If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I was missing a large tator tot in my order...after being there 40 minutes, I left without the tator tots I paid for. It just wasn't worth the $4 I paid to waste anymore of my time. read more

I got dry popcorn chicken and then my chili cheese tots came out with just cheese and this wouldn't be the first time for that happening

Great food, great staff, & I would know as I basically come daily. Usually pretty fast& always fresh.

Just visited and none of the workers are wearing masks! Asked our carhop and he said they were out. Come on Sonic, do better!! Provide what these infectious 20 somethings need to protect them & your customers!! I graciously took my chili cheese fries (donning a mask) and told the poor kid to stay safe! Terrible service!!! Ordered large tator tots for my mom and they didn't even bring them we had to ask for it...then we waited 15 minutes to get them and they still weren't right. It was a small order and had ketchup all over them as if they had been eaten out of. I went into there "dine in" area and asked to speak to a manager. The lady said "give me a second and someone will be right with you." I waited for yet another 15 minutes. I got tired of waiting and went back to my car and pushed the button to talk to someone so I could get what I paid for. She answered and said it would be right out. Then two cars behind us got there order before they even came out to us. Not happy at all. If I could give negative starts I would. This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. Wasted 30 minutes of my life waiting on three drinks. When we asked how much longer it would be, we were given excuses instead of answers. We left and went to Dairy Queen; where in less than 10 minutes, we had our order and were back on the road. Don't waist your time stopping here; save yourself the frustration and go to Dairy Queen in Eastland! read more

Everything is good except for the waitress with a lazy eye. She literally said "where's my tip?" Are you kidding? Here's my $2 and a good bye, see ya never again. Don't go to this place til she is gone. Foods aight tho - better than the valentinos down the street. read more

Wish u could leave no stars. I went to this location around 2:30 Thursday the 19th of November. The young man working the window must have been new or this location cheats customers on a regular basis. I ordered a Jr. Deluxe burger. Never once did I saw cheese. Got to window he read the order back and said cheese I told him no. He said ok and was going to remake it, but he gave the total again and it didn't change. I asked why he was charging me for cheese when I didn't order it. He said that's what it is with or without cheese. Funny every other sonic I have ever been to charges more for cheese. I left and did not take my order. Went down the road to the next sonic and looked at their menu and wow it was $.30 more for cheese. $.30 isn't a lot of money, but why should I give sonic money for something I didn't order? Need to retrain or get new manager. read more

Waited for ten minutes for my family sized popcorn and my family sized tater tots. Why I ordered family sized is none of your concern. Upon Juanita's arrival I received a family sized tater tot and a medium sized popcorn chicken. Needless to say, I was crestfallen. In light of the situation I exclaimed that I ordered a family sized tater tot AND popcorn chicken. She went back and said it would be even longer for more popcorn chicken. Stop in Sonics a bit often in my travels, the 3 times I have stopped in here has been the worst service I have experienced in any. On my last time there after waiting 20 minutes for an order to show up, I drove off. Noticed i was not the only one doing so. read more

This is by far the worst sonic I've ever been to, every single time there is always a issue with the order and it takes forever for the carhop to get to your vehicle. Each time I have to wait 15+ minutes. Would not recommend this sonic, worst one I've ever been to. My last 5 experiences at Sonic Drive In (in Eastland, TX) This visit was a while back and sonic was busy that night. I always call in my order and pick them up. This time when I paid, I was charged for my order and someone elses order. Finally had to take in a bank statement to get my money refunded. The next time I went to pick up an order, the carhop brought out my order and took my debit card back inside to pay and get my receipt. She came back shortly saying that something was wrong with their machine and needed cash to pay for my order, so I paid it with cash. Since I was stuck in line anyway I decided to check my account (remembering what happened last time). Sure enough my account had been debited for my order. I sat in line and waited til I got to the window and managed to get my money back at that time. The next time I went to Sonic, the carhop brought out my order 2 burgers short and brought me a drink instead of a bag of ice. The next time (this makes #4), I got back home with my order and found that the burgers had been made wrong. Had to go back to Sonic to have the order corrected. The last time was tonight. I decided to pay cash this time, so there would be no mistake with charging my account wrong. The girl on the speaker said "please pull forward". I pulled up to window and a young man finally comes to the window and says "I can't find your order" I told him what I ordered and he finally found the ticket. I paid the cash and he said it would be just a minute. I sat there for 20 minutes before a young lady came to the window with an order. What she brought to the window, was nothing like the order I had placed and paid for, so she asked what did I order. I then started to tell her and stopped. I said "what did I just pay for". She looked shocked. Another 10 minutes and I had my order. I checked it over quickly and thought that it looked right. Before I left I asked for the manager. They told me the manager had left and a line lead or something came to the window. I finally got the manager name and # from him. No wonder Sonic never looks busy anymore.
