispy tenders (due to cooking one) but we didn't order those. All in all, loved the friendly guy at the register, would have liked more accuracy in execution of order. read more

What a fancy McDonald's! Everything is really new and clean, and ordering is seamless on the two electronic screens. The employees were helpful and polite. There are also tons of outlets. They were also open on Christmas Eve (thanks for being so available on a holiday!). The dining area is very nicely designed and decorated, and this location has a playground for the kiddos. It has its moments. Either you're happy when you leave or something is always off. Often when I get burgers for my family they don't have condiment, pickles, onions, etc. There's even been a few times when I've gotten McDoubles and the burger has only had a SINGLE patty. When u walk in there is trash overflowing from not being attended to & it is all over the floor. Some employee scolded the guy behind the register about the trash. He was working. But the floor n the kitchen looks like hadn't been swept n a Month. The ice maker is not cold so it fills ur cup with ice & water. Both ketchup dispensers were empty. No napkins. I checked 3 tables before choosing & all were filthy. I asked a staff member to clean our table. 6ft man with glasses at the register, didn't get his name, it was covered. wow that guy is rude. We stopped by after two hours of driving, normal pit stop. Kids were craving McD's so I went along. As we were looking at what we were going to order,that particular gentleman looked at us at his register and said "can you guys use the kiosk to order your meals, we're trying to minimize having someone at the register" I looked at my wife and we didn't mind we've done it plenty of times when the lines are overwhelmingly long. We started are order and couldn't pull up a particular meal deal they were advertising on the menu screen in back of the register. So I kindly walked to the counter waited for this guy to be done taking someone else's order at the time (wow). And asked for some help to get this particular deal, as he walked to the kiosk I could tell he had a bothered look to him and he proceeded to explain how to order individually each item. I then said just like all the specials you have on the main page of the kiosk I'd like to get the quick break meal, he then started that is the only way to get it and that this particular McD's doesn't have it in the kiosk. So being a little frustrated I just left my wife went through the drive through and it was a breeze. Oh yeah and as we waited for our for at the window, guess who was taking several orders happily face to face with other customers. Wow. Simple Order 2 Small Cheeseburgers w Extra Onions and Pickles and Lg Fry. Had to return inside before driving off twice to have Order redone. Screwed Order up simple order twice. They were in too big of a rush. The receipt said no onion & pickle, but cashier actually repeated order back to me w extra onions & pickles. So when went back in 1st time, guy just grabbed back and hurried to redo order, which meant I had to seriously wait like 5 min for order to be redone. So I had to go back the 3rd time to get order done. New owners I hear and they suck. I counted 6 flies on the monitor that has order numbers and 7 more above the Wall way between fryers and prep station. 3rd time I have seen this many flies on like 3 months. They are doing nothing to resolve the flu issue at all. I had to step away from counter under monitor cause flies kept landing on me. Get your crap together. When was the last time that the State of TX or County Health Department did a thorough inspection? My fiancé & I went through the drive thru late on 12/30/17 and we have both been down, seriously sick & in pain (extreme food poisoning). This brought a grown man to his knees & I have barely left my bed ever since I got home. We literally had to book another night at the Holiday Inn because we couldn't make the short drive home. I will never go to another McDonalds again...anywhere...because of how painful this has been. I even had to call out sick to work today. This all has been very unnecessary, inconvenient & painful.
